< 1 Corinth 12 >
1 Tun, sopi deitahte, Lhagaovin thilboltheina jatchom beh eipehnau chung chang thua neihin dohnau thudol hi, nang hon nahet khel dingu keima kanompoi.
Now, concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant.
2 Nanghon Pathen nahet masangu chun, nangho hi lhagaova lamvaiya chule paotheilou lim semthu houna a puimanga um nahi tauvin ahi.
You know that you were Gentiles, led away to dumb idols, even as you happened to be led.
3 Hiti thua hi nang hon nahet dingu kadei chu, koima Pathen Lhagaova kona thusei chun Yeshua gaosap pontin, chule Lhagao Theng panna louvin Yeshua chu Pakai tithei ponte.
Wherefore, I inform you, that no one, speaking by the Spirit of God, pronounces Jesus accursed; and, that no one can declare Jesus Lord, except by the Holy Spirit.
4 Lhagao Thilpeh jat chom chom uma ahin, hinla Lhagao khat'a chu lhagao thilpeh jouse aboncha hung kipan ahi.
Now, there are diversities of gifts, but the same spirit.
5 Lhacha natohna jatchom chom aumin, hinla eihon Pakai khatma kin chu ibolu ahi.
And there are diversities of ministries, but the same Lord.
6 Pathen in jatchom chomin na atongin, hinla Pathen katma chun eiho ibonchauva sunga na atongin ahi.
And there are diversities of operations, but the same God, who works all in all.
7 Lhagao thilpeh hi eiho khat cheh eikipeuva ahin, hiche jal'a chu eiho khat le khat ikihuto theiyu ahi.
And to each is given this manifestation of the Spirit, for the advantage of all.
8 Lhagao chun mikhat a thumop themna apeh ahin, hiche Lhagaoma chun michom khat chu thu hetkhen themna apen ahi.
For to one, indeed, is given, by the Spirit, the word of wisdom: and to another, the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit.
9 Hiche Lhagaoma chun michom khat tahsannaa hatna apen, chule michom dang khat chu Lhagao chun ana damlou damsah theina thilpeh apen ahi.
And to another, faith, by the same Spirit: and to another, healing, by the same Spirit:
10 Aman mikhat chu thil kidang dang ho boltheina thaneina apein, chule achom dang khat chu Pathen Thuseidohna apein ahi. Aman michom dang khat thu kiseidoh chu Pathen Lhagaova kon ahi ahiloule lhagao chom danga kon ahi phottohna apein ahi. Chukit jongleh michom dang khat chu hetlou paoho thotheina apen, chule achom dangma chu akisei chu ipiham ti ledoh theina apein ahi.
and to another, the operations of powers: and to another, prophecy: and to another, diverse kinds of foreign tongues: and to another, the interpretation of foreign tongues.
11 Hiche Lhagao Theng chu khat ahin, lhagao thilpeh jouse hompa chu ahiye. Ama bouvin itobang lhagao thilpeh chu koi chang ding ham tichu khat cheh dinga agellhuh ahi.
Now, all these does the one and the same Spirit effectively work; distributing to each, respectively, as he pleases.
12 Mihem tahsa hin tibah tampi aneiye, hinla tibah tampi hin tipum chu ahin semdoh ahi. Chutobanga chu Christa tahsa jong uma ahi.
For, as the body is one, although it have many members; and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.
13 I-lah uva abang phabep Judah mi, phabepma chu chidang namdang ho, chule phabep chu chamlhat ahiuve. Hinla eiho jouse hi Lhagao khat'a chu baptize changa ihiuvin, chule eiho jouse Lhagao khatma a chu chan neikhoma ihiuve.
For, indeed, by one Spirit, we all have been immersed into one body; whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or freemen; and all have been made to drink of one Spirit.
14 Ahinai, tipum hin tibah jatchom chom aneiyin, tibah khat bou ahipoi.
Since, then, the body is not one member, but many;
15 Keng chun, “Keima khut kahilou jeh in keima tipum'ah kajaopoi” tileh hichun tipuma chu ahisah deh lou ding ahipoi.
if the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it, for this, not of the body?
