Therefore the LORD said to Solomon, "Because this is done by you, and you have not kept my covenant and my statutes, which I have commanded you, I will surely tear the kingdom from you, and will give it to your servant.
12 Ahinlah napa David jal’a nahinlai sunga hichu kabol lou ding, nachapa lengvaipoh akon a bou kalahdoh ding ahi.
Notwithstanding I will not do it in your days, for David your father's sake; but I will tear it out of the hand of your son.
13 “Ahinlah keiman lenggam pumpi chu kalah dohlou ding, kalhachapa David jal le kalhentum khopi Jerusalem jal’a phungkhat vang kadalhah peh ding ahi,” ati.
However I will not tear away all the kingdom; but I will give one tribe to your son, for David my servant's sake, and for Jerusalem's sake which I have chosen."

21 David leh a sepai lamkaipa Joab chu athitai kiti thu chu Egypt alhun phat in aman Pharaoh heng’ah, “Keima ka gam lang’a kile tang’e neisol tan,” atin ahi.
When Hadad heard in Egypt that David slept with his fathers, and that Joab the commander of the army was dead, Hadad said to Pharaoh, "Let me depart, that I may go to my own country."
22 Pharaoh in, “Ipi dingin em? Hiche a hi ipi lhinglel nasah’a na in lang’a na kile nom ham?” atileh aman jong, “Ima avat aumpoi, hijongle lungset tah’in kain lam’a nei kile sah tan,” ati.

He was an adversary to Israel all the days of Solomon, besides the evil Hadad did. And he loathed Israel, and reigned over Aram.
26 Solomon noiya natong pipui khat Nebat chapa Jeroboam jong hi adouho lah’a lamkai khat ahi. Amahi Ephraim gam Zeredah khopi’a kon ahin anu hi Zeruah kiti meithai nu chu ahi.
Jeroboam the son of Nebat, an Ephraimite of Zeredah, a servant of Solomon, whose mother's name was Zeruah, a widow, he also lifted up his hand against the king.
27 Hiche hi ama doubol ho hung kipatna thusim chu ahi, Solomon hin inlen pang’a in neo chacha ho anasah phat’a chule apa David khopi pal ho chu anasem phat laijin,
This was the reason why he lifted up his hand against the king: Solomon built Millo, and repaired the breach of the City of David his father.
