< Rom 15 >

1 Ningmih tha ak awmkhqi ing tha amak awmkhqi a voetnaak ce ning zaksim peek aham awm hy, nimah ak kawzeelnaak doeng poek aham am awm hy.
We then who are strong ought to hear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.
2 Ningmih boeih ing ni ven awhkaw thlang a leeknaak aham ingkaw a hawihkhangnaak aham ak kawzeelnaak ce sai peek aham awm hy.
Let each one of us please his neighbor, to promote what is good, for edification.
3 Khrih ing zani amah ak kawzeelnaak ce am sai hy, “Nang anik zyikungkhqi a zyihnaak ce kak khanawh tla hawh hy,” tinawh qee na a awm amyihna.
For Christ did not seek his own pleasure, but, as it is written, “The reproaches of those who reproached thee fell on me.”
4 yhnaak ingkaw Cakciim ak thapeeknaak ak caming ngaih-unaak ni taaknaak thai aham, ak kqym awh a mi na qeekhqi boeih taw ningnih cang saknaak aham ni a mina qee hy.
For whatever things were written aforetime, were written for our instruction; that we through the patience and the consolation of the Scriptures might have hope.
5 yhnaak ingkaw thaawmnaak ak pekung Khawsa ing Jesu Khrih a hu ak hquut na nami awm dawngawh nangmih kawlung pynoet na taaknaak ce ni pek khqi seh,
And may the God of patience and consolation grant that ye may be of the same mind one with another, according to Christ Jesus;
6 ningnih a Bawipa Jesu Khrih a Pa Khawsa ce nami zoeksangnaak thai aham namik kawlung ingkaw nami hui na mim lai pynoet na ta lah uh.
that with one accord ye may with one mouth glorify God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
7 Khawsa zoeksang na a awmnaak thai aham, Khrih ing nangmih a ni do khqi lawt amyihna nangmih pynoet ingkaw pynoet do qu lah uh.
Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ received you to the glory of God.
8 Ikawtih ka nik kqawn peek khqi taw Khawsa ak awitak ang zyngna Khrih ce Judakhqi a tyihzawih na coeng hy, pakdamkhqi venawh awi a taak ce caksak aham, tive ni,
For I say that Christ became a minister to the circumcised for the sake of God's truth, in order to make sure the promises given to the fathers;
and that the gentiles glorified God for his mercy, as it is written, “For this cause I will give praise to thee among the gentiles, and sing to thy name.”
10 Aw Gentel thlangkhqi, ak thlangkhqi mi zeel lah uh,” tinawh qee hyt amyihna.
And again he saith: “Rejoice, ye gentiles, with his people.”
11 Cekcoengawh, “Gentelkhqi boeih aw, Bawipa ce kyihcah lah uh, thlangkhqi boeih aw, a venawh thangleeknaak laa sa lah uh,” ti bai hy.
And again: “Praise the Lord, all ye gentiles, and let every people praise him.”
12 Cekcoengawh Isaiah ingawm, “Phynlum thlang uk aham, Jesse ak kqa ce cawn kaw; Gentelkhqi ing anih awh ce ngaih-unaak ta kawm uh,” tinawh kqawn bai hy.
And again Isaiah saith: “There shall be the shoot from Jesse, and he that riseth up to rule the gentiles; in him shall the gentiles hope.”
13 Ciim Myihla thaawmnaak ingkaw ngaih-unaak ing nami be hlai thainaak aham, amah ce nami ypnaak amyihna, ngaih-unaak Khawsa ing awmhly zeelnaak boeih ing nangmih ce ni be sak khqi seh.
And may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit.
14 Koeinaakhqi, nangmih taw leeknaak ing be uhyk ti, cyihnaak ing soep u tiksaw pynoet ingkaw pynoet yn a tawn qu uhyk ti, tice sim nyng.
But I myself am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye are even of yourselves full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another.
15 Khawsam qeennaak ka venawh a ni peek amyihna, ityk nin taw qaal nepnaak ing ca ni qee law pek khqi kawng nyng,
But I have written to you, brethren, in a manner somewhat bold on some subjects, as putting you in mind, on account of the grace given me by God
16 Gentelkhqi venawh Jesu Khrih a bibikung na ka awm amyihna, Ciim Myihla a ciim saknaak ak caming Khawsa a do kawi ik-oeih peek na a mi awm thainaak aham khawsoeih bibinaak ing Khawsa ak awithang leek khypyi nyng.
that I should be a minister of Christ Jesus to the gentiles, performing the office of a priest in respect to the gospel of God, that the oblation of the gentiles may be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
17 Cedawngawh Jesu Khrih awh Khawsa bi ka binaak awh ve kyih qunyng.
I have then ground for glorying in Christ Jesus in regard to the things pertaining m God.