16 Chule bilkol chun, “Keima mit kahi loujeh in keima tipuma kajaopoi,” tileh hichun tipuma ahisah deh lou ding ahipoi.
And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it, for this, not of the body?
17 Tipum jouse chu mit hitahen lang hileh, iti kho najah ding hitam? Ahilouleh nati pumpi chu nakol khat hitaleh, ipia anam najah thei ding hitam?
If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?
18 Hinlah itahsau hin tibah tampi aneiyin, chule Pathen in khat khat cheh hi aphatsahna mun muna akoi cheh ahiye.
But, now, God has placed the members, every one of them, in the body, as he has pleased.
19 Tahsa chun tibah khatseh neitahen lang hileh tipum khat chu iti datmo um hiding hitam?
Besides, if all were one member, where were the body?
20 Ahinai, tibah tampi aumin, hinla tipum khat bou ahi.
But now, indeed, there are many members, but one body.
21 Mit chun khut jah a, “Keiman nangma kangaichapoi” atithei louhel ding ahi. Luchang chun keng jah a, “Nangma kangaichapoi,” atitheilou hel ahi.
Therefore, the eye can not say to the hand, I have no need of you: nor, again, the head to the feet, I have no need of you.
22 Tahbeh in, tibah ho lah a athalhom pen le aphatchomna neibeh louva igel hou hi angai khoh pen joh ahinom jiuve.
Nay, those members of the body which seem to be more feeble, are necessary.
23 Chule eihon igelkhoh beh lou u ijabol behlou hou hi eihon phatah a ivettup uva itom jiu ahiye. Hiti chun, eihon akimulou dingho hi phatechan ivesui jiuvin ahi.
And those which we think are less honorable members of the body, around them we throw more abundant honor; and so our uncomely members have more abundant comeliness.
24 Ja ding dol tibah ho hi phatecha vetsui jong angai jipoi. Hitia hi Pathen in tipum hi akoikhoma agunchelou tibah ho hi jabolbena le vetsui jepna apeh ahi.
But, our comely members have no need. However, God has tempered the body together; having given to the member which wants it, more abundant honor.
25 Hiche hin tibahho dinga kitona ahinsodoh theina dinga, tibah jouse khatle khat kikhohsah tona ahin umdohsah theina ding uva ahi.
That there may be no schism in the body; but, that the members may have the very same anxious care, one for another.
26 Tibah khat in athoh gima ahileh, tibah jousen hichu athoh gim piuvin, chule tibah khat chun jabolna akimua ahileh, tibah jouse chun akipa huvin ahi.
So, whether one member suffer, all the members sympathize; or, one member be honored, all the members rejoice together.
27 Nangho jouse hi nabon chauva Christa tipum nahiuvin, chule nangho khat khat cheh hi hiche tibah a chu panga nahiuve.
Now, you are Christ's body, and members in particular.
28 Hichea hin, Pathen in houbunga dinga tibah a alhendoh ho chu aume: Amasan solchah ho, abanin themgao ho, athumnan mihil ho, chubana melchihna kidang dang bol ho, adamlou damsah theina, midang panpi theina, lamkai hina lhagao thilpeh chang, hetlou pao hoa thusei theina.
And these, indeed, God has placed in the congregation: first, Apostles; secondly, prophets; thirdly, teachers; next, powers; then, gifts of healing; helpers, directors, kinds of foreign languages.
29 Eiho jouse solchah ihiuvem? Eiho jouse hi themgo ihiuvem? Melchihna kidang boldoh theina inei sohkei uvam?
Are all Apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? have all powers?
30 Adamlou damsah theina thilpeh ichansoh keiyuvam? Paochom tho theina thilpeh nanei mong hinam? Eiho jouse hetlou pao ledoh theina thilpeh ichansoh keiyu vem?
have all the gift of healing? do all speak in foreign languages? do all interpret?
31 Hitia chu nanghon aphachom pen lhagao thilpeh ho chu nalung gut dingu ahi. Hijongleh tun keiman mijouse dinga aphapen hinna lampi chu navetsah uvinge.
Now, ardently desire the best gifts; and yet I show you a more excellent way.
