And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them authority against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.
2 Seijui som le ni ho min: Amasapen, Simon (Peter jong akitin), aban Andrew (Peter sopipa), James (Zebedee chapa), John (James sopipa),
Now the names of the twelve apostles are these; The first, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother;
3 Philip, Bartholomew, Thomas, Matthew (kaidongpa ahin), James (Alpheus chapa), Thaddaeus,
Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the publican; James the son of Alphaeus, and Lebbaeus, whose surname was Thaddaeus;
4 Simon (Zealot mi) chule Iscariot'a kon Judas (ama matsah a pang), hi chengse hi ahiuve.

These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:
6 Pathen kelngoi mangsa Israel te koma bou che uvin.
But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
7 Chule nache nauva Van gam chu ahung naitai ti phongdoh un.
And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
8 Ana sudam un, mithi kaithou un, phahvei ho ngimsah un, chule lhagaoboh ho nodoh un. Man beiya kilah a nahi bang un, phaldoh jeng un!
Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
9 “Na sumdip uva sum, na konggah uvah sana dangka ahilouleh sum goi jeng jong kipoh hih-un.
Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses,
10 Kholjin na a sakhau jeng jong akop in pohih un, kengchot ho le tenggol jeng jong kiken hih un chule min najen phat uleh ki phalam hih un, ijeh inem itileh natonga chun aneh ding dol ahi.
Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat.
11 “Khopi sung hihen, khoneo sung hijongleh nalut nauva chun lhunna theija kilom michu holdoh un chule khosung ho nadalhah kahse uvin hichepa in a chun umun.
And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence.
12 In nalut teng uleh phatthei na chu peuvin.
And when ye come into an house, salute it.
13 Achang dinga kilom in ahiuleh na phatthei nau chu umden hen, kilom lou in ahiuleh phattheina chu nunglah doh un.
And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.
14 Koi insung hihen, ahilouleh khopi sung hijongleh na lamdot lou uva, ahilouleh na thupoh-u angainom lou uleh, na dalhah ding teng uleh nakeng uva vutvai geiyin thing lhauvin.
And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.
15 Thu tahbeh kaseipeh nahiuve, thutan nikho teng chuleh chutobang khopin athoh ding chu, gitlouna dim khopi teni: Sodom le Gomorrah thoh gamchenga oljo ding ahi.
Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
16 “Veuvin, keiman ngeihon lah a kelngoi tobanga kasol nahiuve. Hiti chun gul ho tobang'in chingthei jun chule vapal ho tobang in suhset khoiset neihih un.
Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
17 Hinlah ching theiyun! Ijeh inem itileh thutan ho khut a nahin pehdoh diu chule ki khopna in hoa sakol jepna a nahin jep diu ahi.
But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues;
18 Nangho kanungjui nahi jeh uva gam vaipo holeh leng ho ang sunga na chung thu'u kitan ding ahi. Ahin hichu vaipoa pangho le atahsan lou ho henga, keima thu nasei theina diu phat kijentah hung hi ding ahi.
And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.
19 Amahon nahin mat teng uleh, iti ka donbut ding ham tin lungkham hih un; nasei diu apettah a Pathen in napeh diu ahi.
But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
20 Ijeh nem itileh thuseija chu nangho hita louva na Pau Lhagao chun nang hoa kona thu ahin seidoh ding ahi.
For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.
21 “Sopi khat chun asopi chu thi dinga apeh doh ding, apa chun acha tahbeh jong chu apehdoh ding chule achaten anule pa adou uva chule athasah diu ahi.
And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.
22 Chule nanghon keima nung najuijeh uva nam jousen nahin hotbol diu ahi. Hijongleh achaina geiya thoh lhung jou chengse bou chu, huhhing a um ding ahiuve.
And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.
23 Nang hon khopi khat abol hesohna nato teng uleh, aban khoa jam lut un. Thu tahbeh kaseipeh nahiuve, Israel kho jouse naphah masang uva, Mihem Chapa hi hung ding ahi.
But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.
24 “Ahil uva pangpa sang in akihil ho alenjo ngaipoi chule soh ho jong apu sang in alenjo pouve!
The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.
25 Akihil ho chu ahilpau to abah uva chule soh ho jong apu uto abah diu chu phaset ahi. Chule keima insung pumpi neipa bon lhagao bohho lengpa eitiuva ahileh, ka insung mite chu hisanga phamo joa akou diu ahi.
It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?
26 “Hijongleh nagih uva pang ho chu kicha hihbeh un. Ajeh chu akisel guh jouse ki phondoh phat hung lhug ding ahi. Chule aguh a kisel jouse jong mi jouse het a um ding ahi.
Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.
27 Tua keiman muthim lah a kasei hi, kho ahungvah tengleh lhang phonga ki phongdoh ding ahi. Keiman na koluva thol a kasei hi mi jouse jah dinga, in chunga kisam doh ding ahi!
What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.
28 “Na tahsau that go ho kicha hih un, amahon na lhagao atongkha thei pouve. Pathen bou ging un, Ama chun na lhagao le na tahsau asuhmang thei chule damun a akoi thei ahi. (Geenna )
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. (Geenna )
29 Inva nin ijat amat na het em? Paisa khat man bou ahi. Hinlah inva khat jeng jong na Pau het louva leiset a lhalou ahi.
Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.
30 Chule nalu uva nasam jang'u geiya kisim ahi.
But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
31 Hijeh chun kicha hih un, inva ho aboncha uva sanga manlu joa nahiuve.
Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.
32 “Hiche leiset chunga Keima mipiho lah a eiphongdoh a chu, Keiman jong vana Kapa ang sunga Ka phondoh ding ahi.
Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.
33 Hinlah hiche leiset chunga hi koi hijongleh, ei seilep chan chu Vana um Kapa ang sunga kaseilep ding ahi.
But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.
34 “Keima leiset a hi chamna hinpo lut ding in nei gel hih un! Keima chamna poa hung hijo louvin, chemjam joh kahin poh ahi.
Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
35 ‘Mikhat chun apa adou ding chule achanu chun anu adou ding, chule mounu tah chun atehpi adou dinga hunga kahi,
For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
36 na melma teu chu na in sungmi ho lah a kona hiding ahi.’
And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.
37 “Nang man napa ahilouleh nanu chu keima sanga nangailut joh a ahileh, nangma keiya hi dinga kilom nahi poi; ahilou jongleh nachapa ahilouleh nachanu chu keima sanga nangailut joh'a ahileh, nangma keiya hi dinga kilom nahi poi.
He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
38 Thingpel chu nakilah a chule kiput ding nanop louva ahileh, keiya hidinga kilom nahi poi.
And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.
39 Na hinna na kikol chah a ahileh na mansah ding, hinlah nangman keima dinga na hinna chu napeh doh jenga ahileh, na kimu ding ahi.
He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
40 “Nangma nasanga chun keima eisan ahi chule keima eisanga chun, eisol Pa chu asan ahi.
He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.
41 Nangman themgao khat chu Pathen a dia thusei phong ahi chu nasan a ahileh, themgao khat hina a kipa man chu nasan ding ahi. Chule nangman mihong phal ho chu achonphat jeh uva nasan a ahileh, nangman jong amahoa tobang kipa man namu ding ahi.
He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward.
42 Chule nangman twi dap khon khat kanungjui ho lah a aneopen jeng jong napeh a ahileh, nangman kipa man namu tei ding ahi.” ati.
And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.
