2 Corinth 7

Therefore, having these promises, most beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of the flesh and of the spirit, perfecting sanctification in the fear of God.

2 Nangho keiho dingin lung kihongin umun. Keihon koima alamlouvin kabol khapouvin, koima kapuikhel nau jong aumpoi, koima cha jong kaphat chomna diuvin kamang chapouve.

Consider us. We have injured no one; we have corrupted no one; we have defrauded no one.

3 Hiche hi nangho themmo chansahna a kasei ahipoi. Masanga kaseipeh banguvin nangho hi kalung uva kagel khoh uvin, chule nangho to hintha a chule thitha ding kahiuve.

I am not saying this to your condemnation. For we have told you before that you are in our hearts: to die together and to live together.

4 Keiman nangho kisonpina lenpen kaneiyun, chule keiman nangho kakithang-at pilheh jeng uvin ahi. Nanghon neiha tilkhou lheh uvin, chule kahahsat nau jouse a jong nanghon nei kipasah uvin ahi.

Great is my confidence in you. Great is my glorying over you. I have been filled with consolation. I have a superabundant joy throughout all our tribulation.

Then, too, when we had arrived in Macedonia, our flesh had no rest. Instead, we suffered every tribulation: exterior conflicts, interior fears.

But God, who consoles the humble, consoled us by the arrival of Titus,

and not only by his arrival, but also by the consolation with which he was consoled among you. For he brought to us your desire, your weeping, your zeal for me, so that I rejoiced all the more.

8 Chutobang thuhahsa lekhathot kahin thot chu, apet'a kakiphatlamna khat aum vang'in, nangho dinga phat chomkhat anat lheh ding vang chun, kiphatlam na kaneipoi.

For though I made you sorrowful by my epistle, I do not repent. And if I did repent, but only for a time, having realized that the same epistle made you sorrowful,

9 Kahin thot chu tun kalung akipahtai, nangho kalung nopmosah u chu hijo louvin, nalung nat'u chun nakisih sah uvin, chule na hinkho man danu nakhel theiyun ahi. Hichu Pathen in amiten anei ding uva adei ahi, hitia chu nangho keihon nasetna dingu imacha kabolnau aumpoi.

now I am glad: not because you were sorrowful, but because you were sorrowful unto repentance. For you became sorrowful for God, so that you might not suffer any harm from us.

10 Ajehchu lungkhamna Pathen in eideipeh u chun chonset'a kona eipuidoh uva hichun huhhingna asodoh ahi. Hitobang lungkhamna chun kisihna asodohpoi. Hinla vannoi lungkham nan kisihna asodoh joulou ahin, hichun lhagao thina asodoh sah ahiye.

For the sorrow that is according to God accomplishes a repentance which is steadfast unto salvation. But the sorrow that is of the world accomplishes death.

11 Hiche Pathen ngaisahna lungkhamna in na hinkhoa ipi asodoh vetemin! Hitobang tah lunggutna, hibangtah a lungthenna nanei nau, hitobang tah a lunghimona, hitobang loma kihonna, hitobang loma nei munom tennau, hitobangtah a na gutchu pottho nau, hitobang tah a adihlou gimbolna. Nangho tah in thil ijakai adih bol angaina thudol nei hung vetsah tauve.

So consider this same idea, being sorrowful according to God, and what great solicitude it accomplishes in you: including protection, and indignation, and fear, and desire, and zeal, and vindication. In all things, you have shown yourselves to be uncorrupted by this sorrow.

12 Keiman chuche pet'a lekha kajih lona ajeh chu, adihlou bola chu koi hiya ahiloule koiham adihlou bola ngoh ding chu tithua hola kahipoi. Keiman nahenguva Pathen mitmua kahin jih lona ajeh chu nang hon keiho dinga ichan geiya kiphalna naneiyu hitam ti naki mudoh theina dingu ahi bouve.

And so, though I wrote to you, it was not because of him who caused the injury, nor because of him who suffered from it, but so as to manifest our solicitude, which we have for you before God.

13 Keiho tah hiche hin eitilkhou nau chu, Titus nana lamto nauva amaa kipana chu nang hon ama nabon chauva nanalem uva chule nalung olsah nau chu, keiho kipa thanopna dehset ahiye.

Therefore, we have been consoled. But in our consolation, we have rejoiced even more abundantly over the joy of Titus, because his spirit was refreshed by all of you.

14 Keiman nangho hi ichan geiya ka kiletsah piu chule nei lunglhah sahlouvu thudol kaseipehsa ahitai. Keiman nangho thutahbeh kaseipeh jing nahiuvin chule tua hi Titus henga kakisonna thu kaseijong adih monge ti photchet ahitai.

And if I have gloried in anything to him about you, I have not been put to shame. But, just as we have spoken all things to you in truth, so also our glorying before Titus has been the truth.

15 Tuhin aman nangho atila sangin naha gelkhoh cheh tauvin ahi ajeh chu nang hon ama gin le ja umtah puma nabon chauva nalem uva asei nangai jalu ahi.

And his feelings are now more abundant toward you, since he remembers the obedience of you all, and how you received him with fear and trembling.

16 Keiman nangho tahsanna bulhingset'a kanei nahi jeh uva tua hi kipah tah a uma kahitai.

I rejoice that in all things I have confidence in you.
