The righteous perish, and no one lays it to heart. Merciful men are taken away, and no one considers that the righteous is taken away from the evil.
2 Pathen ngaisahna lampi a cheho chu hung thi jonguleh lungmonga choldo ding ahiuve.
He enters into peace. They rest in their beds, each one who walks in his uprightness.
3 Hinla nangho doichoi ho chate, jon bol pasal ho le numei kijoh chilhah ho- hikoma hin hung khom’uvin!

you who inflame yourselves among the oaks, under every green tree; who kill the children in the valleys, under the clefts of the rocks?
6 Phaicham mun hoa song jolsel ho chu na-pathen ‘u ahin, amaho chu nanghon Pathen houva nahou’uva kikatdohna don ding thilto nalhei lhauvin chule anneh thiltoho natohdoh’uvin ahi. Amaho chu na gouchan diu ahitai, Keima kahitapoi. Hiche nabol ho’u hin Keima hi kipah inte neitiu hija ham?
Among the smooth stones of the valley is your portion. They, they are your lot. You have even poured a drink offering to them. You have offered an offering. Shall I be appeased for these things?
7 Nanghon molsang tinna jon-thanhoina nabol tauve. Chuche mun hoa chun nanghon milim nahou’uvin, Keima dinga kitahna bei nahiu ahitai.
On a high and lofty mountain you have set your bed. You also went up there to offer sacrifice.
8 Nanghon lim-semthu houho melchihnaho chu na kotkhom ho’uva le na kotnung’uva natah’uvin, Keima nei dalhauvin, hiche pathenna neidia thet umtah ho chu nakichoijun, lupna nakaldoh piuvin ahi. Nanghon sagoh-keuva um semthu-milim chu lung ngaichatnin naveuvin, nangho tah nakipedoh jenguve.
You have set up your memorial behind the doors and the posts, for you have exposed yourself to someone besides me, and have gone up. You have enlarged your bed and made you a covenant with them. You loved what you saw on their bed.
9 Nanghon Olive thao chu semthu-pathen (Molech-pathen)’a chun thao namtui pumin napedohtauve. Nangman naphahna thei chana, vannoi mithigam geijin, Pathen thah ngailut ding hollin nakalsongin ahi. (Sheol h7585)
You went to the king with oil, increased your perfumes, sent your ambassadors far off, and degraded yourself even to Sheol. (Sheol h7585)
10 Na thilholna’a na cholta lheh’in, hinla na ngahnompoi. Ngaichat chun thahatna thah napen, na lhadah hihlaije.
You were wearied with the length of your ways; yet you didn’t say, ‘It is in vain.’ You found a reviving of your strength; therefore you weren’t faint.
11 Hiche lim-kisemthu hohi nakichat ham? Amaho hin natijat sah em? Hiche jeh’a hi nangman keima jouva neibol’a chule nei suhmil’a chule ka thuseiho nasuhmil gam hitam? Keima kathipsot behseh tah jeh’a hi nei ginlou hitam?
“Whom have you dreaded and feared, so that you lie, and have not remembered me, nor laid it to your heart? Haven’t I held my peace for a long time, and you don’t fear me?
12 Tua hi keiman thilpha bol’a na kigelnaho hi kasosal ding nahitai. Hiho chun na panpi lou dingu ahije.
I will declare your righteousness; and as for your works, they will not benefit you.
13 Panpi na ngaichatna nakou teng hiche limsemthu- pathen ho chun na panpiu vem veuhite. Ipi itidan'a huisi hung nung chun amaho amutlhuh ahidem! Achunguva nahaigin ajah’ujongleh aginna lhu jengu hin tem! Hinla koi hijongleh eitahsan mi chun gam chu aloding chule Ka lhangtheng chu aloding ahi.
When you cry, let those whom you have gathered deliver you, but the wind will take them. A breath will carry them all away, but he who takes refuge in me will possess the land, and will inherit my holy mountain.”
14 Pathen’in, lamlen chu semphauvin, ati! Kamite chu asohchan nauva ahung kilekitna dinguvin lampia songpi ho le songho suthengun.
He will say, “Build up, build up, prepare the way! Remove the stumbling-block out of the way of my people.”
15 Sangtah le achungnungpenpa, tonsotna hing jingpa chun, hiche hi aseije:”Keima munsang le achungnungpen’a ka um'in, a lhagao ki sehgima chule akineosah hoto kaum khome. Keiman mi kineosah ho ka kiledohsah kitnin chule lungchang kisih ho lung ngamna kalepeh in ahi.

I was angry because of the iniquity of his covetousness and struck him. I hid myself and was angry; and he went on backsliding in the way of his heart.
18 Amahon ipi abol’u kamunai, hijongleh kaboldam ding hitante! Ken amaho pui jingting, alhaseteho kalhamon ding ahi.
I have seen his ways, and will heal him. I will lead him also, and restore comforts to him and to his mourners.
19 Pakai, amaho damsahpa’n aseije: Agamla le anaija hon lungmonna lhingset nei’uhen; akam’uva vahchoina thucheng hinlhut ‘uhen, ati.
I create the fruit of the lips: Peace, peace, to him who is far off and to him who is near,” says the LORD; “and I will heal them.”
20 Hijongleh, Keima eidoubol jing ho chu twikhanglen kinong, umthim theilouva, bonnang le aphon-nen hin notdoh tobangbep ahiuve.
But the wicked are like the troubled sea; for it can’t rest and its waters cast up mire and mud.
21 “Agiloupa dingin lungmonna aumpoi,” tin ka Pathen’in aseije.
“There is no peace”, says my God, “for the wicked.”
