< 1 Corinth 4 >

1 Christ naseam te le Pathian thuku a keam te bang in, mite in hong ngaisun tahen.
Let a man so thinke of vs, as of the ministers of Christ, and disposers of the secrets of God:
2 Tuabek domngawl in neisa keam te sia a thuman mi hi kul hi.
And as for the rest, it is required of the disposers, that euery man be found faithfull.
3 Ahihang note, a hibale mi khat in thu nong khen tu uh sia kei atu in thu nocik hilel hi: keima le keima zong thu ka kikhen bua hi.
As touching me, I passe very litle to be iudged of you, or of mans iudgement: no, I iudge not mine owne selfe.
4 Keima thu in bangma ka he bua hi; thutang suasak na ka sang bua hi: ahihang Topa sia keima thukhen a hihi.
For I know nothing by my selfe, yet am I not thereby iustified: but he that iudgeth me, is the Lord.
5 Tua ahikom a huncin ma, Topa hongpai dong bangma thukhen heak vun, Topa in khuamial sung ah a ki phual te theampo sia khuavak sung ah hong paipui tu a, thinsung i ngaisutna te zong kilangsak tu hi: taciang mihing khatsim in Pathian i pokna sang tu hi.
Therefore iudge nothing before the time, vntill the Lord come, who will lighten things that are hid in darkenesse, and make the counsels of the hearts manifest: and then shall euery man haue praise of God.
6 Suapui te awng, note in a ki atkholsa thu kantan in midang te ngaisun ngawl in, kote tung pan na sin thei natu uh in, ka neisa hi tekaakna te sia keima le Apollos tung ah ka koi hi; tabang in note sung ah kuama in khat le khat ki langpan in na ki phatsak natu uh a hihi.
Nowe these things, brethren, I haue figuratiuely applied vnto mine owne selfe and Apollos, for your sakes, that ye might learne by vs, that no man presume aboue that which is written, that one swell not against another for any mans cause.
7 Banghangziam cile, nangma sia akua in midang sang in tumdang zaw in hong vawt ziam? taciang na san ngawl bang om ziam? tu in na sang ahile banghang in bangma a sang ngawl bang in ki suangtak ni ziam?
For who separateth thee? and what hast thou, that thou hast not receiued? if thou hast receiued it, why reioycest thou, as though thou haddest not receiued it?
8 Tu in note na ngil uh va hi, tu in na hau uh hi, kote ki hel ngawl in kumpi te bang in na uk uh hi: taciang kote zong note taw ka uk khop thei natu uh in, na uk takpi tu uh ka dei hi.
Nowe ye are full: nowe ye are made rich: ye reigne as kings without vs, and would to God ye did reigne, that we also might reigne with you.
9 Banghangziam cile that tu in ciangtan sa bang in ko sawltak te sia Pathian in a khakbel ah hong koi hi, ci ka ngaisun hi: banghangziam cile kote sia leitung, vantungmi te le mihing te mai ah et tu in hong vawt hi.
For I thinke that God hath set forth vs the last Apostles, as men appointed to death: for we are made a gasing stocke vnto the worlde, and to the Angels, and to men.
10 Kote sia Christ atu in a mawmaw te ka hi uh hi, ahihang note sia Christ sung ah mipil te na hi uh hi; kote sia ka tha uh neam hi, ahihang note na tha uh hat hi; note sia a zatakhuai te na hi uh hi, ahihang kote sia zawnsak thuak te ka hi uh hi.
We are fooles for Christes sake, and ye are wise in Christ: we are weake, and ye are strong: ye are honourable, and we are despised.
11 Hi hun dong in kote sia ngilkial, dangtak, pum nguak, sat thuak le om natu meal nei ngawl in ka om uh hi;
Vnto this houre we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and haue no certaine dwelling place,
12 Koma khut vateak taw na ka seam uh hi: zawnsakna ka thuak uh ciang zong, thupha ka pia uh hi; hong ki vawtsiat ciang zong, ka thuak uh hi:
And labour, working with our owne handes: we are reuiled, and yet we blesse: we are persecuted, and suffer it.
13 Hong ki sonsiat ciang in, ka thum uh hi: kote sia leitung ah vansia bang in hong vawt uh hi, taciang tuni dongma in munphia na ninteak bang in ka om uh hi.
We are euill spoken of, and we pray: we are made as the filth of the world, the offskowring of all things, vnto this time.
14 Note hong maizumsak tu in hi thu te hong at hi ngawl khi hi, ahihang ka it ka tate bang in kidop natu kong pia hi.
I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloued children I admonish you.
15 Banghangziam cile note in Christ sung ah hilna pia tul sawm nei na hi uh hang, Pa tampi na nei bua uh hi: banghangziam cile Christ Jesus sung ah lungdamna thupha tungtawn in ka nei tate na hi uh hi.
For though ye haue tenne thousand instructours in Christ, yet haue ye not many fathers: for in Christ Iesus I haue begotten you through the Gospel.
16 Tua ahikom ka nuntak dan hong ette tavun, ci in kong thum hi.
Wherefore, I pray you, be ye folowers of me.
17 Hi thu hang in ka it le Topa sung ah ka muan ka tapa Timothy sia note kung ah kong paisak hi, ama in mun tatuam a om pawlpi tatuam ah ka hil bang in, Christ sung ah ka nuntakdan te hong hil tu hi.
For this cause haue I sent vnto you Timotheus, which is my beloued sonne, and faithfull in the Lord, which shall put you in remembrance of my wayes in Christ as I teache euery where in euery Church.
18 Tu in note kung ah hongpai ngawl tu bang in mi pawlkhat te kiphasak in om hi.
Some are puffed vp as though I woulde not come vnto you.
19 Ahihang Topa deina a om le a hai ngawl in note kung ah kongpai tu hi, taciang a kiphasak te kam hi zaw ngawl in a vangletna thu ka he zaw tu hi.
But I will come to you shortly, if the Lord will, and will knowe, not the wordes of them which are puffed vp, but the power.
20 Banghangziam cile Pathian ngam sia kammal ah hi ngawl in, vangletna sung ah om hi.
For the kingdome of God is not in worde, but in power.
21 Bang dei nu ziam? note kung ah ciang uai taw hongpai tu khi ziam, a hibale itna le a nunneam thaa taw hongpai zaw tu khi ziam?
What will ye? shall I come vnto you with a rod, or in loue, and in ye spirite of meekenes?
