In YHWH my soul boasts herself, The humble hear and rejoice.

Ascribe greatness to YHWH with me, And we exalt His Name together.
4 Keima Yahweh Pakai kom a kataovin aman kataona eisanpeh tai. Aman kakichatna jousea jong eilhat doh tai.
I sought YHWH, and He answered me, And delivered me from all my fears.
5 Ama panpi ding ngaicha jouse vah bangin hungvah doh untin, amai uva jachatna muthim jinglou helding ahi.
They looked expectingly to Him, And they became bright, And their faces are not ashamed.
6 Kahahsat behseh phat in kataovin Yahweh Pakai in eingai peh e; aman kaboina jouse eisuh lhap peh tai.
This poor [one] called, and YHWH heard, And saved him from all his distresses.
7 Yahweh Pakai vantil chu hoidamna ahin; ama ging te aman aumkimvel in ahuhdoh jinge.
A messenger of YHWH is encamping, Around those who fear Him, And He arms them.
8 Yahweh Pakai phatje chu patepmun lang veovin, Yahweh Pakaija kisel jing mite chu iti kipa hitaovem!
Taste and see that YHWH [is] good, O the blessedness of the man who trusts in Him.
9 Nangho Elohim Pathen mite ho Yahweh Pakai chu ging jingun ajeh chu ama ging jingten angai chat jouse amudiu ahi.
Fear YHWH, you His holy ones, For there is no lack to those fearing Him.
10 Keipi bahkai gol hat laitah jong agilkel jin, ahin Yahweh Pakai tahsandet jing hovang thilpha alhasam ngaipouve.
Young lions have lacked and been hungry, And those seeking YHWH do not lack any good,
11 Kachate ho hunguvin kaseihi kingai phaovin, chuleh keiman Elohim Pathen ginje kahilding nahiu ve.
Come, children, listen to me, I teach you the fear of YHWH.
12 Hinkho sottah leh phatthei na lhingset a hingnom umkha em?
Who [is] the man that is desiring life? Loving days to see good?
13 Thuse seinan nalei tuhtangin lang chuleh nakam jong jouseinan mang hih in!
Keep your tongue from evil, And your lips from speaking deceit.
14 Thilse a kon in kihai mangin lang thilpha bol in, chamna hol in lang hichu chepin.
Turn aside from evil and do good, Seek peace and pursue it.
15 Yahweh Pakai mitin thilpha boljingho avesui jingin; panpi ngai a koute din akol tenin jong akihong jing e.
The eyes of YHWH [are] to the righteous, And His ears to their cry.
16 Hinla thilse bolte chu dou mit nin aven, aman amin u leiset akon athaimang ding ahi.
(The face of YHWH [is] on doers of evil, To cut off their memorial from earth.)
17 Yahweh Pakai in panpi ngaichaho kouna angaipeh in. Aboi naova kon in ahuhdoh jin ahi.
They cried, and YHWH heard, And delivered them from all their distresses.
18 Lungthim kisuchipte kom a Yahweh Pakai chu anai in; Alhagao kisu gimte ahuhdoh jin ahi.
YHWH [is] near to the broken of heart, And He saves the bruised of spirit.
19 Michonpha hon boina tampi atohjiuvin, hinla Yahweh Pakai in phat tinin ahung huhdoh jin ahi.
Many [are] the afflictions of the righteous, YHWH delivers him out of them all.
20 Ajeh chu Yahweh Pakai in michonpha ho gule chang ahoibit pehjin; khatchajong abohsah pon ahi!
He is keeping all his bones, Not one of them has been broken.
21 Hamset nan migiloute hinkho alah teiding, michonpha ho hotbol tejong got na chang tei diu ahi.
Evil puts the wicked to death, And those hating the righteous are desolate.
22 Hinla Yahweh Pakai in ama kin bolho vang alhatdoh ding, ama a kisel jing honjong themmo changlou diu ahi.
YHWH redeems the soul of His servants, And none trusting in Him are desolate!
