< Ezekiel 10 >
1 Kagao thilmuna a chun songval dumjel songmantama kisem laltouna tobang khat chung langa song val set mai Cherubim luchung donna chun kamun ahi.
As I looked toward the dome that was over the heads of the cherubim; something appeared above them like a sapphire with the appearance of the likeness of a throne.
2 Hichun tupat ponnem kisilpa jah chun, Cherubim noija kangtalai kang kipei teni kikah chun chen lang songmeihol am khu nakhut dimset galan lang khopi chunga khun gathe khum jeng tan; tin aseipeh in ahile kavet vet pettah chun aga boltai.
Then Yahweh spoke to the man dressed in linen and said, “Go between the wheels underneath the cherubim, and fill both your hands with fiery coals from between the cherubim and scatter them over the city.” Then the man went in as I watched.
3 Mihempa agalut chun Cherubim houin leitol lhang langa chun adingin chule aloupina meibang lom chun leitol sung nung lang chu adimsetne.
The cherubim stood on the right side of the house when the man went in, and a cloud filled the inner courtyard.
4 Hichun Pakai loupi chu Cherubim chung lang chung kikhang touvin houin kotphung lang chun achetai. Houin sung chu loupina meibang lom chu adimset in chu leitol lang chu Pakai loupina chu avah pem pum jenge.
The glory of Yahweh rose up from the cherubim and stood over the threshold of the house. It filled the house with the cloud, and the courtyard was full of the brightness of Yahweh's glory.
5 Cherubim lhaving kithin gin chun Hatchungnung Pathen ogin bang leitol polam geijin ahing kijaphan ahi.
The sound of the cherubim's wings was heard as far as the outer courtyard, like the voice of God Almighty when he speaks.
6 Tupat ponnem kisil mipa jah chun Pakaiyin hitin aseije “Chen lang Cherubim teni kikah a meihol am themkhat khu galan” ati. Hijeh chun mihempa chu achen akang ho lah a khat panga chun ana dinge.
It came about, when God commanded the man dressed in linen and said, “Take fire from between the wheels that are between the cherubim,” the man went in and stood beside a wheel.
7 Hichun Cherubim ho lah a khat chun akhut in ahin lhangdoh in meikou ho lah kon chu mei am phabep alan tupat ponnem kisilpa khut a chun akoi peh in, hiti chun mihem pa chun mei am ho chu alan achedoh tai.
A cherub reached out his hand between the cherubim to the fire that was among the cherubim, and lifted it up and placed it into the hands of the one dressed in linen. The man took it and went back out.
8 (Cherubim ho jouse chun alhaving noiju va chun mihem khut tobang bang anei cheh uve)
I saw on the cherubim something like a man's hand under their wings.
9 Kaven ahile Cherubim li ho khat cheh chun apang cheh uva kang anei cheh uvin, akang ho chu Beryl song bang apah lah lah e.
So I looked, and behold! Four wheels were beside the cherubim—one wheel beside each cherub—and the appearance of the wheels was like a beryl stone.
10 Akangli ho jouse akilimlo cheh un, chuleh kibanga kisem ahiuvin, kang khat cheh chun anichan kang ho chutoh khat leh khat kipei pel toh chet un ahi.
Their appearance was the same likeness for all four of them, like a wheel intersecting another wheel.
11 Cherubim ho chu akiuva angat nalang lang cheh uva kihei doh louhel a kitol jeng thei jiu ahi. Amaijun angat ngat nalanga kiheidoh louhel a jang keija kitol jiu ahi.
When they moved, they went in any of their four directions, without turning as they went; but whatever direction the head faced, they followed after it without turning as they went.
12 Cherubim leh akang ho chu aniuva amit jeng amit jengin atom dimset e. cherubim ho chun atahsau dimset in mit anei uve. Akhut uva ahin, atungtun langu ahin, chuleh alhaving jouseuva jong aneiyu ahi.
Their whole body—including their backs, their hands, and their wings—was covered with eyes, and eyes covered the four wheels all around also.
13 Kantalai kang ho khu kang kipeito ahi tia eikiseipeh kajan ahi.
As I listened, the wheels were called, “Whirling.”
14 Cherubim liho chun maili cheh aneiyun, amasapen chun bonchal mai apun, anina chun mihem mai apun, athum channa chu keipi lim abangin, chuleh alichanna chun muvanlai lim apun ahi.
They had four faces each; the first face was the face of a cherub, the second face was the face of a man, the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.
15 Hichun Cherubim ho chu akaltou tauve. Amaho chu Kebar vadung pangah kamu ganho toh chun thakhat ahiuve.
Then the cherubim—these were the living creatures that I had seen by the Kebar Canal—rose up.
16 Cherubim ho chu akitol phat un akang ho jong chu ama toh chun akitol tha tauve. Amahon akeng dinga alhavingu akidop sang uva ahileh akang ho chu apangpeh uva aum chah kheh cheh uve.
Whenever the cherubim moved, the wheels would go beside them, and whenever the cherubim lifted up their wings to rise up from the earth, the wheels did not turn. They still stayed beside them.
17 Cherubim ho akingah phat uvin akang ho jong akinga tauve. Amaho alentou teng uleh akang ho jong akipat doh ji tauve. Ajeh chu ganhing ho lhagao chu akang ho a chu uma ahi.
When the cherubim stood still, the wheels stood still, and when they rose up, the wheels rose up with them, for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.
18 Hichun Pakai loupina chu houin kotphunga kon chun akitol doh in Cherubim ho chunga chun akilap den tai.
Then the glory of Yahweh went out from over the threshold of the house and stood over the cherubim.
19 Chuin keiman kavet vet pet tah chun Cherubim ho chu akang ho chutoh Pakai houin solam kelkot langa chun alenguve. Chuleh Israel Pathen loupina chu hiche ho chunga chun akilap den tai.
The cherubim lifted up their wings and rose from the earth in my sight when they went out, and the wheels did the same beside them. They stood at the eastern entrance to Yahweh's house, and the glory of the God of Israel came upon them from above.
20 Hiche ganhing hohi Kebar vadung panga kaum pet a Israel Pathen noija kana mu ho chu ahiuve. Amaho chu Cherubim ho ahiuve, ti keiman kahei.
These were the living creatures that I had seen below the God of Israel by the Kebar Canal, so I knew that they were cherubim!
21 Ijeh inem itile amaho chun maili cheh leh lhaving li cheh aneiyun chuleh alhanoi uva mihem khut tobang anei cheh uve.
They had four faces each and four wings each, and the likeness of human hands under their wings,
22 Chuleh amai hou chu Kebar vadung panga kanamu ganhing ho mai chutoh akibang chet un ahi. Aki u-chu adanga bangin jangpet in acheuvin ahi.
and the likeness of their faces was like the faces that I had seen in the vision at the Kebar Canal, and each of them went straight ahead.
