Nehemiah 3
1 Hiche jou chun thempulen Eliashib leh thempu dangho chun Kelngoi Kelkot chu asemphauvin ahi; hitichun asemjou phat’un athensouvin, chuleh akot jouse jong asutoh un, Jakhat Insang kiti chan geiyin asa phauvin, achaisoh phat’un athenso’vin chuin Hananel Insung geipeh in asa phauvin ahi.
At the Sheep Gate, Eliashib the high priest and his fellow priests began rebuilding. They dedicated it and installed its doors. After building as far as the Tower of the Hundred and the Tower of Hananel, they dedicated the wall.
2 Jericho khopi a konna hung mipiten amaho bang chun na atongun chuban’in Imri chapa Zakkur in atongin ahi.
The men of Jericho built next to Eliashib, and Zaccur son of Imri built next to them.
3 Hassenaah chapaten Ngapi Kelkot geiyin asauvin ahi; Chule amahon ajol jong ajam’un, akot jouse jong asuto’uvin, chule kopja le thih jol ho jong asutoh un ahi.
The Fish Gate was rebuilt by the sons of Hassenaah. They laid its beams and installed its doors, bolts, and bars.
4 Hiche banna pal chu Hakkoz tupa Uriah chapa Meremoth in asemphan ahi. Chule ama ban’a hin Meshezabel tupa Berekiah chapa Meshullam in asempha in ahi. Chujongle ama banin Baana chapa Zadok in asemin ahi.
Next to them, Meremoth son of Uriah, the son of Hakkoz, made repairs. Next to him, Meshullam son of Berechiah, the son of Meshezabel, made repairs; and next to him, Zadok son of Baana made repairs as well.
5 Hiche ban in Tekoa kona hung mipite hin alamkai houvin hiche natoh na a vaihom hotoh atoh khom nomlou vangun ahung semphauvin ahi.
Next to him, the Tekoites made repairs, but their nobles did not put their shoulders to the work under their supervisors.
6 Chule Khopi Kelkot luichu Paseah chapa Joiada leh Besodeiah chapa Meshullam in asempha lhon in ahi. Chule amahon ajol ajam’un, akot ho atungdoh’un, chule kopja ho le thih jol ho jouse jong asutoh un ahi.
The Jeshanah Gate was repaired by Joiada son of Paseah and Meshullam son of Besodeiah. They laid its beams and installed its doors, bolts, and bars.
7 Amaho banin Gibeon a kon in Milatiah, Meronoth a konin Jadon, chule Gibeon mipite Mizpah a kon a hung mipiten Eupharates lhum lam gamvaipo pa chenna mun gei asemphauvin ahi.
Next to them, repairs were made by Melatiah the Gibeonite, Jadon the Meronothite, and the men of Gibeon and Mizpah, who were under the authority of the governor of the region west of the Euphrates.
8 Chule hiche bana hin sanakhenga pang Harhai’ah chapa Uzziel in ana semphan ahi; chule ama ban a hin thaonam twi sema pang Hananiah in ana semphan, chule amaho hin Jerusalem kulpi pal lenpa geiyin anasem phauvin ahi.
Next to them, Uzziel son of Harhaiah, one of the goldsmiths, made repairs, and next to him, Hananiah son of the perfumer made repairs. They fortified Jerusalem as far as the Broad Wall.
9 Chule amaho bana pal sempha a panga chu Jerusalem gamkai akehkhat chunga lamkaiya pang Hur chapa Rephai’ah ana hi.
Next to them, Rephaiah son of Hur, ruler of a half-district of Jerusalem, made repairs;
10 Amaho bana hin Harumaph chapa Jedai’ah kitipa hin in kotmai lam chu ana semphan; chuleh ama bana chun Hashabneiah chapa Hattush chun asemphan ahi.
next to him, Jedaiah son of Harumaph made repairs across from his house; and next to him, Hattush son of Hashabneiah made repairs.
