< Mark 15 >
1 Chuin jingpi tah'in thempu pipuho, vaipo upa ho, danthusunho, chule hou vaipoloi chengse akihoupaiyun, Yeshua chu akan'un, akaiyun Pilate khut'ah apedoh tauve.
And straightway in the morning the chief priests with the elders and scribes, and the whole council, held a consultation, and bound Jesus, and carried him away, and delivered him up to Pilate.
2 Pilate in Yeshua adong in, “Nangma Judate Lengpa nahim?” ati leh, Yeshuan adonbut in, “Nasei chu adih-e,” ati.
And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answering saith unto him, Thou sayest.

And the chief priests accused him of many things.

And Pilate again asked him, saying, Answerest thou nothing? behold how many things they accuse thee of.
5 Yeshuan adonbut lou phat in, Pilate in adatmo lheh jeng in ahi.
But Jesus no more answered anything; insomuch that Pilate marveled.
6 Vaipopa chena-ngai dol'a kumseh a Kut sungse leh, sohchang ho lah-a amipin athum pen penkhat chu alhadohpeh ji ahi.
Now at the feast he used to release unto them one prisoner, whom they asked of him.
7 Chulai chun songkul'ah Barabbas atiu gamsung chohnoh-bol le tolthat khat aumin ahi.
And there was one called Barabbas, [lying] bound with them that had made insurrection, men who in the insurrection had committed murder.
8 Mihonpi chu Pilate henga acheuvin, angaina banga songkultang khat lhadoh din agaseiyui.
And the multitude went up and began to ask him [to do] as he was wont to do unto them.
9 Chuin Pilate in, “Judate lengpa hi lhadohpeh leuveng nadeiyum?” tin asei tai.
And Pilate answered them, saying, Will ye that I release unto you the King of the Jews?
10 Ama chun thempu pipuihon thangset man'a apehdoh-u ahi ti chu ahet ahi.
For he perceived that for envy the chief priests had delivered him up.
11 Ahivang'in thempu pipuihon Barabbas joh chu lhadohna dingin mipi chu atilseuvin ahi.
But the chief priests stirred up the multitude, that he should rather release Barabbas unto them.
12 Hichun Pilate in ajah uva, “Achutileh Judah te Lengpa natipau hi i-kalo ding bahitam?” ati.
And Pilate again answered and said unto them, What then shall I do unto him whom ye call the King of the Jews?
13 Chuin amahon asamkit'un, “Thingpela khenbeh-in!” atitauve.
And they cried out again, Crucify him.
14 “Ijeh-inem? Ipi abolset em?” tia Pilate in asei vang'in, mipi chun ahasap cheh-un, “Thingpel'a khenbeh-in!” atitauve.
And Pilate said unto them, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out exceedingly, Crucify him.
15 Mipite lunglhaina dingin Barabbas alhadoh-in, Yeshua chu ajep jouvun thingpela khetbeh dingin apedohtan ahi.
And Pilate, wishing to content the multitude, released unto them Barabbas, and delivered Jesus, when he had scourged him, to be crucified.
16 Chuin hemchoi (Sepai) sottol hon Ama chu Praetorium atiu, vaipo inpi sunga chun akailut'un, sepai jouse akoukhom sohkeiyun ahi.
And the soldiers led him away within the court, which is the Praetorium; and they call together the whole band.
17 Chuin Yeshua chu ponsandup asilpeh-un, leng-lukhuh tobanga linga kiphan chu akhuhpeh-ui.
And they clothe him with purple, and plaiting a crown of thorns, they put it on him;
18 Chuin, “Judah te Lengpa, choianun!” tin, totnopnan chibai aboh-un ahi.
and they began to salute him, Hail, King of the Jews!
19 Chuin amaho chun peng tenggolin alu avo avouvin, chule achil asetkhum'un, totnopnan adilsu uvin chibai aboh-ui.
And they smote his head with a reed, and did spit upon him, and bowing their knees worshipped him.
20 Achainan ael-ela totnopna'a aboljouvun aponsan chu ahoh lhauvin, ama pon ale silpeh-un thingpela khetbeh dingin apuiphei tauvin ahi.
And when they had mocked him, they took off from him the purple, and put on him his garments. And they lead him out to crucify him.
21 Cyrene kiti gam kochong langa pat hungkon, Simon kitipa chutoh amaho chu lamkah-a akitohpa uvin, hichun ama chu achamlouvin Yeshuan ahinput thingpel chu aputsah-un ahi. (Simon hi Alexander le Rufus penna pa ahi.)
And they compel one passing by, Simon of Cyrene, coming from the country, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to go [with them], that he might bear his cross.
22 Chuin Yeshua chu lugu-mun atiu Golgotha mun'achun alhut tauvin ahi.
And they bring him unto the place Golgotha, which is, being interpreted, The place of a skull.
23 Chuah myrrh toh kihal lengpitwi apeuvin ahile Ama anompoi.
And they offered him wine mingled with myrrh: but he received it not.
24 Chuin thingpel'a akhenbeh-un, aponsil chu avangpha pha chang hen tin vang asangtauve.
And they crucify him, and part his garments among them, casting lots upon them, what each should take.
25 Yeshua akhetbeh-u chun jingvai nidan ko ahitan ahi.
And it was the third hour, and they crucified him.
26 Achunga chun ahehnau hetnan, “Judate Lengpa” tia kisun chu atah-un ahi.
And the superscription of his accusation was written over, THE KING OF THE JEWS.
27 Ama toh gamsunga chohnohbol mi ni, khat aveilamah, khat ajetlamah akhenbeh-un ahi.
And with him they crucify two robbers; one on his right hand, and one on his left.

