< La Bu 52 >
1 Galhang nangman idia na thilse bol ho kiletsahpi nahim? Elohim Pathen thutan dihje hi tonsotna aum jing helou nahim?
“To the chief musician, a Maskil of David, When Doeg the Edomite came and told Saul, and said unto him, David is come to the house of Achimelech.” What vauntest thou thyself of wickedness, O mighty man? the kindness of God endureth all the time.
2 Nilhum kei keijin nangman manthahna ding jeng na gong e. Na leigui in jong chem hemtah in mi a-at abang'in; jouthu sei in nangma nathem lheh e.
Thy tongue deviseth mischiefs, like a sharpened razor, thou worker of deceit.
3 Nang'in thilpha sang'in thilse na deijon, thutah sangin jong jou nadeijoi.
Thou lovest evil more than good; falsehood more than speaking righteousness. (Selah)
4 Nathu jou hoa chun nangman mi suhmang ding nadei e!
Thou lovest all words of destruction, the tongue of deceit.
5 Hinlah Elohim Pathen'in nangma na hin suhmanghel ding ahi. Aman na in'a kon a nahin kaidoh ding chuleh mihing chenna gam'a kon'a na hin bodoh ding ahi.
[Therefore] God will also destroy thee for ever: he will take thee away, and pluck thee out of his tent, and root thee out of the land of life. (Selah)
6 Mi chonpha hon hichu hin muvintin ahin datmo di'u ahi. Amahon hin nuisat intin aseidi'u ahi,
And the righteous shall see it, and they will be afraid, and laugh concerning him:
7 “Veuvin Elohim Pathen tahsanlou galhat ho chung'a hi ipi thil soh'a hitam? Amaho ahao nao a akisong'un, athilse bol nao a akhangtou cheh cheh un ahi.”
“Lo, this is the man that made not God his fortress; but trusted in the abundance of his riches, relied proudly on his mischievous wickedness.”
8 Hinlah, keima vang Elohim Pathen houin sung'a keh Olive thing hing hoitah tobang kahin, keiman phat tin'a Elohim Pathen mi ngailutna long lou chu katahsan jing ding ahi.
But I am like a green olive-tree in the house of God: I trust in the kindness of God for ever and ever.
9 O Elohim Pathen na thilpha bol jeh hin nangma thangvah jing ingting na mithengte masang'a na min ngeitah chu tahsan jing tang'e.
I will thank thee for ever, because thou hast done it: and I will wait on thy name, for [it is] good, before thy pious ones.
