1 Ka Pathen Elohim, ka Pathen idia neidalhah hitam? Panpi ngai a kamao teng idia gamlha tah a um ji nahim?

O my God, I call by day, but Thou answerest not; and at night, and there is no surcease for me.

Yet Thou art holy, O Thou that art enthroned upon the praises of Israel.
4 Kapu kapa teovin nangma natahsan un, nangman amaho nahuh hing tai.
In Thee did our fathers trust; they trusted, and Thou didst deliver them.

Unto Thee they cried, and escaped; in Thee did they trust, and were not ashamed.

But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.
7 Eimu jousen eihouseovin, aleiju adosah un, alu apeijun asei uve,
All they that see me laugh me to scorn; they shoot out the lip, they shake the head:
8 “Ama pa hi Elohim Pathena ki ngai pa chu hilou ham? Achuti le a Pathen Elohim chu kihuhdoh sah hen! Yahweh Pakai in amahi angailut a ahileh aYahweh Pakai in huh doh hen!”
'Let him commit himself unto the LORD! let Him rescue him; let Him deliver him, seeing He delighteth in him.'
9 Nangin kanu naobusunga konin neina hoidamin nei pui galkai in, kanu a-anglum laija patna nangma tahsanje neina hil ahitai.
For Thou art He that took me out of the womb; Thou madest me trust when I was upon my mother's breasts.
10 Kahung pen a patna nangma ban thahatna a eikipelut a ahitai. Kahung penlhah a patna ka Pathen chu nangma nahi jing e.
Upon Thee I have been cast from my birth; Thou art my God from my mother's womb.
11 Keija kon in gamla loujen in ajeh chu boina ahungnai in, koima dang eikithopi thei aumpoi.
Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.
12 Bongchal ho'n aum kimvel bangin kagal miten eihin um kimvel taovin, Bashan bongchal khohlai hon eium kimvel taove!
Many bulls have encompassed me; strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.
13 Hang tah le kisong tah Keipi bahkai in aneh ding aboltel bangin keima val lhum dingin akamkau ve.
They open wide their mouth against me, as a ravening and a roaring lion.
14 Kahinkho hi twi banga kisunglha ahitai, kagu kachang hojong akilhep gamtan, kalungchang jong khoilu bangin ajunlha gamtai.
I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint; my heart is become like wax; it is melted in mine inmost parts.
15 Nisan asah gep leilhang bangin katha akanghel jengtai. Kaleijong kadang chungah akikamat tai. Nangin vutvai lah a neijam in athidin neida lhatan ahi.
My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my throat; and Thou layest me in the dust of death.
16 Kagalmiten uichahon bangin eium kimvel taovin. Migilou honkhat in eium kimvel taovin ahi.
For dogs have encompassed me; a company of evil-doers have inclosed me; like a lion, they are at my hands and my feet.
17 Kagu kachang hojong simthei ahisoh tan. Kagal miten eiveovin eivesalteh jengun ahi.
I may count all my bones; they look and gloat over me.
18 Kavon hojong vang asan un akihom gamtaovin ahi.
They part my garments among them, and for my vesture do they cast lots.
19 O Yahweh Pakai keija konin umgamla hih behin! Nangma kathahatna nahi neihung kithopi loijin.
But Thou, O LORD, be not far off; O Thou my strength, hasten to help me.
20 Nachemjam chun neihuhdoh in, kahinkho manlutah hi hiche uicha hoa kon in neihuhdoh peh in.
Deliver my soul from the sword; mine only one from the power of the dog.
21 Keipi bahkai kam a kon in neiloidoh peh in lang hiche gambongchal hang kiteni ki a kon in neihuhdoh in.
Save me from the lion's mouth; yea, from the horns of the wild-oxen do Thou answer me.
22 Kasopi pasal holeh numeiho kom a naminhi phongjal leng katin, Houbung kikhom holah a nangma kathangvah ding ahi.
I will declare Thy name unto my brethren; in the midst of the congregation will I praise Thee.
23 Ama gingho jousen Yahweh Pakai chu thangvah hen! Jacob chilhahte jousen amachu ging uvin! Israel chate jousen amachu jana peohen!
'Ye that fear the LORD, praise Him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify Him; and stand in awe of Him, all ye the seed of Israel.
24 Ajeh chu aman migentheite thohgimna jouse chu anungsun pon, panpi ngaichatna a taona neiho angaipeh in ahi.
For He hath not despised nor abhorred the lowliness of the poor; neither hath He hid His face from him; but when he cried unto Him, He heard.'
25 Keiman Houbung kikhopna lah a nangma kathang vahding ahi. Nangma chibai boh ho angsunga kakitepna kasuh bulhit ding ahi.
From Thee cometh my praise in the great congregation; I will pay my vows before them that fear Him.
26 Mivaichaten neovintin vaset diu ahi. Yahweh Pakai holte jousen amachu athangvah diu ahi. Alung thim u tonsotna kipah jingding ahiuve.
Let the humble eat and be satisfied; let them praise the LORD that seek after Him; may your heart be quickened for ever!
27 Vannoi leiset miten Yahweh Pakai chu ahin hetdoh diu chuleh akom a hung kilediu ahi. Chutengleh namtin vaipi insung jousen a anga hungkun cheh diu ahi.
All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn unto the LORD; and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before Thee.
28 Ajeh chu leng thaneina chu Yahweh Pakai ama a bou ahi. Aman namtin vaipi chunga vai ahom ahi.
For the kingdom is the LORD'S; and He is the ruler over the nations.
29 Leiset chunga mihaohon ankong sem untin chibai aboh diu ahi. Ahinkho kichai a leivui sohding athithei mihem jouse a anga kun cheh hen.
All the fat ones of the earth shall eat and worship; all they that go down to the dust shall kneel before Him, even he that cannot keep his soul alive.
30 Ichate jouseuvin jong Ama kin ahinbol diu ahi. Ahung lhungding khang miten jong Yahweh Pakai kidanje chu ahin jahpeh diu ahi.
A seed shall serve him; it shall be told of the Lord unto the next generation.
31 Tua penglou laiho komma jong thudih a anatoh naho jouse hung kiseipeh ding ahi. Amahon athilbol natoh naho jouse ahin jahdiu ahi.
They shall come and shall declare His righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that He hath done it.
