1 John 3
1 Veuvin, Van'a um IPauvin ichan geiya eingailut'u hitam? Ajeh chu Aman Achate tin eikou tauve–chule eiho jong ihi tahbeh u ahi! Hinlah hiche hi vannoiya hihon Pathen Chate ihiu hi ahephapouve, ajeh chu amahon Ama ahetlou jeh u ahi.
Behold what love has given to us the Father, that children of God we may be called — (and we are! *NO*) Because of this the world not knows (us, *NK(O)*) because not it knew Him.
2 Ngaitah teho–eiho Pathen chate ihiu ahitai. Chule ipi ihi dingu tun akilangdoh hih laiye. Hinlah eihon ihet'u chu Christa ahung kilah teng chuleh eihon Ama ahina tahbeh a imu dingu ahitai.
Beloved, now children of God are we, and not yet has been revealed what we will be; We know (now *k*) that when He shall appear, like Him we will be, for we will behold Him even as He is.
3 Chule Ama hung ding kinem'a ngah jingho chu Ama athen banga amaho jouse jong thenga umding ahiuve.
And everyone who is having hope this in Him purifies himself even as He pure is.
4 Koihileh chonset bol chun Pathen Danthu apalkeh ahi, ajeh chu chonset jouse hi Pathen Danthutoh kikal ahi.
Everyone who is committing sin also lawlessness commits, and sin is lawlessness.
5 Koi hileh Amatoh hingkhom chu chonsejom lou ding ahiuve. Hinlah chonset boljom jing mi chu Ama heloulai ahilouleh Ama koi ahi hechenlou ahi.
And you know that He appeared so that the sins (of us *K*) He may take away, and sin in Him not there is.
6 Koi hileh Amaa umjom jing mi chu chonselou ding ahi. Hinlah achonse jom jing chu koi hileh Ama chu heloulai ahilouleh hetkhenna neiloulai ahi.
Anyone in Him abiding not sins; anyone who is sinning not has seen Him nor has he known Him.
7 Cha deitahte, hiche chungchang thu'ah koiman nalhep lhah dauhen: Mihon adih tia ahol tenguleh, Christa chu chondih ahi banga amaho chondih a ahiuve ti avetsah ahi.
(little children, *NK(o)*) no one should lead astray you; who are practicing righteousness righteous is even as He righteous is.
8 Hinlah miho chu achonset jom jing tenguleh amaho chu Diabol a ahiuve ti avetsah ahi. Ama chu atil abula pat'a anachonse peh ahi. Hinlah Diabol natoh ho sumang dinga Pathen Chapa hung anahi.
The [one] practicing sin of the devil is, because from [the] beginning the devil has been sinning. For this [reason] was revealed the Son of God so that He may destroy the works of the devil.
9 Pathen insung mia peng ho chun chonset aboljom jing pouve, Pathena hinna chu amahoa um ahijeh ahi.
Anyone who born of God sin not practices, because seed of Him in him abides; and not he is able to continue sinning, because of God he has been born.
10 Hitichun, tun koiho hi Pathen chate hiuva chule koiho chu Diabol chate hiuvem ti iseithei tauve. Koi hileh chonphatna a hinglouho chule midang tahsan chankhompi ngailulou ho chu Pathena ahipouve.
Through this manifest are the children of God and the children of the devil. Anyone not practicing righteousness not is of God, and also the [one] not loving the brother of him;
11 Hiche hi atil abula pat a nana jahsau chu ahi: Eiho khatle khat ikingailut dingu hi ahi.
For this is the message that you have heard from [the] beginning that we may love one another;
12 Eiho Cain tobanga agilouva ihipouve, ama chun asopipa anatha ahi: Ipi jeh a atha hintem? Ajeh chu Cain chun aphalou abola chule asopipa chun chonphat abol jeh ahi.
not even as Cain [who] of the evil [one] was and he slew the brother of him; And because of what he slayed him? Because the works of him evil were, those however of the brother of him righteous.
13 Hijehchun, sopi deitah te, vannoiyin nahot uva ahileh datmo hih un!
(And *n*) not do be surprised, brothers (of mine *K*) if hates you the world.
14 Eihon Christian isopihou ingailut u ahileh, eiho thinaa kona hinna a galkai ihitauve. Hinlah ngailutna neilou chu athisa ahi.
We ourselves know that we have passed from death to life, because we love [our] brothers; The [one] not loving (the brother *K*) abides in death.
15 Koi hileh sopi michom khat hotbola chu alung sunga tolthat ahitai chule tolthat ho chun asunguva Tonsot Hinna aneipouve. (aiōnios g166)
Everyone who is hating the brother of him a murderer is; and you know that any murderer not has life eternal in (him *NK(o)*) abiding. (aiōnios g166)
16 Eihon ngailutna atahbeh ipiham ti iheuve, ajeh chu Yeshuan eiho dinga ahinna chu ahung pehdohsa ahitai.
By this we have known love because He for us the life of Him laid down; and we ourselves ought for [our] brothers [our] lives (to lay down. *N(k)O*)
17 Koiham khat chun sum neihen lang sopinu ahilouleh sopipan angaichat he hen lang, hinlah khotona neitahih leh–hichepa chu Pathen ngailutna a iti umthei ding ham?
Who[ever] now maybe may have the goods of the world and may see the brother of him need having and he may close up the heart of him from him, how the love of God abides in him?
18 Kacha deitahte, eiho khat le khat ikingailu uve tin sei maimai pouhite, atahbeh chu ichonnauva vetsah u hite.
Little children (of mine *K*) not we may love in word nor in tongue but in action and in truth.
19 Ichonnauvin thutah'a hinga ihiu avetsah ding ahi, hitia chu Pathen masanga idin tenguleh lungngam tah a ium dingu ahi.
And by this (we will know *N(k)O*) that of the truth we are and before Him we will assure (heart *N(k)O*) of us,
20 Ikithemmo channau aum jeng jongleh Pathen chu eimaho lunggel sanga lenjoa ahijeh'in ijakai Aman ahet ahinai.
that if shall condemn [us] our heart, that greater than is the God of the heart of us and He knows all things.
21 Kagol ngaitahte, eimahon kithemmo channa ineilouva ahileh, Pathen komchu lungngam tah a inailut theiyu ahi.
Beloved, if the heart of us not shall condemn (us *ko*) confidence we have toward God,
22 Chule ipi hijeng jongleh ithum chanu chu Amaa kona imuthei dingu ahi, ajeh chu eihon Ama sei ingaiyuvin, chule Ama lunglhaina chu ibolun ahi.
and whatever (maybe *NK(o)*) we shall ask we receive (from *N(k)O*) Him, because the commandments of Him we keep and the [things] pleasing before Him we do.
23 Chule hiche hi Ama thupeh ho ahi: Eihon Achapa Yeshua Christa itahsan uva chule Aman eithupeh banguva eiho khat le khat ikingailut dingu ahije.
And this is the commandment of Him that (we may believe *NK(o)*) in the name of the Son of Him Jesus Christ and we may love one another even as He gave [the] commandment to us.
24 Pathen Thupeh ho nit a juiho chu: Amatoh kiloikhom ahiuvin, chule Ama jong amahoa chu uma ahi. Chule eihon eihoa Ama aume ti iheuve, ajeh chu Aman Lhagao eipeh u chu isunguva achengin ahi.
And the [one] keeping the commandments of Him in Him abides, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom to us He has given.
