He being an emanation of God’s glory and stamp of his substance, and upholding the universe by the utterances of his power, after by himself making purification of our sins, has taken his seat on the right hand of the Majesty on High.

He is as much superior to the angels as the name that he has inherited surpasses theirs.

Thou hast loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; Therefore did God, thy God, anoint thee with the oil of gladness beyond thy comrades.
10 Aman Chapa jah a aseikit in, “Vo Pakai, atil in, nangman leiset bulhi nanaphutdoh in, chule van hohi nakhuttah a nasem ahi.
And, Thou, O Lord, in the beginning didst lay the foundations of the earth, And the heavens are the work of thy hands.
11 Hiche hohi mangthah diu, hinlah Nangma aitih a umjing ding nahi. Hiche hohi ponbanga chul lhaloi dingu ahi.
They will perish, but thou remainest; They all will grow old like a garment,
12 Nangman hicheho hi pon kijeltum banga najeltum ding, ponlui banga napaidoh ding ahi. Hinla nangma angai chu nahi jingin; nangma aitih a nahin jing ding ahi,” ati.
Like a mantle thou wilt fold them up, And like a garment they will be changed. But thou art the same, And thy years will never fail.
13 Chule Pathen chun vantil ho khatpen koma, “Namelmate kasuhnema nakengphang noiya kakoi masangsen, kakhut jetlam jabolna a touvin,” tin aseikhapoi.
To which of the angels has he ever said, Sit at my right hand, Till I make thy foes a footstool for thy feet?
14 Hijeh chun vantil ho hi lhachabou ahiuvin-huhhingna gouloding ho kinbol dinga kisoldoh lhagaoho ahibouvui.
Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth for service in behalf of those who are about to inherit salvation?
