Now, look, the hand of the Lord is on you, and you will be blind, unable to see the sun for a time." Immediately a mist and darkness fell on him. He went around seeking someone to lead him by the hand.

The God of this people Israel chose our fathers, and exalted the people when they stayed as foreigners in the land of Egypt, and with an uplifted arm, he led them out of it.

When he had removed him, he raised up David to be their king, to whom he also testified, 'I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after my heart, who will do all my will.'
23 Chule Pathen in Israelte huhdoh dinga athutep Yeshua chu leng David insunga kon ahi.
From this man's offspring, according to his promise, God has brought to Israel a Savior, Jesus,

For those who dwell in Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they did not know him, nor the voices of the prophets which are read every Sabbath, fulfilled them by condemning him.
28 Chule dan dung juiya tha nading themmo najong amu pouvin, ahin Pilate henga chun atha teitei nading in angeh un ahi.
Though they found no cause for death, they still asked Pilate to have him killed.

When they had fulfilled all things that were written about him, they took him down from the tree, and placed him in a tomb.
30 Ahivangin Pathen in thina-a konin akaithou kittai.
But God raised him from the dead,

34 Ajeh chu Pathen in lhana monlha bep ding hilouva thina-a kona kaithou dinga ana thutepsa ahi. Pathen in aseiyin, “David henga kakitepna phattheina kiselguh chu nangma kapeh ding nahi, ati.
"Concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he has spoken thus: 'I will give to you the faithful sacred things of David.'
35 Psalm lekhabu dang khat'ah ahilchen be in, Nami theng chu lhan'a namon den sah lou ding ahi,” ati.
Therefore he says also in another psalm, 'You will not allow your Holy One to see decay.'
36 Chule hiche thuhi David aseina ahipoi, ajeh chu David chun ama khang sunga Pathen lunggot lam abol jouvin athi in apu apate toh akivui khomin chule atahsa jong amon mang tan ahi.
For David, after he had in his own generation served the counsel of God, fell asleep, and was placed with his fathers, and saw decay.
37 Ahipoi! Hiche thuhi Pathen in atahsa mon mang louva akaithou midang khat kiseina ahi.
But he whom God raised up saw no decay.
38 Sopite ho, ngaiyun! Hiche Yeshua vanga chonset ngaidamna aum thudol lhangsama kahiuve.

'Look, you scoffers, and be amazed, and perish; for I am working a work in your days, a work which you will not believe, if one tells it to you.'"
42 Chuin Paul le Barnabas chu kikhopna in'a konin apotdoh lhonin ahile mipi chun akham uvin hapta kit le asei lhon jouse avelsei kit lhon dingin angeh-un ahi.

But when the Jews saw the crowds, they were filled with jealousy, and contradicted the things which were spoken by Paul, and reviled him.

(aiōnios g166)
Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly, and said, "It was necessary that God's word should be spoken to you first. Since indeed you thrust it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, look, we turn to the non-Jewish people. (aiōnios g166)
47 Ajeh chu Pathen in, ‘vannoi leiset pumpia huhhing na thupole dinga, chidang namdang te lah-a vah'a kasem lhon nahi,’ atia chu chidang namdang te lah a eisol lhon ahitai,” ati lhon e.
For so has the Lord commanded us, saying, 'I have set you as a light to the nations, that you may bring salvation to the farthest part of the earth.'"
48 Chuin chidang namdang ten hiche thu ajah phat un hapan akipah in Pakai athangvah un chule tonsot hina chang dinga kilhengdoh ho jouse chu seijui in apang tauvin ahi. (aiōnios g166)
As the non-Jewish people heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord. As many as were appointed to everlasting life believed. (aiōnios g166)
49 Chuin hiche gamkai sung se achun Pathen thu chu akithe jal tan ahi.
The Lord's word was spread abroad throughout all the region.

But the Jews stirred up the devout women of prominence and the chief men of the city, and stirred up a persecution against Paul and Barnabas, and threw them out of their borders.
51 Chuin amanin apampai lhon vetsahnan akenglhona khobon athing lha lhonin Iconium ajon lhon tan ahi.
But they shook off the dust of their feet against them, and came to Iconium.
52 Chule Seijui ho chu kipana le Lhagao vin adimset tauvin ahi.
The disciples were filled with joy with the Holy Spirit.
