1 Hung ngaijun, Aw chitin namtin in. Vannoi leh asunga cheng jousen kathuho hi jaohen.
Come near, ye nations, to hear; and hearken, ye people: let the earth hear, and all that is therein; the world, and all things that come forth of it.
2 Ajehchu Pakai chu chitin namtin chunga alung asatai. Agalsat sepai ho chunga nasatah'a lunghang'a ahitai. Abon'uva asuhmang hel soh ding, themmo achanna athagam hel ding ahi.
For the indignation of the LORD [is] upon all nations, and [his] fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them, he hath delivered them to the slaughter.
3 Amithiu jong vuilouva kikoiding chuleh amonlha tahsa ho ui chun gansung alodim ding ahi. Lhang chung'a konin athisan u hung longlha ding ahi.
Their slain also shall be cast out, and their stink shall come up out of their carcases, and the mountains shall be melted with their blood.
4 Vanlaijol chunga umcheng hung jun lhamang ding, chuleh lekha pheng kijel banga mang diu ahi. Van thamjol'a konin ahshi ho lengpithei do gop pul bangin hungpul lha diu, theichang phunga theichang agop ho hung kitanglha bang diu ahi.
And all the host of heaven shall be dissolved, and the heavens shall be rolled together as a scroll: and all their host shall fall down, as the leaf falleth off from the vine, and as a falling [fig] from the fig tree.
5 Van hoa ka chemjam in anatoh ahin chaiteng leh suhmang dinga kakoisa Edom chunga hung chu ding ahi.
For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.
6 Pakai chemjam chu thisan in alhop deh in, thao in akitom lha jengin ahi- kelngoinou ho leh kelcha ho thisan kithoina dinga kigongsa kelngoichalho athao toh ahi. Ahi, Pakai in Bozrah khopi achu maicham asemding ahi. Edom'a chu aman mi hatah a athading ahi.
The sword of the LORD is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, [and] with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams: for the LORD hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Idumea.
7 Bongchal hat banga hatjong leu, thidiu ahi-khangthah ho khanglui hotoh kijamtha diu ahi. Agamsung chu thisan in achup ding chuleh a leiset chu thao dimlha jeng ding ahi.
And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.
8 Ajehchu Pakai in phu alah nading nikho chu ahin, Edom in Israel te chunga khan gitlou abol jouseu lethuh na kum chu ahi.
For [it is] the day of the LORD’s vengeance, [and] the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion.
9 Edom vadung jouse meikou in alodim ding, chuleh tollhang chu meiyin ahin tom khum ding ahi.
And the streams thereof shall be turned into pitch, and the dust thereof into brimstone, and the land thereof shall become burning pitch.
10 Edom chunga thu kitan hi kichai tih umlou ding ahi; a meikhu u, a itih adinga kiting jing jeng ding ahi. Gam leiset chu akhang akhang'a dinga hin kidalha ding ahitai. Hilai munna chu koima cheng talou ding ahi.
It shall not be quenched night nor day; the smoke thereof shall go up for ever: from generation to generation it shall lie waste; none shall pass through it for ever and ever.
11 Nelgam'a um sumbu changlit, pengloi loi sumbu changlit, lentah sumbu chang lit leh va ah alenloi in chennan aneiyun, kichat umna mun ahitai. Ajehchu Pathen in hichegam chu hoitah a atetoh ding; chehchao nading leh manthah nadinga atetoh ding ahi.
But the cormorant and the bittern shall possess it; the owl also and the raven shall dwell in it: and he shall stretch out upon it the line of confusion, and the stones of emptiness.
12 Ima hilou gam hin kiti ding, chuleh alen alal'a anei jouseu gangtah'a ana umloudiu ahitai.
They shall call the nobles thereof to the kingdom, but none [shall be] there, and all her princes shall be nothing.
13 Linghon leng inpi ho adelkhum gam ding; thing binei leh lingphung ho akulpiu sunga hung ban kedoh ding ahi. Si-al hon chennan hinnei juntin, sumbu changlit hon in'a ahin neidiu ahi.
And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof: and it shall be an habitation of dragons, [and] a court for owls.
14 Nelgam'a gancha ho jong ngei hotoh hunglha khom diu, ahamu jankhovah geija kijading ahi. Akisumang manthai na mun'a chun gam kelcha ho amaho leh amaho kah'a ham untin, chuleh jan thilha ho hungun tin, hung kicholdo diu ahi.
The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest.
15 Hilai achu sumbu changlit in abuh sem in tin, atui ho athah ding ahi. Anou akeo sah'a alhaving'a akhu khum ding ahi. Khoiho hung untin, achal leh api akop'a hung diu ahi.
There shall the great owl make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall the vultures also be gathered, every one with her mate.
16 Pakai lekhabu chu holin lang ipi abol dingham ven. Hiche vacha holeh gancha ho hi khatcha manglou ding chuleh akop toding jong kivat lou ding ahi. Ajehchu Pakai ana kitep in ahi. A lhagao in ahin tahsan soh keiding ahi.
Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.
17 Gam chu ate peh in, ahomdoh tai. Vang asanpeh dung juiyin apedoh tan ahi. Tonsot gei alo uva, akhang akhanga aneidiu ahitai.
And he hath cast the lot for them, and his hand hath divided it unto them by line: they shall possess it for ever, from generation to generation shall they dwell therein.
