Be to me a rock for refuge where I may always go; you have given a command to save me, for you are my rock and my fortress.
4 Ka Pathen Elohim, miphalouho thaneina a kon'in neihuhdoh in, eibolse a mi engbolseho'a kon'in neihuhdoh in.
Rescue me, my God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel.

23 Keiman nangma thangvahna la hi kipah tah'a thongleuva ka sah ding ahi, ajeh chu nang in neihunglhatdoh tan ahi.
My lips will shout for joy when I sing praises to you— even my soul, which you have redeemed.
24 Keiman nangma thilphabolho hi sun nilhum a ka seiphongle ding ahi, ajeh chu keima eibolsego chun jachatna le jumna atoh tauvin ahi.
My tongue will also talk about your righteousness all day long; for they have been put to shame and are confused, those who sought my hurt.
