1 O Yahweh Pakai, kahinkho hi nang kapetai.
A Psalm of David. To you, O Lord, have I lifted up my soul.
2 Nang katahsan e Elohim ka Pathen! Nei jumso hihbeh in, chule kalel na a hin ka melmate kichoisang sah hihbeh in.
O my God, I have trusted in you: let me not be confounded, neither let mine enemies laugh me to scorn.
3 Nangma tahsan koimachan jumna ato loudiu ahi, amavang mijoulhep gojing honvang jumna ato diu ahi.
For none of them that wait on you shall in any wise be ashamed: let them be ashamed that transgress without cause.
4 O Yahweh Pakai lamdih chu neihil in; kajuiding lampi chu neiko peh in.
Show me your ways, O Lord; and teach me your paths.
5 Nathutah chu neihil in hichea chun neipui in ajeh chu nangmahi eihuh hinga Elohim ka Pathen chu nahi. Nilhum kei keijin nanga hin kinepna kanei jinge.
Lead me in your truth, and teach me: for you are God my Saviour: and I have waited on you all the day.
6 O Yahweh Pakai gol lui a patna neihin puinao nami khoto nale na mingailutna longlou hingeldoh in.
Remember your compassions, O Lord, and your mercies, for they are from everlasting.
7 Ka khangdon lai a kachonset gitlou naho neigeldoh peh hih inlang nami ngailutna longlouva neipuina johchu galdoh in, ajeh chu nangma milungset them nahi, O Yahweh Pakai.
Remember not the sins of my youth, nor [my sins] of ignorance: remember me according to your mercy, for your goodness' sake, O Lord.
8 Yahweh Pakaihi apha ahin adih jengbou abol'e, aman lamdihlou vache ho jeng jong lamdih akopeh jinge.
Good and upright is the Lord: therefore will he instruct sinners in [the] way.
9 Aman mi kineosah hochu lamdih a apuijin, ama dei lampi chu ahil jinge.
The meek will he guide in judgment: the meek will he teach his ways.
10 Yahweh Pakai kitepna nitjing holeh ama deipeh dungjuija chonho chu ami ngailutna longlou leh akitahna in apuihoi jinge.
All the ways of the Lord are mercy and truth to them that seek his covenant and his testimonies.
11 Namin loupina dingin O Yahweh Pakai, ka chonsetna simjoulou neingai dam in.
For your name's sake, O Lord, do you also be merciful to my sin; for it is great.
12 Yahweh Pakai ging ho chu koi ho hiuvam? Amaho che nading lampi chu Yahweh Pakai in avetsah ding ahi.
Who is the man that fears the Lord? he shall instruct him in the way which he has chosen.
13 Amaho chu khangtou untin achateovin jong gamsung alodingu ahi.
His soul shall dwell in prosperity; and his seed shall inherit the earth.
14 Yahweh Pakai hi ama gingjing tedinga golphapen ahin, Aman hitobang miho chu akitepna ahiljing e.
The Lord is the strength of them that fear him; and his covenant is to manifest [truth] to them.
15 Kamit tenin Yahweh Pakaichu avejingin, aman kagalmite thangkol a kon in eihuhdoh jinging e.
Mine eyes are continually to the Lord; for he shall draw my feet out of the snare.
16 Neihin ang-ngatnin lang neikho ton, ajeh chu keima kachangseh a lungthom haotah a um a kahi.
Look upon me, and have mercy upon me; for I am an only child and poor.
17 Kaboi na ho akhoh se cheh un. Oh hichehoa konhin neihuhdoh in.
The afflictions of my heart have been multiplied; deliver me from my distresses.
18 Kalung gimnahi neihet pehin chuleh kahah satna hohi neivet peh inlang kachonset naho ngaidam in.
Look upon mine affliction and my trouble; and forgive all my sins.
19 Ven galmi ijat mong kanei hitam chule ama hohin ichan geija eihotnu hitam!
Look upon mine enemies; for they have been multiplied; and they have hated me with unjust hatred.
20 Neivengbit in! amaho akona hin kahinkho huhdoh in! nangma a kisel kahi neijumso hihbeh in.
Keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I have hoped in you.
21 Kitah nale thenna in eivengbit hen ajeh chu nanga hin kakinepna aum jinge.
The harmless and upright joined themselves to me: for I waited for you, O Lord.
22 Vo Elohim Pathen Israelte hi aboi najouseu va kon in lhatdoh tan.
Deliver Israel, O God, out of all his afflictions.
