1 Yahweh Pakai nangin neihuhdoh tahjeh in kahin thangvah e. Nangin kagalmite kachunga nakithang at sahpon ahi.
A Psalm [and] Song, [at] the dedication of the house of David. I will extol thee, O LORD; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.
2 O Yahweh Pakai, Elohim ka Pathen panpi ngaichan kahin kouvin nangman ka tahsa nakiledoh sah tai.
O LORD my God, I cried to thee, and thou hast healed me.
3 O Yahweh Pakai nangin lhankhuh a kon in neihin puidoh in, thina kokhuh a ka lhahlut na dinga kon in jong neihoidoh sah e. (Sheol )
O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. (Sheol )
4 Nangho Elohim Pathen mite jousen Yahweh Pakai thangvahna lasaovin! Amintheng chu choi an'un.
Sing to the LORD, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
5 Ajeh chu alunghan hi phat chomcha bou ahijin, ami hepina vang hinkhoa ding ahi. Ka na nikho ho jong kipanin ajui pai jitai.
For his anger [endureth but] a moment; in his favor [is] life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy [cometh] in the morning.
6 Keiman ka phatthei nikhon, “Imachan eisutang jouponte!” kanati.
And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.
7 O Yahweh Pakai nami hepinahin muol bangin eisudettai. Keija kon a nakiheimang jiteng leh keima kading jou jipoi.
LORD, by thy favor thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, [and] I was troubled.
8 O Yahweh Pakai nahenga kahung tao ahi. Nami hepina chu kathum in hitin kaseije,
I cried to thee, O LORD; and to the LORD I made supplication.
9 “Keima kathi alhankhuh a ka lhalut teng nangdinga ipi phachom dingham? Katahsa leivui in nang navah choi thei dingham? Nakitah na thu chu hiche hin aphondoh thei ding ham?
What profit [is there] in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
10 Neihin ngaipeh in Yahweh Pakai neihin khoto in. O Yahweh Pakai neihin kithopin”
Hear, O LORD, and have mercy upon me: LORD, be thou my helper.
11 Nangin kalung khamnahi kipah tah a lam nan neiheidoh pehtai. Nangin kalung khamna silpon neilahdoh pehin kipana silpon joh neisilpehtan ahi.
Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
12 Hitiachu thipsan louva thangvahna la kasah jing theina dingin. O Yahweh Pakai Elohim ka Pathen, keiman nangma tonsot in thangvah jing tange.
To the end that [my] glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks to thee for ever.
