2 Elohim Pathennin asei e, keiman thutanna phatkhat kagong e, keiman dihtah a thu katanding ahi.
At the appointed time I will judge fairly.

Though the earth and all the inhabitants shake in fear, I make steady the earth's pillars. (Selah)

I said to the arrogant, “Do not be arrogant,” and to the wicked, “Do not lift up the horn.
5 Vanho dounan nakhut tum jel hihin, ahilouleh nahsah loutah in thu seihih in” kati.
Do not lift up your horn to the heights; do not speak with an insolent neck.”
6 Ajeh chu, leiset chunga koimacha solam a kon hihen lhumlam-a kon hijongleh chuleh gamthip noi a kon hijongleh kihisah tah a akhuttum ajel louding aphai.
It is not from the east or from the west, and it is not from the wilderness that lifting up comes.
7 Ajeh chu thutan vaihom-a hi Elohim Pathen Amabou ahin, Amahin koipen ding doh ding ham ahi louleh koipen lhuding ham gonga Amabou ahi.
But God is the judge; he brings down and he lifts up.
8 Ajeh chu Yahweh Pakai in juphon gimnam twitoh kihal chu akhutna khonkhat in achoiye. Aman hiche ju chu thutan na mun a sunglut in, hichu migilou cheng in adon teitei diu adontheng heldiu ahi.
For Yahweh holds in his hand a cup of foaming wine, which is mixed with spices, and pours it out. Surely all the wicked of the earth will drink it to the last drop.
9 Hinla keima vangin, Elohim Pathen thil bol ho hi kaphondoh jengding; Jacob Elohim Pathen henga vahchoila kasha jingding ahi.
But I will continually tell what you have done; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