29 Chuin achele avahle ho jousen akhasuh khumun, “Katei! Nangin houin kasuhchima nithum nileh kasahdoh kit ding ahi natin, tuchun kivet in.
And they that passed by railed on him, wagging their heads, and saying, Ha! thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days,
30 Nangma kihuhhing inlang thingpel'a kon chun hung kumlha tangem!” atiuvin ael-elin ahouvun ahi.
save thyself, and come down from the cross.
31 Chutobangma chun thempu pipui hole danthusunhon jong abol ui. “Aman midang ahuhhingin, Ama akihuhhing theipoi!
In like manner also the chief priests mocking [him] among themselves with the scribes said, He saved others; himself he cannot save.
32 Kamu'uva kahettheina dingun Israelte lengpa chu tutah hin thingpel chunga kon'in hung kumlha hen!” atiuvin totnopnan abol'un ahi. Ama toh kikhet behtha teni jong chun hitichun asei lhon e.
Let the Christ, the King of Israel, now come down from the cross, that we may see and believe. And they that were crucified with him reproached him.
33 Chuin sunkim velhin gam jouseah nidan thum chan mu athimtan ahi.
And when the sixth hour was come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour.
34 Hichun nidan thum dontah'in Yeshua hapen in apengin, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabach thani?” atitai. Hichu: “Ka-Pathen, ka-Pathen, ibola neidalhah hitam?” atina ahi.
And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
35 Avel'a umho phabep chun Elijah akou hinte atiuve.
And some of them that stood by, when they heard it, said, Behold, he calleth Elijah.
36 Hichun mi khat alhaijelin, lengpitwi thuh-a twichop phon adelhop in, adontheina din peng tenggol leh chu ajah-in, amapa chun, “Khongaiyutin, Elijah ahung huhdoh-em veuhite!” ati.
And one ran, and filling a sponge full of vinegar, put it on a reed, and gave him to drink, saying, Let be; let us see whether Elijah cometh to take him down.
37 Chuin Yeshua kithongtah'in ahung peng kit'in ahai atantai.
And Jesus uttered a loud voice, and gave up the ghost.
38 Hichun Houin'a pondal len chu achunga pat anoilam geiyin aehlha paiyin, kehni akisotan ahi.
And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom.
39 Chule Rome sepai jalamkai khat'in thilsoh ijakai amu jouvin, “Hichepa hi Pathen Chapa tahbeh ahimonge!” tin aphongdoh jeng tai.
And when the centurion, which stood by over against him, saw that he so gave up the ghost, he said, Truly this man was the Son of God.
40 Numei phabep chun thilsoh chu gal'a konin ahin galdot ui. Amaho lah'a chun Mary Magdalene toh Mary (James le Joseph dinga anu) chule Salome jong apangun ahi.
And there were also women beholding from afar: among whom [were] both Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome;
41 Amaho cheng chu Yeshua Galilee gam'a aumlaiya, Ama ajuile ajenlea anapangho chu ahiuve. Chule numei tamtah Jerusalem'a Ama hin kilhon toupi ho jong chu ahiuve.
who, when he was in Galilee, followed him, and ministered unto him; and many other women which came up with him unto Jerusalem.
42 Hichengse hi Cholngahni masang Kiginnia soh ahi. Chuin nilhahlam ahung hitan,
And when even was now come, because it was the Preparation, that is, the day before the sabbath,
43 Arimathea Joseph chun Yeshua longdamsa chunga mopohna ladingin Pilate koma agathumtan ahi. (Arimathea Joseph chu mi jaumtah vaipo holah-a khat ahin, chule Pathen Lenggam hunglhun ding ngahjing mi khat ahi.)
there came Joseph of Arimathaea, a councillor of honourable estate, who also himself was looking for the kingdom of God; and he boldly went in unto Pilate, and asked for the body of Jesus.
44 Pilate in Yeshua chutia athiloi jeng ding chu atahsanpon, hijeh chun Rome sepai jalamkaipa chu akouvin Yeshua athi tahbeh hitam tin adongin ahi.
And Pilate marveled if he were already dead: and calling unto him the centurion, he asked him whether he had been any while dead.
45 Chuin Rome sepai jalamkaipan athi chu aphotchen phatnin along chu Arimathea Joseph koma apedohtai.
And when he learned it of the centurion, he granted the corpse to Joseph.
46 Chuin Joseph chun along chu alalhan, tupat ponnem achon, hichun atomin, songpi kivut-hom lhan sungah chun alupsahtai. Chujouvin lhankot'a chun songlen khat atanglut'in, lhan chu asinnan ahi.
And he bought a linen cloth, and taking him down, wound him in the linen cloth, and laid him in a tomb which had been hewn out of a rock; and he rolled a stone against the door of the tomb.
47 Chule Mary Magdalene toh Mary (James nu) chun Yeshua longdamsa akoinau chu avelhi jing lhon in ahi.
And Mary Magdalene and Mary the [mother] of Joses beheld where he was laid.