11 Hiche bana hin Harim chapa Malkijah leh Pahath-moab chapa Hasshub in munchom banglai khat toh meilhum chung insang chung geiyin asempha lhonin ahi.
Malchijah son of Harim and Hasshub son of Pahath-moab repaired another section, as well as the Tower of the Ovens.
12 Hallohesh chapa Shallum leh achanuten abanchu asem phauvin ahi; chule amahi Jerusalem gamkai akeh khat chunga lamkai ahiye.
And next to them, Shallum son of Hallohesh, ruler of the other half-district of Jerusalem, made repairs, with the help of his daughters.
13 Chule phaicham kelkot chu Hannun lamkai na in Zanoah mipiten ana semphauvin ahi, chule amahon akot ho atung doh’un, chujongle kopja ho le thih jol ho geiyin asutoh’un ahi. Chuleh palchu tong sangkhat le ja-nga gei Ehkul Kelkot chan geiyin ana semphauvin ahi.
The Valley Gate was repaired by Hanun and the residents of Zanoah. They rebuilt it, installed its doors, bolts, and bars, and repaired a thousand cubits of the wall as far as the Dung Gate.
14 Chule Ehkul Kelkot chu Beth-hakkerem gamkaiya lamkaiya pang Recab chapa Malkijah in asem phan; chule aman akotho atung doh in kopja ho le thih ho geiyin asutoh in ahi.
The Dung Gate was repaired by Malchijah son of Rechab, ruler of the district of Beth-haccherem. He rebuilt it and installed its doors, bolts, and bars.
15 Mizpah gamkaiya lamkai Kol-hozeh chapa Shallum chun Twisam putna kelkot chu asemphan, chule aman achung akhun, akot ho jong atungdoh in chuleh kopja ho le thih ho geiyin asutoh in ahi. Hiche bana chun lengpa hon kom Siloam twikul pal chu asemphan chule apal chu David khopia kona kidosuh kalbi geichun asemphan ahi.
The Fountain Gate was repaired by Shallun son of Col-hozeh, ruler of the district of Mizpah. He rebuilt it, roofed it, and installed its doors, bolts, and bars. He also repaired the wall of the Pool of Shelah near the king’s garden, as far as the stairs that descend from the City of David.
16 Hiche banna hin Bethzur gamkai akeh khat chunga lamkaiya pang Azbuk chapa Nehemiah in asemphan ahi; chule aman David insung mite lhantoh kigalsai twikul chuleh galhat ho inmun chan geiyin asemphan ahi.
Beyond him, Nehemiah son of Azbuk, ruler of a half-district of Beth-zur, made repairs up to a point opposite the tombs of David, as far as the artificial pool and the House of the Mighty.
17 Chule hiche banna hin Bani chapa Rehum lamkai nan Levite phabep khat in ana semphauvin; chule hiche banna hin Keilah gamkai akeh khat chunga lamkaipa Hashabi’ah lamkai nan ana semphauvin ahi.
Next to him, the Levites made repairs under Rehum son of Bani, and next to him, Hashabiah, ruler of a half-district of Keilah, made repairs for his district.
18 Hiche banna hin Keilah gamkai akeh khat chunga lamkaiya pang Henadad chapa Binnui lamkai nan agamsung mite nana semphauvin ahi.
Next to him, their countrymen made repairs under Binnui son of Henadad, ruler of the other half-district of Keilah.
19 Amaho banna Mizpah lamkai, Jeshua chapa Ezer hin pal ningkoi kom, manchah ho kikoina lang se se chu asem phan ahi.
And next to him, Ezer son of Jeshua, ruler of Mizpah, repaired another section opposite the Ascent to the Armory, near the angle in the wall.
20 Ama banna Zabbai chapa Baruch in thempulen Eliashib in kot ninga pat’in aninglang khat geiyin asemphan ahi.
Next to him, Baruch son of Zabbai diligently repaired another section, from the angle to the doorway of the house of Eliashib the high priest.
