Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,

“Speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], and tell them, ‘When you have come into the land of your habitations, which I give to you,
3 Nangman pumgo maichamn thiltoh gimnamtui sellah Pathen heng nga napeh ding ahiye. Na gancha hon bong, kelngoi hon lah chule kelchal ho lah ajong ahoicheh pumgo maicham thiltoh kumlhunsih akibol banga chu napeh diu ahiye.
and will make an offering by fire to Adonai, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or as a free will offering, or in your set feasts, to make a pleasant aroma to Adonai, of the herd, or of the flock;
4 Nangma hiche maicham hohi bol ding tia na gel teng Pathen Pakai chu mim le chang a kon na chang bong chu gopni hi ding chule Olive thao chu Hopkhat hi ding ahi.
then he who offers his offering shall offer to Adonai a meal offering of one tenth of an ephah [an omer; 2.3 q; 2.2 L] of fine flour mixed with the fourth part of a hin [2.6 qt; 1.2 L] of oil.
5 Kelngoi chu khat pumgo maicham thiltoa na kat diu pumgo maicham thil to na dia lengpi tui jong hop khat maicham na hin to ding ahi.
You shall prepare wine for the drink offering, the fourth part of a hin [2.6 qt; 1.2 L], with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.
6 Pumgo thilto chu kelngoi ahile chang bong kipe dol chu gal la Pathen’a dinga gim namtui tah hi ding ahiye.
“‘Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering one tenth of an ephah [two omers; 4.6 q; 4.4 L] of fine flour mixed with the third part of a hin [2.6 qt; 1.24 L] of oil;
7 Chule lengpi thei tui chu khon thum tabang tuija maicham din sem in hichu Pathen adinga gimnam tui tah ahi.
and for the drink offering you shall offer the third part of a hin [2.6 qt; 1.24 L] of wine, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai.
8 Nangman bongchal nou pumgo maicham thilto nabol teng Pathen’na dia kipana maicham kisuh thengna na bol ji ding ahi.
When you prepare a bull for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or for peace offerings to Adonai;
9 Nangman mim le changbonga kisem hop gup hi ding chule Olive thao jaona hi ding ahi.
then shall he offer with the bull a meal offering of three tenths of an ephah [three omers; 6.9 q; 6.6 L] of fine flour mixed with half a hin [5.2 qt; 2.4 L] of oil:
10 Chule nangman hopni lengpitwi na peh ding hichu Pakai, Pathen adia gimnamtui tah hi ding ahi.
and you shall offer for the drink offering half a hin [5.2 qt; 2.4 L] of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai.
11 Pumgo maicham jouse aboncha Kelchal hihen, Kelpi hihen, Kelnou hihen, chule adang jong hitia chu na bolsoh kei diu ahi.
Thus shall it be done for each bull, or for each ram, or for each of the male lambs, or of the young goats.
12 Nangman pumgo thilto napeh teng hiche thupeh hohi najui ding ahi.
According to the number that you shall prepare, so you shall do to everyone according to their number.
13 Nang ho Israel mite hiche mumna peng jousen Pathen heng nga gimnamtui maicham, napeh teng ule hiche thupeh hohi najui’u angaiye.
“‘All who are native-born shall do these things in this way, in offering an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai.
14 Koi tobang nangho kom a kholjin mi aum ham ahi lou leh acheng den aum khah jong leh Amaho jong chun hiche dan hi ajui cheh diu ahi.
If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you, or whoever may be among you throughout all your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Adonai; as you do, so he shall do.
15 Israel mite agam leiset muna peng dan hihen gampam ma kon hung pemlut mi hijong leh Pakai mitmu’a thakhat cheh ahiuve. Hijeh’a chu Dan khat noija um cheh ahiuve. Hiche hi nang ho dia tonsotna jui dinga dan kisem ahin hichu najui diuva kipe ahi tai.
For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner, a statute forever throughout all your generations. As you are, so shall the foreigner be before Adonai.
16 Nangho ding hihen gamchom mi hung pemlut ho hiu jong leh, Hiche thupeh jui ding’a kigong hohi na bolcheh diu ahi.
One Torah ·Teaching· and one judgement shall be for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner with you.’”
17 PakaiyinMose heng ah asei be kit in.
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
18 Israelte chu anoija thupeh thuhil ho hi seipeh tan, nangho ka pehna gam nalhun uva,
“Speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], and tell them, ‘When you come into the land where I bring you,
19 Hiche gamsung gasoh ho naneh teng ule Pathen maicham ding jong na khen doh cheh cheh diu ahi.
then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a wave offering to Adonai.
20 Na lousoh mim le chang aga masa penchu changbong a na suhdi ding changlhah lumma na sem ding hichu Pathen a dinga gamasa pen ahi jeh’a napeh doh ding ahi.
Of the first of your dough you shall offer up a cake for a wave offering. As the wave offering of the threshing floor, so you shall heave it.
21 Ahung lhung ding khonung khang geija hiche maicham atheng Pathen hengnga pehdoh ding hi a kumsih leh najui ding na lou gasoh amasa pen chu na koidoh jing ding ahiye.
Of the first of your dough, you shall give to Adonai a wave offering throughout all your generations.
