1 Keiho a ahipoi, O Yahweh Pakai keiho a ahipoi, amavang loupina jouse hi namingailut na longlou jeh a chun nang ding jingbou ahi.
Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to thy name give glory, because of thy mercy and thy truth;
2 Chitin namtin hohin a Pathen'u Elohim hoi a umham tia aseidingu ham?
lest at any time the nations should say, Where is their God?
3 Ka Pathen'u Elohim hi vanho chunga aum in thil adeidan dana abolji ahi.
But our God has done in heaven and on earth, whatsoever he has pleased.
4 Amaho semthu doihon vang sana le dangka a kisem ngenchang bou ahiuvin mihem khut in asemthu jeng ahiuve.
The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the works of men's hands.
5 Amahon kam anei un ahinla apaotheipon, chuleh mit anei un kho amuthei pouvin,
They have a mouth, but they cannot speak; they have eyes, but they cannot see:
6 kol aneiyun ajathei pouvin, nahkui anei un anahthei pouvin,
they have ears, but they cannot hear; they have noses, but they cannot smell;
7 khut anei un ima tohnan amangthei pouvin chuleh keng anei un achele theipouvin, lolhom anei un ahin thucheng ahungdoh theipon ahi.
they have hands, but they cannot handle; they have feet, but they cannot walk: they cannot speak through their throat.
8 Hitiachu doilim semthu hohi hiche tobang ahiuve, hicheho tahsan hojong hitobang machu ahiuve.
Let those that make them become like to them, and all who trust in them.
9 O Israel Yahweh Pakai chu tahsan un! Amachu napanhu na lum a pang ahi.
The house of Israel trusts in the Lord: he is their helper and defender.
10 O thempuho Aaron ho Yahweh Pakai chu tahsan un! Amahi napanpia leh na lumdel a pang'a ahi.
The house of Aaron trusts in the Lord: he is their helper and defender.
11 Nangho Yahweh Pakai gingjing ho Yahweh Pakai chu tahsan un! Amachu napanpi le nalumdal ahi.
They that fear the Lord trust in the Lord: he is their helper and defender.
12 Yahweh Pakai in nahin geldoh jingin phatthei nabohjing ding ahi. Aman Israel mipite hi phatthei aboh ding ahi, chuleh thempuho le Aaron chilhah ho jong phatthei aboh ding ahi.
The Lord has remembered us, and blessed us: he has blessed the house of Israel, he has blessed the house of Aaron.
13 Mithupi hihenlang milham hijongleh Yahweh Pakai ging hochu Aman phatthei aboh ding ahi.
He has blessed them that fear the Lord, both small and great.
14 Yahweh Pakai in nangma nahin nachate ahin phattheina lhingset in napehen,
The Lord add [blessings] to you and to your children.
15 Van le lei sem a Yahweh Pakai chun phatthei naboh hen,
Blessed are ye of the Lord, who made the heaven and the earth.
16 Vanhohi Yahweh Pakai a ahin, leiset vanghi mihemte apeh ahi.
The heaven of heavens [belongs] to the Lord: but he has given the earth to the sons of men.
17 Mithin Yahweh Pakai thangvah la asatheipoi, ajeh chu amaho chu lhan munthip gam a che ahiuve.
The dead shall not praise thee, O Lord, nor any that go down to Hades.
18 Ahinlah eihon tu le tonsot geija Yahweh Pakai ithangvah theiju ahi. Yahweh Pakai chu thangvah'in umhen!
But we, the living, will bless the Lord, from henceforth and for ever.
