1 Note Christ taw na thokik khawm uh le, Christ to na Pathian ziatsang a om nate zong tavun.
If ye then be risen with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ sitteth at the right hand of God.
2 Leitung nate tung hi ngawl in, tunglam nate na thinsung uh ah koi vun.
Mind the things above, not those on the earth.
3 Banghangziam cile note sia na thi zo uh a, na nuntakna uh sia Christ taw Pathian sung ah ki seal zo hi.
For ye are dead as to the world, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
4 Ka nuntakna uh a hi Christ hong kilang ciang in, note zong Ama taw minthanna sung ah na kilang tu uh hi.
When Christ, who is your life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with Him in glory.
5 Tua ahikom leitung ah na pumpikhen theampo a om; paktat na, thiantho ngawl na, ki tek thei ngawl lungngul na, cilesa deina, taciang duhopna a kici milim biakna te that siat vun:
Mortify therefore your members that are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, disorderly passion, evil concupiscence, and insatiable desire, which is indeed idolatry:
6 Banghangziam cile hi mawna te hang in thu ni ngawl tate tung ah Pathian thin-ukna theng hi:
for which things the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience.
7 Tua mawna te sung ah na om uh lai in, note zong tua mawna te sung ah na nungta ngei uh hi.
In which ye also formerly walked, when ye lived among them.
8 Ahihang tu in hi thin-ukna, thangpai na, deisakna pha ngawl, sonsiatna, na kam uh sung pan kammal thiang ngawl theampo zong nusia vun.
But now put away all these also, wrath, animosity, malice, calumny, and filthy discourse out of your mouth.
9 Mihing lui le a nasep te nu sia siat zo na hi uh hu in khat le khat ki theam nawn heak vun;
Lie not one to another, seeing ye have put off the old man with his evil practices;
10 Taciang mihing thak na sil zo uh a, tua mihing thak a bitphua pa lim le meal bang in heakna sung ah a ki thaksua a hihi.
and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge, after the image of Him that created him.
11 Tua sung ah Greek le Judah, vunteap tan le tan ngawl, mimawl te, Scythian, sila le a suakta te, ci om ngawl hi: ahihang Christ sia na theampo hi a, na theampo sung ah om hi.
Wherein there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, slave, or free: but Christ is all and in all.
12 Tua ahikom, Pathian hong teal na bang in, thiangtho le a dei huai, hesuakna, phatna, thinsung ki niamkhiakna, nunneam le thinsauna te sil tavun;
Put on therefore, as the elect of God holy and beloved, bowels of mercy, benignity, humbleness of mind, meekness, long-suffering;
13 Khat le khat ki dual vun, khat le khat ki maisak vun, mi khatpo in ngualdang khat taw a ki hau le: Christ in note hong maisak bang in, note zong ki maisak tavun.
bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if any one has a complaint against any: even as Christ hath forgiven you, so also do ye.
14 Taciang hi te theampo tung ah itna sil vun, tua itna in kicinna taw note hong hen khawm hi.
And above all these put on love, which is the band of perfection.
15 Taciang Pathian i thinnopna in note i thinsung hong uk tahen, tabang hi tu in pumpi khat sung ah hong sam khawm a; lungdam ko thiam tavun.
And let the peace of God preside in your hearts, to which ye are also called as united in one body: and be thankful for it.
16 Note sung ah Christ i kammal sia ciimna theampo taw hong dim tahen; hil na, khat le khat ki tek na tu in Psalm la, pokna la le thaa la te na thinsung uh ah thuthiamna taw Topa tung ah sa vun.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another by psalms, and hymns, and spiritual songs, with gratitude singing in your hearts to the Lord.
17 Taciang na kampau na uh theampo, a hibale, na sep uh theampo te sia Topa Jesus min taw seam siat vun, Ama tungtawn in Pa Pathian tung ah lungdam ko vun.
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to our God and Father by Him.
18 Zi te awng, Topa tung ah a hoi ahi bangma in na pasal te tung ah noma le noma ki ap tavun.
Wives, be subject to your husbands, as becometh you in the Lord:
19 Pasal te awng, na zi te it vun, taciang amate langpan in ngoltol heak vun.
and ye husbands, love your wives, and be not embittered against them.
20 Ta te awng, na theampo ah na nu le na pa te thu ni vun: banghangziam cile hisia in Topa lungkimsak mama hi.
Children, obey your parents in all things; for this is well-pleasing to the Lord:
21 Pa te awng, na tate uh thin-uksak heak vun, tabang a hibale, amate thinkiam tu hi.
and ye fathers, do not irritate your children, least they be discouraged.
22 Sila te awng, cilesa ngeina bang in na to te thu sia, amate mitmu na ah mihing lungkimsak te bang bek hi ngawl in; Pathian zatakna taw na theampo ah thu ni vun:
Servants, be obedient in all things to your lawful masters, not with eye-service as men-pleasers, but in uprightness of heart, fearing God; and whatever service ye do,
23 Bangpo na seam uh ahizong, na thinsung theampo taw, mihing te atu seam bang hi ngawl in, Topa atu seam bang in seam tavun;
do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not to men;
24 Topa kung pan na sep thaman ngamh na lua tu uh hi, ci he tavun: banghangziam cile note Topa Christ i na na seam uh hi.
knowing that from the Lord ye shall receive the recompense of the inheritance; for ye serve the Lord Christ;
25 Ahihang a man ngawl a seam te in a man ngawl a sepna thaman sangkik tu hi: taciang kuama doidan na om ngawl hi.
but he that doth unjustly, shall receive for what wrong he hath done; and there is no respect of persons with God:
