1 Elohim Pathenhi ikiselnao leh isongpiu ahi, boina nikho hoa eipanhu diuva kigosa ahi.
“To the chief musician: by the sons of Korach, upon 'Alamoth, a song.” God is our protection and strength, a help in distresses, very readily found.
2 Hijeh achu ling kihot henlang molle lhang chim henlang twikhanglen a kilehlut jongleh kicha tapouvinge.
Therefore will we not fear, even when the earth is transformed, and when mountains are moved into the heart of the seas;
3 Twikhanglen hi kinong henlang kitum jeng hen. Twikhanglen kinong a ahung letdoh jeng bang in muolle lhang jong kihot chimlha jeng hen.
[When] the waters thereof roar and foam, when mountains quake before his majesty. (Selah)
4 Vadung khat in iPathen u khopia chun kipa thanopna ahin polut e.
[There] is a river, its rivulets cause to rejoice the city of God, the sanctuary of the dwellings of the Most High.
5 Hiche khopi achun Elohim Pathen achengin kisumang thei lou ding ahi. Nikho kipat a pat Elohim Pathen in avenbit jingding ahi.
God is in her midst; she shall not be moved: God will ever help her, at the dawning of [her] morning.
6 Leiset chung namtin vaipihi aboitan lenggam hojong akiling sohtan ahi! Elohim Pathen ahung kisen in ahileh leiset ajunlha gamtan ahi!
Nations rage, kingdoms are moved: he letteth his voice be heard, the earth melteth away.
7 Yahweh Pakai hatchungnung hi ilah uva aum in, Israel Pathen Elohim hi ikulpiu ahi.
The Lord of hosts is with us; a defense unto us is the God of Jacob. (Selah)
8 Hungin Yahweh Pakai thil loupi bolhi hungvetan, Hunginlang aman vannoi leiset asuhmang hi hungve tan.
Come, look at the deeds of the Lord, who hath made desolations on the earth.
9 Aman vannoi leiset pumpia galho hi atuhtang in athalpiu leh ateng chau heboh peh gamtan ahi.
He causeth wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in pieces; he burneth wagons in the fire.
10 “Thipchet un, chule Elohim Pathen kahi hi heovin! Vannoi leiset pumin eijabol cheh diu ahi. Leiset pumpia a hi dopsanga kaum ding ahi.”
Leave off, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted on the earth.
11 Hatchungnung Elohim Pathenhi ilah uva aumme; Israel Pathen Elohim hi ikulpiu ahi.