21 Chule ama nunga hin Hakkoz chapa Uriah chapa Meremoth chun Eliashib in kot na konin aninglang khat geiyin asem phan ahi.
Next to him, Meremoth son of Uriah, the son of Hakkoz, repaired another section, from the doorway of the house of Eliashib to the end of the house.
22 Ama banna hin thempu hole phaicham a cheng hon asem phauvin ahi.
And next to him, the priests from the surrounding area made repairs.
23 Amaho ban ah hin Benjamin leh Hesshub amani toh kigalsai ja um chu asempha lhonin ahi; chule amani banna chun Ananiah chapoa Maasei’ah chapa Azariah chun ama inkom chu asemphan ahi.
Beyond them, Benjamin and Hasshub made repairs in front of their house, and next to them, Azariah son of Maaseiah, the son of Ananiah, made repairs beside his house.
24 Ama banna hin Henadad chapa Binnui chun Azariah inkoma pat aningkoi gei palgol chom khat chu asemphan ahi.
After him, Binnui son of Henadad repaired another section, from the house of Azariah to the angle and the corner,
25 Uzai chapa Palal chun agal langkhat in ningkoi lai chule insang laitah toh kigalsai lai, chule lengpa indan chung nung, in vengtup ho panna indan laitah chu asemphan ahi; chule ama bantah a hin Parosh chapa Pedai’ah leh;
and Palal son of Uzai made repairs opposite the angle and the tower that juts out from the upper palace of the king near the courtyard of the guard. Next to him, Pedaiah son of Parosh
26 Ophel vum'a cheng houin lhacha a pang hotoh twi kelkot gal nisolam insang toh kimai ngat laichu asemphauvin ahi.
and the temple servants living on the hill of Ophel made repairs opposite the Water Gate toward the east and the tower that juts out.
27 Hiche jouchun Tekoah mipiho ahung’uvin insang thupitah a kitung doh gal Ophel pal geiyin mun chom khat ahung semphauvin ahi.
And next to them, the Tekoites repaired another section, from a point opposite the great tower that juts out to the wall of Ophel.
28 Chule Sakol Kelkot chung chu thempu hon asem phauvin ahi; chule amaho khat cheh chun ama in toh kigal sai cheh chu asem phauvin ahi.
Above the Horse Gate, each of the priests made repairs in front of his own house.
29 Abanchu Immer chapa Zadok chun ama in toh kigalsai akotmai laitah mun phabep chu asemphan, chule ama banchun solang kelkot ngahpa Shecaniah chapa Shemai’ah chun asemphan ahi.
Next to them, Zadok son of Immer made repairs opposite his house, and next to him, Shemaiah son of Shecaniah, the guard of the East Gate, made repairs.
30 Hiche banchu Shelemiah chapa Hananiah leh Zalaph chapa agup channa Hanun chun munchom lai khat asempha lhonin, alangkhat a Berekiah chapa Meshullam in ama chenna inmun gal a palchu asemphan ahi.
Next to him, Hananiah son of Shelemiah, as well as Hanun the sixth son of Zalaph, repaired another section. Next to them, Meshullam son of Berechiah made repairs opposite his own quarters.
31 Sana kheng ho lah a mikhat Malkijah kitipa chun Houin lhacha hole kivei ho umna in changei kelkot ngah ho gal lang changei a pal chu agenphan ahi; hiche ban jongchun anunglam indan chung geiyin asembe in ahi.
Next to him, Malchijah, one of the goldsmiths, made repairs as far as the house of the temple servants and the merchants, opposite the Inspection Gate, and as far as the upper room above the corner.
32 Sana khenga pang adang hole kivei miho chun kelngoi kotpi ningkoiya konchun pal chu ahin semphauvin ahi.
And between the upper room above the corner and the Sheep Gate, the goldsmiths and merchants made repairs.
