Bless, O my soul, Yahweh, —And all that is within me, his holy Name;
2 Kahinaho jouse pum'in Yahweh Pakai chu thangvah ingkate. Keidinga thilpha eibolpeh ho itihchan hijongleh sumil ponge.
Bless, O my soul, Yahweh, And forget not all his dealings: —
3 Aman kachonsetna jouse angaidam tai, chuleh kadam mona hojouse le kahivei hojouse eiboldam pehtai.
Who forgiveth all thine iniquity, Who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Aman kathina dinga kon in eihuhdohtai chuleh ngailutna leh khotona dimset in eiphungvuh tai.
Who redeemeth, from destruction, thy life, Who crowneth thee, with lovingkindness and compassion:
5 Aman kahinkho hi thilpha dimset in eiphungvuh tai, Muvanlai bangin kakhandon hinkho akiledohsah tai!
Who satisfieth, with good, thine age, Thy youth, reneweth itself like an eagle.
6 Yahweh Pakai in chonphatna leh dihna chu suhgenthei a umte chu amusah ding ahi.
Yahweh is one, who executeth righteousness, Yea vindication for all the oppressed.
7 Aman ahina tahbeh chu Mose kom ah anatahlang'in chuleh anatoh hochu Israel mipite lah-a anaphongdoh'in ahi.
Who made known his ways unto Moses, unto the sons of Israel, his doings.
8 Yahweh Pakai hi mikhoto them tahleh mihepi themtah lunghang vahlou chuleh longlou ngailutna a dimset ahi.
Compassionate and gracious, is Yahweh, —Slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness.
9 Amahin phat tinnin eithepmosah pouvintin ahilouleh lunghang jingjeng ponte.
Not perpetually, will he contend, Nor age-abidingly, retain anger;
10 Aman ichonset nauva jong ei engbol pouvintin chuleh Aman eiho chanding dol hotbolna jong einei pouvinte.
Not according to our sins, hath he dealt with us, Nor according to our iniquities, hath he treated us.
11 Ama gingte chunga angailutna tanglou hi leiset chunga van asan banga hi sanga ahi.
For, as the heavens are exalted over the earth, His lovingkindness hath prevailed over them who revere him;
12 Aman eiho chonset nahi, solam le lhumlam akigam lhat bangin gamlatah in atolmang tai.
As far as East from West, Hath he put far from us, our transgressions;
13 Yahweh Pakai hi chapangte dinga apauva panga ahin, ama gingte dinga khoto them tahle ngailutna dimset ahijing e.
Like the compassion of a father for his children, Is, the compassion of Yahweh, for them who revere him;
14 Ajeh chu Aman ihatmonau eihet thempeh'un chuleh eihohi vutvai tobang bou ihiu ageldoh jingin ahi.
For, he, knoweth how we are formed, He is mindful that, dust, we are.
15 Leiset chunga ihinkho hou jong hampa bangbep ahin, gam pahcha tobangin ipahdoh'un athi loikitji tai.
As for man, like grass, are his days, Like the blossom of the field, so, doth he blossom;
16 Hui ahung nung jin aitih a aumkhlou bang in bep in eimut mang ji taove.
For, a wind, hath passed over it, and it is gone, And its own place is acquainted with it no more.
17 Hinla Yahweh Pakai gingte din vang amingailutna nitin in aumjinge. Ami huhhing nanjong achate chateho gei in,
But, the lovingkindness of Yahweh, is from one age even to another, Upon them who revere him, And his righteousness, to children’s children: —
18 hitobanga aDan thua kitahna nei ho le, athupeh jui jing ho din aumpeh jing e.
To such as keep his covenant, And remember his precepts, to do them.
19 Yahweh Pakai in vanmun hohi alaltouna in asemin; hichea kon in muntin chunga vai ahom e.
Yahweh, in the heavens, hath established his throne, And, his kingdom, over all, hath dominion.
20 Nangho vantilte ho, nangho mithupitahte ho, ana tongdoh a pangho Yahweh Pakai hi thangvah un.
Bless Yahweh, ye messengers of his, —Heroes of vigour, doing his word, To hearken [again] to the voice of his word;
21 Ahi, nangho vantil sepaite ho alungdeilam boljinga Ama janlea pangjing ho Yahweh Pakai chu thangvah'un.
Bless Yahweh, all ye his hosts, Attendants of his, doing his pleasure;
22 Asemsa ho jousen, chuleh alengam a umjousen Yahweh Pakai chu thangvah'un. Keima kahina jouse pum in Yahweh Pakai chu thangvah jing ing kate.
Bless Yahweh, all ye his works, In all places of his dominion, Bless, O my soul, Yahweh.
