1 O Yahweh Pakai, phat itihchan geihi neisuhmil ding hitam? Itih chan keija kon'a nakiselmang ding nahim?

Unto the end, a psalm for David. How long, O Lord, wilt thou forget me unto the end? how long dost thou turn away thy face from me?

2 Itihchan gei hiche hahsatna hi kathoh ding ham? Itih chan asun ajan'a lungkhamna dimset'a kaum ding ham? Itih chan kagalmiten hanla eisap khum diu hitam?

How long shall I take counsels in my soul, sorrow in my heart all the day?

3 O Yahweh Pakai, Elohim ka Pathen hung kiheiyin, neihin donbut tan! Katha kile dohsah'in, neithisah hih'in.

How long shall my enemy be exalted over me?

4 “Ama hi kajou tai!” tin kamelma te hi ka lhuh nin kipasah hih beh in.

Consider, and hear me, O Lord my God. Enlighten my eyes that I never sleep in death:

5 Amavang namingailutna longlouvachu kingai jing kahi. Neihuhdoh jeh a keima kipa jing ding kahi.

Lest at any time my enemy say: I have prevailed against him. They that trouble me will rejoice when I am moved:

6 Keiman Yahweh Pakai vahchoi lan sang e ajeh chu Ama keidin thilpha tah eibol peh ati.

But I have trusted in thy mercy. My heart shall rejoice in thy salvation: I will sing to the Lord, who giveth me good things: yea I will sing to the name of the Lord the most high.