18 Kai ing kai ak caming a soep sak Khawsa awingainaak aham Gentelkhqi sawinaak am awhtaw, ce ce kqawn nawh sai hawh nyng, ikaw awm ap kqawn sawhqat kawng –
For I will not be bold to say anything hut of what Christ hath actually wrought by me to bring the gentiles to obedience by word and deed,
19 Myihla thaawmnaak ing kawpoek kyi saithainaakkhqi ce sai hawh nyng. Jerusalem awhkawng Illiricum kengsam dyna, Khrih ak awithang ce khypyi hawh nyng.
by the power of signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit; so that from Jerusalem, and in the country around even to Illyricum, I have fully made known the gospel of Christ;
20 Thlang ing Khrih a ma simnaak a hun awh awithang leek kypyi ve kai ang cainaak na awm poepa hy, cawh ni thlang ak tungling ak khanawh im am ka sak hly.
but always earnestly desirous to preach it in this manner, —not where Christ had been named, that I might not build on another's foundation,
21 ”Thlang ing amak kqawn peek thlangkhqi ing za kawm usaw, amak zakhqi ing zasim kawm uh,” tinawh qee hyt awm hawh hy.
but, as it is written: “They, to whom no tidings concerning him came, shall see; and they that have not heard shall understand.”
22 Ve a dawngawh nangmih a venna am ka law thainaak na awm hoeih hoeih hy
For which cause also, for the most part, I have been hindered from coming to you.
23 Cehlai tuh awhtaw ve a qam tloek awh bibinaak aham a hun am awm voel hy, nangmih a myi awm ka huh aham ka ngaih hawh adawngawh,
But now having no more opportunity in these regions, and having had for many years a great desire to come to you,
when I go to Spain, I will come to you; for I hope to see you on my way, and to be helped forward thither by you, after I have in some degree satisfied myself with your company.
25 Cehlai, tuh awhtaw, Jerusalem awh a mik awm thlakciimkhqi bibipyi aham cet hun nyng.
But now I am going to Jerusalem on a service of relief to the saints.
26 Makedonia ingkaw Akhaia awhkaw thlangkhqi ingtaw awmhly doena Jerusalem awh ak awm thlak ciim khawdengkhqi ik-oeih do a dan uhy.
For Macedonia and Achaia have thought it good to make a contribution for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem.
27 Cemyihna do dan aham ce ngaih uhy, cekkhqi venawh cemyihna a mi sai ham qoe na awm awm hy. Gentelkhqi ing Judakhqi ang Myihla zoseennaak ce a pang pyi awhtaw, pumsa ik-oeih zoseen naak ce Judakhqi venawh a ming qek a ming qaa thoem aham awm lawt hy.
They have thought it good, and they owed it to them. For if the gentiles have shared in their spiritual things, they ought in return to minister to them in temporal things.
28 Vawhkaw bibi kak coengawh vawhkaw ak thaih ve a mingmih ing a mi huh coeng awhtaw, Spain qam na cet kawng nyng, nangmih awm ni hqip lawk khqi pahoei kawng.
When therefore I have completed this business, and secured to them this fruit, I shall set out to pass through you to Spain.
29 Nangmih a venna ka law awh, Khrih a zoseennaak ing ak be na law kawng nyng tice sim nyng.
And I know that when I come to you, I shall come in the fullness of the blessing of Christ.
30 Koeinaakhqi, kyinaak ka huhnaak awh ve kai aham Khawsa venawh nami nik cykcah pyi aham, ningnih a Bawipa Jesu Khrih ingkaw Myihla lungnaak ak caming thoeh law nyng.
But I beseech you, by our Lord Jesus Christ, and by the love produced by the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in prayers to God for me;
31 Judah awhkaw amak cangnaak thlangkhqi a kut khuiawh kawng loet nawh Jerusalem awh amik awm thlak ciimkhqi ing ka bibi ve a mi donaak thai aham cykcah lah uh,
that I may be delivered from the unbelievers in Judaea, and that my service for Jerusalem may prove acceptable to the saints;
32 Khawsa ngaihnaak amyihna, zeelnaak ing nangmih nami kqaknaak aham nangmih a venawh ka law thainaak aham cai nyng.
so that, through the will of God, I may come to you in joy, and may with you be refreshed.
33 Khawsa a ngaihdingnaak nangmih boeih a venawh awm seh. Amen.
And may the God of peace be with you all. Amen.
