Bless, O my soul, the Lord. O Lord my God, thou art very great; with glory and majesty art thou clothed.
2 Nangman khovah chu ponsil bangin nakisil in, Nangin vanho ahin ahsi hohi pondal bangin nadahdoh in;
[Thou art he] who wrappeth himself in light as with a garment; who stretcheth out the heavens like a curtain;
3 twimei chunga na iin natungdoh in, meilom chu sakol kangtalai in namangin, huihi nalhavingin namangin nalenglen ahi.
Who frameth of the waters the beams of his upper-chambers; who maketh the clouds his chariot; who walketh along upon the wings of the wind:
4 Huihi sottol len namangin, meile meikong jong nasoh'in namangin ahi.
Who maketh the winds his messengers; the flaming fire his ministers;
5 Nangin, itihchan hijongleh kil ling louhel dingin nangman vannoi leiset bul naphutdoh tai.
Who hath founded the earth upon her bases, that she should not be moved to all eternity.
6 Nangin twipi veihi leiset dingin ponsil in nasilpeh'in molsangho jong nachupsah soh hel in ahi.
Thou hadst covered the deep as with a garment: above the mountains stood the waters.
7 Nangin thu napehleh twipi chu alengmang jingin, na ogin ajahleh ajammang hel jenge.
At thy rebuke they fled, at the voice of thy thunder they hastened away.
8 Mol ho adingdoh in phaicham atonglha jengin nangin nathupeh bang bangin akijam jengin ahi.
They ascended mountains; they went down valleys, unto the place which thou hadst founded for them.
9 Chujouvin nangin twikhanglen hochu aphah nadiu chanbep naphahsah'in, hitiachu leiset hi avella achupkit louna diuvin nasemtoh tan ahi.
Bounds hast thou set which they cannot pass over, that they return not again to cover the earth.
10 Nangin twisamho naphuldoh sah'in kotong dunga nalonlutsah'in, vachaho chu molle lhanga konnin ahung lengsuh'in,
[Thou art he] who sendeth springs into the valleys, between mountains they run along.
11 ganhingho jouse dingin twi nasuhmang peh'in ahi, chuleh sangan honjong dangnou nan anei un ahi.
They give drink to all the beasts of the field: the wild asses quench [thereon] their thirst.
12 Vacha hon va pang dunga buh akisem un thingbah lah'a la asajiuvin ahi.
By them have the fowls of the heaven ever their habitation, from between the branches they send forth their voice.
13 Nangin navan inmun a kon in molle lhang chunga go nahinjuhsah in chuteng nakhutsoh gachun leiset nasudimjin ahi.
Who watereth the mountains from his upper-chambers: from the fruit of thy works is the earth satisfied.
14 Nangin hampa ho nakhandohsah in ganchaho, thingphungho le mihemho manchah pha nasodoh sah'in ahi. Chujongleh nangman leiset chunga amaho dingin nehpha nasodohsah'in ahi.
[Thou art he] who causeth grass to grow for the cattle, and herbs by the service of man, that he may bring forth bread out of the earth;
15 Akipana diuvin adondiu lengpitwi nagonpeh in atahsauva akinu diuvin Olive thao nasosah'in, chule athaneina diuva nehding changlhah napen ahi.
And wine that maketh joyful the heart of man, [and] oil to brighten his face, and bread which strengtheneth the heart of man.
16 Yahweh Pakai in athingphung hohi phatah'in akhoukhah in, Lebanon ah Cedar thingphung ho akedohsah'in,
Full of sap are the trees of the Lord, the cedars of Lebanon which he hath planted;

Where the birds make their nests: the stork—fir-trees are her house.
18 Molsang chungvum langa gamlah kelho achengun chuleh songpi hochu kollah saho dingin na phatah'in apangin ahi.
The high mountains are for the wild goats: the rocks are a shelter for the conies.
19 Nangin lha nasemmin kum kiheichin aphongdoh e, chule nisan alhumding phatjong akihetne.
He hath made the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.
20 Nangin janjong nasem in, jan ahunglhung jin ahi, gammang ganchaho anunkho jiuvin ahi.
Thou causest darkness, and it becometh night, wherein creep forth all the beasts of the forest.
21 Keipi nouhon amatdiu hochu angihjiuvin, Elohim Pathen in apeh'u amaho anchah hochu matdingin agemjiuvin ahi.
The young lions roar after their prey, and ask from God their food.
22 Jingpitah leh abusung uva kicholdo dingin anungche jiuvin ahi.
The sun ariseth, they withdraw [to their lairs], and lie down in their dens.
23 Hichejou tengle chun mipiho chu ama ama natohna dingcheh ajon un hicheachun nilhah gei in na atong ji tao ve.
Man goeth [then] forth unto his work, and to his labor until the evening.
24 O Yahweh Pakai nangin thilho hi jatchom chom in nasem jinge! Nachihna a hiche hohi nasemdoh ahije. Leiset hi nathilsemsa ho adimset e.
How manifold are thy works, O Lord! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.
25 Hiti chun twikhanglen lentah leh kiphahjal tah nasem in, asunga ganhing achatthei alen aneo nasem in ahi.
Here is this great and wide-extended sea; therein are moving things without number, living creatures both small and great.
26 Ven, kong inneiho akitol un, Leviathan jong twikhanglen'a kichem din nasem e.
There the ships make their way: [there also] is the leviathan, whom thou hast made to sport therein.
27 Amaho jousen angaichat'u an amunadiu hi ngang chunga kingaicheh ahiuve.
All of these wait upon thee, to give them their food in its due season.
28 Anehdiu nangin napehteng uleh amahon achomkhom jiuvin nangin nakhut a nalhangdoh in namop jin hiti chun amaho lungna chimset'in navah jin ahi.
What thou givest them they gather: thou openest thy hand, they are satisfied with good.
29 Ahinla Nang, amahoa konna nakinunghei tengleh amaho kichadiu ahi. Nangin ahinna hu'u nalahdoh tengleh amaho thiding vutvai sohding ahitauve.
Thou hidest thy face, they suddenly vanish: thou takest away their spirit, they perish, and to their dust they return.
30 Nangin nahu napeh tengleh hinna nasemdohji a, hiteng chuleh leiset maihi akithahsem kitjin ahi.
Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created; and thou renewest the face of the earth.
31 Yahweh Pakai loupina hi tonsotnin umjing jenghen. Yahweh Pakai in athilsem jousea hin kipana aneiyin ahi.
The glory of the Lord will endure for ever; the Lord will rejoice in his works:
32 Leiset hi avetleh akithing jengin molho jonghi akhoi khahleh meikhu alengdoh jengjin ahi.
He who looketh down on the earth, and she trembleth; who toucheth the mountains, and they smoke.
33 Hinkho kanei laisen Yahweh Pakai vahchoi la sange, kahai hu bei chan geijin jong ka Pathen Elohim thangvah ingkate.
I will sing unto the Lord while I live: I will sing praises to my God while I exist.
34 Kalunggel ngaito jouse jonghi Ama lunglhaina hihen, ajeh chu Yahweh Pakai hi kakipana ahi.
May my speech be agreeable to him: I will indeed rejoice in the Lord.
35 Hiche leisetna konhin michonsete jouse mangthah gam jengu hen, miphalou ho jouse mangthah jengu hen. Kahina ho jouse pummin Yahweh Pakai thangvah ingkate, Yahweh Pakai loupina ding hitahen!
May the sinners cease from off the earth, and the wicked be no more. Bless, O my soul, the Lord. Hallelujah.