22 I-ham tia Pakaiyin Mose henga athupeh chengse hi nahsahmo jeh hilouva, hetthem lou jeh joh’a na suhmil khah uva,
“‘If you go astray, intoxicated, unintentional sin ·error· and you fail to observe all these mitzvot ·instructions·, which Adonai has spoken to Moses [Drawn out],
23 Khonung’a Na chilhah ho jeng in jong Pathen thupeh ho a suhmil khah uva,
even all that Adonai has enjoined you by Moses [Drawn out], from the day that Adonai gave commandment, and onward throughout all your generations;
24 Hiche suhkhelna chu mipi jousen ana hetthem lou jeh ahi khah tahleh Israel mipi techun Bongchal nou khat Pathen heng’a gim namtui thilto dia ato diu ahi. Chuleh Anneh ding thilto leh don ding thil to toh, chonset thilto adia kelnou khat ato tha diu ahi.
then it shall be, if it was done as an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bull for a burnt offering, for a pleasant aroma to Adonai, with its meal offering, and its drink offering, according to the judgement, and one male goat for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering.
25 Hiche ho jouse toh hin thempupan Israel mipiho chu Pakai ma-sang’a a suhtheng ding chu teng amaho chu ngaidam ma umdiu ahi. Ajeh chu amahon achonset nau chu ana hetlou jeh’u ahin, a maicham thilto jal uva, kingaidam diu ahi. Pathen heng’a chonset thilto leh kilhaina abol jal uva chu ngaidam kichan diu ahi.
The priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel [God prevails], and they shall be forgiven; for it was an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to Adonai, and their habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering before Adonai, for their unintentional mistake sin ·error·.
26 Israel mipite leh gampam mi abonchauva ngaidam a um nahi tauve.
All the congregation of the children of Israel [God prevails] shall be forgiven, as well as the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them; for with regard to all the people, it was an unintentional mistake sin ·error·.
27 Koi tobang khat nin hethem louva chonset na ahin bol tah leh, amapa chun kelpi kumkhat lhingset khat a chonset thilto ahin tohdoh ding ahi.
“‘If one person sins ·errs (the standard goal)· that is an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, then he shall offer a female goat a year old for a habitual sin ·miss the mark· offering.
28 Thempu chun hiche Pasal chu Pakai masanga asuh theng ding chu teng amapa chu ngaidam ma um ding ahitai.
The priest shall make atonement for the soul who deviates in mental error, unintentional sin ·error·, for his sin ·err (the standard goal)· is an unintentional mistake sin ·error·, before Adonai, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.
29 Hiche thuhil hin nangma ho Israel chilhah ho na hiuvin chule mi dang, chi dang nam dang nagam uva khopem ho jouse jong ahopsoh kei ahi.
You shall have one Torah ·Teaching· for him who does any unintentional mistake sin ·error·, for him who is native-born among the children of Israel [God prevails], and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them.
30 Hinlah nangho lah a koitobang ahe nasa’a Pathen deilam bollou vang chu Pathen taitom kiti ding chule amaho chu Isarelte lah a pat’a chomkhen’a um ding ahiuve.
“‘But the soul who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, the same blasphemes Adonai. That soul shall be cut off from among his people.
31 Amahon Pathen thupeh chu he nasa a khohsah louva akoitah jeh un amaho jouse chu pum noa no mang ding ahi tauve chule achonset nau jeh’a gim gentheina a thoh diu ahi.
Because he has despised Adonai’s word, and has broken his order, that soul shall utterly be cut off. His depravity (moral evil) shall be on him.’”
32 Israel mite nikhat gamthip akhosah laitah uchun mipi hochun pasal khat nin Sabbath nikhoa na atoh a thing achom pettah ahin tohkha tauvin ahi.
While the children of Israel [God prevails] were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Shabath ·Intermission· day.
33 Israelte lah’a pasalpa thilbol mudoh jouse chun amapa chu Mose le Aaron chule mipi lah ahin puiyun ahi.
Those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses [Drawn out] and Aaron [Light-bringer], and to all the congregation.
34 Amahon ipi lo ding ham atheilou jeh uvin munkhat na aumsah un ahi.
They put him in custody, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.
35 Hichun Pakaiyin Mose chu a houlimpi tan “Hiche Pasalpa hi thina channa gotna chang ding ama chu khopi pam lamma mipin song’a ase lih ding ahi,” ati.
Adonai said to Moses [Drawn out], “The man shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall stone him with stones outside of the camp.”
36 Hichun mipi’n amapa chu ngahmun pam lam’a akai doh un song in asep lih tauve, hichu PakaiyinMose henga thu apeh bang banga abol’u ahi.
All the congregation brought him outside of the camp, and stoned him to death with stones, as Adonai enjoined Moses [Drawn out].
37 Chu in Pakaiyin Mose henga thu aseiyin ahi.
Adonai spoke to Moses [Drawn out], saying,
38 Israelte chu anoiya thuchang kihil na ding hohi seipeh kit tan. A ponmang jouse’u chu alum khat aba diu ahi. alum laichu ajem adum a na boldiu ahi. hichu akhang akhang a akivon diu ahi.
“Speak to the children of Israel [God prevails], and tell them that they should make themselves fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put on the fringe of each border a cord of blue:
39 “Nangman hiche pon mangjem chu namu teng na Pathen thupeh sang’a tahsa ngaichat na joh nasuh bukim nomlou na diu ahi” ati.
and it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look on it, and remember all Adonai’s mitzvot ·instructions·, and do them; and that you not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you use to play the prostitute;
40 Hiche pon dum chun thupeh jui ding’a umho chu na hin tilkhou diu Pathen a theng’a umpa toh na kinai sah jing diu ahi, ati.
that you may remember and do all my mitzvot ·instructions·, and be holy to your God.
41 Keima na Pakai na Pathen Egypt gamma petna na hin puidoh pachu kahi ati.
I am Adonai your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt [Abode of slavery], to be your God: I am Adonai your God.”
