2 Corinth 12

1 Uplak natu om ngawl in, keima atu in ki suantak tu sia phattuamna om ngawl hi. Topa hong kilaak nate le mangmuna te kong son tu hi.

It is indeed not expedient for me to boast; I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord.

2 Abosa kum sawm le kum li lai in, Christ sung ah ka heak mihing khat, vantung thuapthum na ah ki la to hi, a pumpi taw ziam, ka son thei bua hi; a hibale, a pumpi taw hi ngawl ziam, ka son thei bua hi: Pathian in he hi.

I know a man in Christ, fourteen years ago, —whether in the body, I know not, or whether out of the body, I know not; God knoweth, —such a one caught up even to the third heaven.

3 Tabang mihing khat ka he hi, a pumpi taw ziam, a hibale, a pumpi taw hi ngawl ziam, ka son thei bua hi: Pathian in he hi;

And I know such a man, whether in the body, or without the body, I know not; God knoweth, —

4 Paradise ah la to a, mihing kam pan pusuak in a ki pau thei ngawl kam te za hi.

that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.

5 Tabang mi khat atu in ka ki suangtak tu hi: keima atu ahile ka thaneam na simngawl, ka ki suangtak batu hi.

Of such a one I will boast; but of myself I will not boast, except in my infirmities.

6 Banghangziam cile ka ki suangtak nuam tazong a mawmaw ka hi batu hi; banghangziam cile thuman ka son tu hi: ahihang tu in mihing khatpo in hong mu na le hong zak na sang in a sang zaw in hong ngaisut tu ka dei ngawl hu in ki suangtak ngawl phot tu khi hi.

For if I should desire to boast, I should not be a fool; for I should say the truth; but I forbear, lest any one should think of me above what he seeth me to be, or what he heareth from me.

7 A dimlet mangmuna tungtawn in keima le keima te na val in ka ki lapsang thei ngawl natu in, ka pumpi sung ah ling khat hong pia hi, tasia sia Satan thupuakpa in hong satna tu a hihi, tabang hibale a te na val in keima le keima ka ki lamsang tha tu hi.

And that I might not be too much lifted up by the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan, to buffet me, that I might not be too much lifted up.

8 Hisia sia ka tung pan lakeak tu in Topa tung ah thum vei dong ka ngen hi.

In respect to this I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me;

9 Taciang Topa in ka tung ah, Ka thuthiamna sia nangma atu in kicing hi: banghangziam cile ka vangletna sia thaneamna mun ah cialcing hi. Tua ahikom vangletna sia ka tung ah hong natu in ka thaneamna ah lungdam tak in ka ki suangtak zaw tu hi.

and he said to me, My grace is sufficient for thee; for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather boast in my weaknesses, that the strength of Christ may abide upon me.

10 Tua ahikom thaneamna te, zawnsakna te, ki tangsapna te, vawtsiatna te le Christ hang in thinngim nate sung ah ka lungkim hi: banghangziam cile ka tha a neam ciang in ka hat hi.

Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses in behalf of Christ; for when I am weak, then am I strong.

11 Note i nong zawthawk uh hu in ka ki suangtak a, a mawmaw ka suak hi: banghangziam cile nong pok tu uh kilawm hi: banghangziam cile bangma ka hi bua ta zong a lianbel sawltak te sang in ka niam zaw tuan bua hi.

I have become a fool; it is ye that compelled me. For I ought to have been commended by you; for in nothing was I behind the very foremost apostles, though I am nothing.

12 A tatak in sawltak khat i lim le lam te sia, thuakna theampo sung ah ahizong, lim le lam te sung ah ahizong, taciang na lamdang te ahizong in, a vanglian sepna te ahizong, note sung ah seam hi.

Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you with all endurance, by signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds.

13 Banghangziam cile keima vateak note atu vanngit ka hi ngawl natu simngawl, pawlpi dang te sang in na niam zawk na uh bang om ziam? hi a man ngawl ka sep na hong maisak tavun.

For what is there in which ye were at disadvantage when compared with other churches, except that I myself was not a charge to you? Forgive me this wrong.

14 En vun, a thum vei na note kung ah hongpai tu in ka kinging zo hi; taciang keima sia note tung ah vanngit ka hi buatu hi: banghangziam cile note i neisa ka zong bua hi, ahihang note kong zong hi: banghangziam cile tate in nu le pa atu khol tu hi ngawl a, nu le pa te in tate atu khol tu a hihi.

Behold, I am ready to come to you this third time, and I will not be a charge to you; for I seek not yours, but you. For the children ought not to lay up for the parents, but the parents for the children.

15 Keima in note kong itna dimlet va-ial a, note in nong itna uh sia a tawm va-ial ta zong, note i nuntakna atu in ka neisa theampo le ka nuntakna sia lungdamtak in ka zang tu hi.

And I will very gladly spend and be spent for your souls; though the more I love you, the less I am loved.

16 Ahihang note tung ah vanngit ka hi bua hi, ci sia thuman a hihi: ahihang keima sia ka thimthel hu in theamna taw note hong man hileng,

But be it so; I at least was not a charge to you; but yet, being crafty, I caught you with guile.

17 Note kung ah kong paisak te sung pan khatpo zang in note tung pan sumlepai taw kisai phattuamna ka vawt uh ziam?

Did I make gain of you by any of those whom I have sent to you?

18 Titus ka thum a, ama taw suapui pa khat hongpaisak khi hi. Titus in note tung pan in sumlepai taw kisai phattuamna a vawt ziam? thaa khat i sung ah kalsuan khawm hi ngawl hi ziam? kalsuan kibang suan khawm hi ngawl khu ziam?

I urged Titus to go to you, and with him I sent the brother. Did Titus make a gain of you? Did we not walk in the same spirit? Did we not walk in the same steps?

19 Note tung ah kote atu in kamzong in hong ngaisun zaw nu ziam? Kote in Christ sung ah Pathian mai ah ka pau uh hi: ahihang ka it te awng, ka sep uh theampo sia note khantosak natu in ka seam uh hi.

Have ye been thinking this long time that we are defending ourselves to you? It is before God in Christ that we are speaking; but all things, beloved, for your edification.

20 Banghangziam cile note kung kong thet ciang in, ka dei bang in note kong mu ngawl tu le, note zong na dei uh bang in nong mu ngawl tu uh ka lau hi: tabang a hibale note sung ah thu kinial nate, ki hazat nate, thin-uk na, ki en nate, kam ki nial nate, ngen siat nate, ki phatsak nate le buai nate a om tu ka lau hi.

For I fear, lest, when I come, I shall not find you such as I would, and lest I too shall be found by you such as ye would not; lest there be wranglings, envying, wraths, rivalries, backbitings, whisperings, swellings, tumults;

21 Tabang a hibale, mi tampi te i vawt, thiantho ngawl na, paktat mawna le maizum heak ngawl nate sia kong thet dong a ki sikik ngawl uh hu in amate kaa tu ka hile, note sung ah Pathian in hong niamkhiak tu ka lau hi.

and lest, when I come again, my God will humble me among you, and that I shall bewail many of those who have sinned already, and did not repent of the uncleanness, and fornication, and lasciviousness, which they committed.
