And he lifted up Jacob feet his and he went [the] land of towards [the] people of [the] east.

And he saw and there! a well [was] in the field and there! there three flocks of sheep [were] lying down at it for from the well that people watered the flocks and the stone [was] large over [the] mouth of the well.
3 Hitia chu kelngoi hon ho abonna ahung kisuh kimteng uleh kelngoi ching hon twikhuh kamsin songpi chu akhin doh jiuva kelngoi te twi achip sah jiuva achipva teng ule song chu akikoi na ngai ngai twikhuh kam a chu ale khin lut kit jiu ahi.
And they were gathered there towards all the flocks and they rolled the stone from over [the] mouth of the well and they watered the sheep and they put back the stone over [the] mouth of the well to place its.

And he said to them Jacob O brothers my from where? [are] you and they said [are] from Haran we.

And he said to them ¿ do you know Laban [the] son of Nahor and they said we know [him].

And he said to them ¿ [does] health [belong] to him and they said health and there! Rachel daughter his [is] coming with the sheep.

And he said here! still the day [is] great not [the] time of [the] being gathered of the livestock water the sheep and go pasture [them].
8 Ama hon a donbut un, “Gancha ho jouse ahung kikim tokah in twi kipethei ponte atiuve, hichun kelngoi chingho chun songpi chu twisam kot apat chun atangdoh un kelngoi hon jouse twija ka vah va ding ahi,” atiuve.
And they said not we are able until that they will be gathered all the flocks and people will roll the stone from over [the] mouth of the well and we will water the sheep.

Still [was] he speaking with them and Rachel - she came with the sheep which [belonged] to father her for [was] a shepherdess she.

And it was just as he saw Jacob Rachel [the] daughter of Laban [the] brother of mother his and [the] sheep of Laban [the] brother of mother his and he drew near Jacob and he rolled the stone from over [the] mouth of the well and he watered [the] sheep of Laban [the] brother of mother his.

And he kissed Jacob Rachel and he lifted up voice his and he wept.

And he told Jacob to Rachel that [was] [the] relative of father her he and that [was] [the] son of Rebekah he and she ran and she told to father her.

And it was when heard Laban [the] report of - Jacob [the] son of sister his and he ran to meet him and he embraced him and he kissed him and he brought him to house his and he recounted to Laban all the things these.

