1 Yahweh Pakai vahchoijun! O kalhagao Yahweh Pakai vahchoi jin!
Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.
2 Kahin laisea Yahweh Pakai kavahchoi ding, hinna hu kanei laisen ka Pathen Elohim vahchoi la sange.
While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises to my God while I have any being.
3 Leng chapate chunga natahsan koi hih'in, hichu panpi bei ahibouve.
Put not your trust in princes, [nor] in the son of man, in whom [there is] no help.
4 Mihem chate hu abei teng leisetna akilekit-un leivui akisoh jin, hiche nikho lechun athilgon chengseu toh thi thading ahitauve.
His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.
5 Hinlah apanpi dinga Israel Pathen Elohim neiho, chule Yahweh Pakai, Elohim Pathen a kinepna neiho anunnom ahi.
Happy [is he] that [hath] the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope [is] in the LORD his God:

Who made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that [is] in them: who keepeth truth for ever:
7 Aman suhgentheija umho thudih'in achungthu atanpeh in, chule agilkel te an apen ahi. Yahweh Pakai in songkul tangho alhadoh'in, achamlhat sah jin ahi.
Who executeth judgment for the oppressed: who giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:
8 Yahweh Pakai in mitchoho kho amusah'in, alhu ho aphong ding in, michonpha Yahweh Pakai in angailun ahi.
The LORD openeth [the eyes of] the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:
9 Yahweh Pakai in gamdang miho ahuhdoh in, Aman meithaiho leh chaga ho akhoton, amavang miphalou ho thilgon asuhbei peh'in ahi.
The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.
10 Yahweh Pakai in tonsotna vai ahomding ahi. O Jerusalem, Amahi akhang akhanga na Pathen hiding ahi. Yahweh Pakai vahchoijun!
The LORD will reign for ever, [even] thy God, O Zion, to all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
