1 Thlim ce tuicun keng awh dyi hy. Cawh tuicun khui awhkawng ak thoeng law qamsatlung ce hu nyng. Cawhkaw qamsatlung cetaw ak kii pahqa ingkaw a lu khqih tahy, ak kii boeih awh boei lumyk pahqa awm hy, a lu boeih awh Khawsa kqawn seetnaak ming awm boeih hy.
And I stood upon the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and upon his horns ten diadems, and upon his heads names of blasphemy.
2 Cawhkaw qamsatlung ka huh cetaw kaityn ing lo qu hy nih. Cehlai a khaw taw phawm a khaw amyihna awm nawh am kha taw samthyyn am kha amyihna awm hy. Thlim ing cawhkaw qamsatlung a venawh thaawmnaak, boei ngawihdoelh ingkaw saithainaak ak bau soeih ce pehy.
And the beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion. And the dragon gave him his power, and his throne, and great authority.
3 A lu pynoet taw ngawha ai hlai hy, ngawha a ai ce qoei hawh hy. Khawmdek pum amik kawpoek kyi nawh cawhkaw qamsatlung a hu awh bat uhy.
And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed. And the whole earth wondered after the beast.
4 Qamsatlung a venawh saithainaak ce a peek a dawngawh thlangkhqi ing thlim ce bawk uhy, qamsatlung awm bawk unawh, “U nu qamsatlung amyihna ak awm? U ing anih ve a tuk thai kaw?” ti uhy.
And they worshipped the dragon, because he gave the authority to the beast; and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like to the beast, and who is able to make war with him?

And there was given to him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemy; and power was given to him to work forty-two months.

And he opened his mouth in blasphemies against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven.
7 Thlakciimkhqi tuk thainaak ingkaw noeng thainaak ce hu hy. Phynlum, thlangtawm, awi cawm awi ce ingkaw qampum ak khanawh saithainaak ce tahy.
And it was given to him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them; and power was given him over every tribe, and people, and tongue, and nation.
8 Khawmdek a syn cyk awh ami him tuuca a hqingnaak cauk ak khuiawh ang ming qee na amak awm khawmdek thlangkhqi boeih ing cawhkaw qamsatlung ce bawk kawm uh.
And all who dwell on the earth wilt worship him, every one whose name hath not been written in the book of life of the Lamb that was slain from the foundation of the world.
9 U awm zaaknaak haa ak ta ingtaw za seh.
If any one hath an ear, let him hear.
10 Tamnaa na ak khum hly kawi thlang taw tamnaa na khum kaw. Zawzi ing him hly kawi thlang taw zawzi ing him na awm kaw. Cedawngawh thlakciimkhqi ing kawdung doena yhnaak taak aham ingkaw ypawm na awm aham ngoe hy.
If any one [[leadeth]] into captivity he shall go into captivity; if any one shall kill with the sword, he must be killed with the sword. Here is the endurance and the faith of the saints.
11 Cedawngawh khawmdek awhkaw ak law qamsatlung pynoet ce hu nyng. Tuuca amyihna kii pakkhih ta hlai hy, thlim amyihna awi pau hy.
And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon.
12 Lamma awhkaw qamsatlung ang zyngna anih a saithainaakkhqi boeih boeih ce sai nawh ngawha ak ai nawh ak qoei hawh lamma awhkaw qamsatlung ce dek awhkawng thlang boeih bawk sak hy.
And he exerciseth all the authority of the first beast in his presence; and causeth the earth and those who dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

And he doeth great signs, so that he even causeth fire to come down from heaven on the earth, in the sight of men.
14 Lamma awhkaw qamsatlung ang zyngna hatnaakkhqi saithainaak ce a venawh peek na a awm a dawngawh, khawmdek awh ak awm thlangkhqi ce anih ing thai nahy. Zawzi ing ngawha ai hlai hy ak hqing tlaih qamsatlung kqihchahnaak myiqawl sai aham anih ing awi pehy.
And he deceiveth them that dwell on the earth, by reason of the signs which it was given him to do in the presence of the beast; commanding those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast which had the wound by a sword, and lived.
15 Cawhkaw myiqawl bawk aham ak thanaak thlang boeih ce him saknaak thai awi kqawn aham lamma awhkaw qamsatlung myiqawl hqi sak thainaak ce anih a venawh peek na awm hy.
And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should even speak, and cause that all who did not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

And he causeth all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the flee and the bond, to receive a mark on their right hand, or on their forehead;
17 cedawngawh qamsatlung ang ming am awhtaw ang ming a nambat hatnaak amak ta ingtaw ik-oeih am zawi thai kawmsaw thlai awm am thlai thai kawm uh.
and that no one shall be able to buy or sell, except him that hath the mark, the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Ve ing cyihnaak ngoe hy, u ingawm ak poek thai awhtaw qamsa a nambat ce noet lah seh, kawtih vawhkaw nambat taw thlanghqing nambat na awm hy, anih a nambat taw 666 na awm hy.
Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast; for it is the number of a man, and his number is six hundred and sixty-six.