And he said to him Laban surely [are] bone my and flesh my you and he remained with him a month of days.
15 Laban in Jacob henga aseiye, “Nangma hi ka insung mi nahi vang'in mohseh a tohman beiya na um ding chu adih thei poi, natoh man ipi hiding ham neisei peh tem in? tin adong tai.”
And he said Laban to Jacob ¿ for relative my [are] you and you will serve me for nothing tell! to me what? [is] wage[s] your.
16 Laban in chanu ni aneiyin, alenjo nu min chu Leah ahin, chule aneojo nu min chu Rachel ahi.
And [belonged] to Laban two daughters [the] name of the old [one] [was] Leah and [the] name of the young [one] [was] Rachel.
17 Ahin Leah mit chu aleng thim in ama vang Rachel chu amelhoi jin, amaiso jong lungset aum lheh jenge.
And [the] eyes of Leah [were] weak and Rachel she was beautiful of form and beautiful of appearance.
18 Jacob'in Rachel chu hatah in adeichat jeh in hitin aseiye, “Keiman nang ding in kum sagi na nei tohsah in lang, na chanu aneojo nu Rachel hi keima ji din kipui tang kate,” ati.
And he loved Jacob Rachel and he said I will serve you seven years for Rachel daughter your young.
19 Laban in adonbut'in, “Hithei nante,” ati. “Ajeh chu keiman midang ho kapeh sanga nangma kapeh ding chu thilphajo ahibouve, Hijeh chun keima koma um jingtan,” ati.
And he said Laban ([is] good *LB(ah)*) to give I her to you more than to give I her to a man another remain! with me.
20 Hichun Jacob in kum sagi sung in Rachel man toh kitoh ding in na atong tan, Hinlah Jacob in Rachel angailut behset jeh chun ni chomcha toh abahsah in ahi.
And he served Jacob for Rachel seven years and they were in view his like days one in love his her.
21 Chujouvin Jacob in Laban jah a hitin aseiye, “Keiman ka kitepna ho jouse ka subulhit tai, kajinu tun neipe tan ka luppi nom tai,” tin ahung thum tai.
And he said Jacob to Laban give! wife my for they have been completed days my so I may go into her.
22 Hichun Laban in jetle veija cheng ule nao jouse akou khom soh keiyin kichen na golvah chu aboltai.
And he gathered Laban all [the] people of the place and he prepared a feast.
23 Hinlah hiche jan ahung thim phat chun Laban in Leah chu Jacob koma aga that lut pehtan, Jacob in hichenu chu alup khom petai.
And it was in the evening and he took Leah daughter his and he brought her to him and he went into her.
24 Laban in asohnu Zilpah jong chu Leah kithopi a pang ding in apeh tha tai.
And he had given Laban to her Zilpah maidservant his to Leah daughter his a maidservant.
25 Ahin jingkah matah in Jacob ahung kitho leh Leah joh anahin, Jacob in Laban jah a aseiyin, “Ipi iti a hiti a hi neibol hitam? kum sagi nangma noiya na kana toh chu Rachel manding a katoh hilou ham? “Ibol a nei jou lhep ham? tin aseiye.
And it was in the morning and there! she [was] Leah and he said to Laban what? this have you done to me ¿ not for Rachel have I served with you and why? have you deceived me.
26 Laban in adonbut in “Kei ho chondana a unu umpet a hi anaonu jinei doh thei lou ahi.”
And he said Laban not it is done thus in place our to give the young before the firstborn.
27 Hiche hapta khat sunghi ji nei dan hi subu lhit tadin, hiche teng chule Rachel jong kapeh ding na hi, ahin nangman kum sagi ma kana, natoh kit ding ahi ati peh e.
Complete [the] week of this [one] so let us give to you also this [one] for [the] service which you will serve with me again seven years another.
28 Chuin Jacob in Leah chu hapta khat lhing in akichen pin hiche jou chun Laban in Rachel jong ajinu ding in ape tai.
And he did Jacob thus and he completed [the] week of this [one] and he gave to him Rachel daughter his of him to a wife.
29 Laban'in asohnu Bilhah jong chu achanu Rachel jenle a pang dingin apehtha tai.
And he had given Laban to Rachel daughter his Bilhah maidservant his to her to [be] a maidservant.
30 Hichun Jacob'in Rachel jong alup khom pitan, aman Rachel chu Leah sang in hatah in adei jon, hichun Jacob in kum sagi ma Laban na atong kit'in ahi.
And he went also into Rachel and he loved also Rachel more than Leah and he served with him again seven years another.
31 Ahin Pathen in Leah kihot bol chu amudoh tan, hijeh chun anaobu ahondoh peh in, amavang Rachel chu aching in cha neilou in aum tai.
And he saw Yahweh that [was] hated Leah and he opened womb her and Rachel [was] barren.
32 Leah vang chu achung agih tan; chapa khat ahing in amin Reuben asah tai, Ijeh in em itile, “Pathen in ka gimna ho eihet pehtai, hiche jeh a hi ka jipan eilungset ding ahi tai,” ati.
And she conceived Leah and she bore a son and she called name his Reuben for she said that he has looked Yahweh on affliction my for now he will love me husband my.
33 Chuin aman nao avop kit in chapa khat ahing kit tai, ajeh chu “Keima eikihot bolhi Pakaiyin ajah doh phat'a chapa hiche jong hi eipeh kit ahiye,” Hijeh achu amin Simeon asah tai.
And she conceived again and she bore a son and she said that he has heard Yahweh that [am] hated I and he has given to me also this [one] and she called name his Simeon.
34 Hichun Leah achung gih in, nao avop kittan ama nun hitin aseiye, “Tua pat'a hi ka jipa toh thakhat tipum khat kahi lhon ding ahi tai, ajeh chu keiman cha pasal thum ka hin pehtai hichun naosen chu amin chu Levi asah tai.”
And she conceived again and she bore a son and she said now this time he will join himself husband my to me for I have borne to him three sons there-fore he called name his Levi.
35 Chujouvin Leah in nao avop kit in chapa khat ahing in, “Tuchunga vang Pakai ka thangvah na ding ahi,” atin hijeh chun amin Judah asah tai, chujou a pat in vang cha abang tan ahi.
And she conceived again and she bore a son and she said this time I will praise Yahweh there-fore she called name his Judah and she stopped from bearing children.
