1 Masanglai chun Pathen in tamtahvei chule gotchom chomin ipu ipateu henga themgao hoa konin thu anaseiye.
On many past occasions and in many different ways, God spoke to our fathers through the prophets.
2 Chule tuphat nunung pena hin Aman eiho henga Achapa a konin thu ahinseitai. Pathen in Chapa chu ijakai goulo dinga athutep sa ahin chule Chapa a kona vannoi pumpihi anasem ahi. (aiōn g165)
But in these last days He has spoken to us by His Son, whom He appointed heir of all things, and through whom He made the universe. (aiōn g165)
3 Chapa chun Pathen loupina vah akilahdoh sah in, chule Pathen chondan dihtah chu aphongdoh tan ahi, chule Aman athupeh thahattah jal'a ijakai atuhchah ahi. Aman ichonsetnauva kona eisilngim jouvu phat chun, Ama jabolna mun Pathen jetlam'a atouvin, Van mun'a loupitah in atoutai.
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His nature, upholding all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
4 Hichun avetsah chu, Pathen in apeh min chu amaho minsanga chungnungjo ahi tobanga chu, Chapa chu vantil ho sanga gamchenga chungnungjo ahi.
So He became as far superior to the angels as the name He has inherited is excellent beyond theirs.
5 Ajeh iham itileh Pathen in Yeshua koma asei chu vantil ho khatpen komah, “Nangma kachapa nahi, tunia hi keima napa kahung hi ahitai,” tin aseidoh khapoi, Chule Pathen in, “Keima Apa hingting, chule Ama kachapa hiding ahi,” tin aseikit in ahi.
For to which of the angels did God ever say: “You are My Son; today I have become Your Father”? Or again: “I will be His Father, and He will be My Son”?
6 Chule Aman achapa chungnungpen chu vannoiya ahinpui chun, Pathen in, “Pathen vantil ho jousen Ama houcheh un.”
And again, when God brings His firstborn into the world, He says: “Let all God’s angels worship Him.”
7 Vantil ho thudola Aman aseijin, “Aman avantilte chu hui bangin asoldoh in, asohte chu meikongto abahsah e,” ati.
Now about the angels He says: “He makes His angels winds, His servants flames of fire.”
8 Hinlah aman Chapa jah a, “Vo Pathen, nalaltouna chu atonsot tonsot'in aum jinge, nangman leng tenggola thutah'in vai napon ahi. (aiōn g165)
But about the Son He says: “Your throne, O God, endures forever and ever, and justice is the scepter of Your kingdom. (aiōn g165)
9 Nangman thutandih nadeijin, chule aphalou nahotbol e. Hijeh a chu vo Pathen, na Pathen in thaonanua, kipana thao chu midang chung sanga nachunga asunlhah ahitai,” ati.
You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, Your God, has anointed You above Your companions with the oil of joy.”
10 Aman Chapa jah a aseikit in, “Vo Pakai, atil in, nangman leiset bulhi nanaphutdoh in, chule van hohi nakhuttah a nasem ahi.
And: “In the beginning, O Lord, You laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of Your hands.
11 Hiche hohi mangthah diu, hinlah Nangma aitih a umjing ding nahi. Hiche hohi ponbanga chul lhaloi dingu ahi.
They will perish, but You remain; they will all wear out like a garment.
12 Nangman hicheho hi pon kijeltum banga najeltum ding, ponlui banga napaidoh ding ahi. Hinla nangma angai chu nahi jingin; nangma aitih a nahin jing ding ahi,” ati.
You will roll them up like a robe; like a garment they will be changed; but You remain the same, and Your years will never end.”
13 Chule Pathen chun vantil ho khatpen koma, “Namelmate kasuhnema nakengphang noiya kakoi masangsen, kakhut jetlam jabolna a touvin,” tin aseikhapoi.
Yet to which of the angels did God ever say: “Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet”?
14 Hijeh chun vantil ho hi lhachabou ahiuvin-huhhingna gouloding ho kinbol dinga kisoldoh lhagaoho ahibouvui.
Are not the angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?
