< La Bu 59 >
1 O Elohim Pathen, ka galmite a kon'in neihuhdoh in, keima eisumang ding'a hungho a kon'in neihuhdoh in.
For the Chief Musician. To the tune of “Do Not Destroy.” A poem by David, when Saul sent, and they watched the house to kill him. Deliver me from my enemies, my God. Set me on high from those who rise up against me.
2 Mi sugentheiho a kon'in neihuhdoh in lang tolthat ho'a kon'in neihuhdoh in.
Deliver me from the workers of iniquity. Save me from the bloodthirsty men.
3 Amahon eichanglhiuvin, Yahweh Pakai melma engsetahte hon eingah un ahi, keiman amaho dounan imacha thilse ka bol poi.
For, behold, they lie in wait for my soul. The mighty gather themselves together against me, not for my disobedience, nor for my sin, LORD.
4 Keiman imacha thilse kabol pon hinla keima eidelkhum ding'in akigo jing'un ahi. Hung thoudoh in thilsohho hi hung ven lang neikithopi'n!
I have done no wrong, yet they are ready to attack me. Rise up, behold, and help me!
5 O Yahweh Pakai, Elohim Pathen hatchungnung Israelte Pathen Elohim, ei hung thoudoh in lang mi phalou namtin vaipiho hi gimbolna hung petan kitahna neilou mi phaloute chung'a hin khotona neihihbeh in.
You, LORD God of Hosts, the God of Israel, rouse yourself to punish the nations. Show no mercy to the wicked traitors. (Selah)
6 Amaho janteng leh ahungdoh jiuvin, uingol hon mi angih bang'in lamlen'a akijot'un apeng le jiuvin ahi.
They return at evening, howling like dogs, and prowl around the city.
7 Akamsunguva thu thanghoi hung potdoh khu ngai in chemjam a kisat bang'a ngaithada umtah ahi. Hitobang'a ngai thaset umtah hi kon angai ngam ding ham?
Behold, they spew with their mouth. Swords are in their lips, “For”, they say, “who hears us?”
8 Ahinla Yahweh Pakai nang'in amaho chu na nuisat'in, mi phalou namtin vaipiho chu na hohdal'in ahi.
But you, LORD, laugh at them. You scoff at all the nations.
9 Nang hi kahatna nahi; eihuhdoh din nang kangah jing e, ajeh chu nang hi ka ki venbitna kulpi nahi.
Oh, my Strength, I watch for you, for God is my high tower.
10 Ka Pathen Elohim in, ami ngailut na longlou achu eidinpi ding ahi. Aman ka melmate jouse chung'a agaljona a eimusah ding ahi.
My God will go before me with his loving kindness. God will let me look at my enemies in triumph.

For the sin of their mouth, and the words of their lips, let them be caught in their pride, for the curses and lies which they utter.
13 Na lunghan nan amaho chu sumang'in lang abonchauvin sumang jeng'in! chutengleh vannoi leiset pumpin Israel chung'a vaihom Elohim Pathen na hi chu ahetdi'u ahi.
Consume them in wrath. Consume them, and they will be no more. Let them know that God rules in Jacob, to the ends of the earth. (Selah)
14 Ka melmate jan leh hungdoh'un tin uichangol hon mi angih bang'in akisen le leuvin ahi.
At evening let them return. Let them howl like a dog, and go around the city.
15 Amaho neh ding an holna'n avahle leuvin oivana kham amulou jeh'un gilkel pum'in alum jiuvin ahi.
They shall wander up and down for food, and wait all night if they aren’t satisfied.
16 Hinla keiman vang na thaneina chu vahchoila'n sangnge. Na mi ngailutna longlou chu jingkha she leh kipah tah'in vahchoila'n sangnge. Ajeh chu nangma ka kulpi, ka hahsat teng leh ka kiselna na hi.
But I will sing of your strength. Yes, I will sing aloud of your loving kindness in the morning. For you have been my high tower, a refuge in the day of my distress.
17 O ka hatna Yahweh Pakai, nangma thangvahna'n la'n sangnge, O Elohim Pathen nangma ka kiselna na hin, na mi ngailutna longlou chu neimusah jing'e.
To you, my strength, I will sing praises. For God is my high tower, the God of my mercy.
