< Filipi 2 >

1 Khrih ingqawi tuqunaak ak caming thaawmnaak, a lungnaak caming ngaihqepnaak, Myihla ingkaw pawlnengnaak, thlang qeenkhaw ngaainaak, nami taak awhtaw,
If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of charity, if any society of the spirit, if any bowels of commiseration:
2 kawlung pynoet na ta unawh ka awmhlynaak ve soep sak lah uh, cawhkaw lungnaak ce ta unawh, kawlung pynoet ing cainaak ce ta lah uh.
Fulfill ye my joy, that you may be of one mind, having the same charity, being of one accord, agreeing in sentiment.
3 Mah doeng ngaihnaak ing mai aw oekqunaak ing mai aw ik-oeih koeh sai law uh, cehlai kawdungnaak ing na mimah anglakawh thlak chang ce ak leek bet na poek law uh.
Let nothing be done through contention, neither by vain glory: but in humility, let each esteem others better than themselves:
4 Na mimah a ngaihnaak doeng ce koeh toek law uh, thlakchang a ngaihnaak awm toek law pe uh.
Each one not considering the things that are his own, but those that are other men’s.
5 Ve poeknaak, Jesu Khrih ak poeknaak amyihna awm seh nyng.
For let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6 Anih cetaw ang coengnaak awh Khawsa na awm hlai hy, Khawsa ing ang myih na a awmnaak ik-oeih ce tu aham ap poek hy,
Who being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7 amah ingkaw amah ce ikawna awm ang ngaiqu kaana, tyihzawih ang dyih hun ce a hul coengawh, thlanghqing amyihna ce sa qu hy,
But emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men, and in habit found as a man.
8 thlanghqing pynoet amyihna awm lawt nawh, dungvoeng na ce awm hy, thih dy na awi ngai nawh - thinglam khan awh thi hy.
He humbled himself, becoming obedient unto death, even to the death of the cross.
9 Cedawngawh Khawsa ing, anih ce ak sang soeih awh ta nawh, ming boeih boeih ak khanawh, ak awm ming ce pehy.
For which cause God also hath exalted him, and hath given him a name which is above all names:
10 Jesu ang ming awh, khan ingkaw dek ingkaw khawmdek kai awhkaw, khawkhlu boeih ing khuksym nawh,
That in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those that are in heaven, on earth, and under the earth:
11 Khawsa boeimang naak aham, lai boeih ing Jesu Khrih taw Boei ni tice ak kqawnnaak aham ni.
And that every tongue should confess that the Lord Jesus Christ is in the glory of God the Father.
12 Cedawngawh ka pyikhqi, awi naming ngai khawi amyihna - kai ka awm awh awm, tuh am ka awm ak khqoet awh - kqih ingkaw thyn doena nangmih thaawngnaak ce bi poe lah uh,
Wherefore, my dearly beloved, (as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but much more now in my absence, ) with fear and trembling work out your salvation.
13 ngaihnaak ham ingkaw ak leek soeih amah ang cainaak sainaak aham nangmih ak khuiawh bi ak bikung taw Khawsa ni.
For it is God who worketh in you, both to will and to accomplish, according to his good will.
14 A soep hoei ve hqo ang hqitnaak taak kaana sai law uh,
And do ye all things without murmurings and hesitations;
15 Khawsa a ca coet amak kapna nami awmnaak aham awipungnaak ingkaw hqo ang hqitnaak amak awmna a soep hoei ve sai law uh, cedawngawh nangmih taw khan nakaw aihchi amyihna vang uhyk ti.
That you may be blameless, and sincere children of God, without reproof, in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation; among whom you shine as lights in the world.
16 Hqingnaak awi ce ak cakna namim tu awhtaw a hoeina am dawng nawh ka bibinaak ve a hoei na a awm kaana Khrih nyn awh ka zoeksang qu hly thai.
Holding forth the word of life to my glory in the day of Christ, because I have not run in vain, nor laboured in vain.
17 Hyih phumnaak awh aawk hly kawi ik-oeih peek amyihna ni hawk unawh nangmih ak cangnaak awhkawng ak law bibinaak na awm mai nyng awm, nangmih awh zeel nyng.
Yea, and if I be made a victim upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I rejoice, and congratulate with you all.
18 Cemyih koepna nangmih awm kai amyihna namik kaw zeel nawh nami awmhly aham awm hy.
And for the selfsame thing do you also rejoice, and congratulate with me.
19 Nangmih a venawh Timote tyi law hly nai nyng tinawh Bawipa Jesu ak caming ngaih-uu nyng, cawh ni nangmih ak awithang kang zaak awh kai awm kang ngai a qep hly.
And I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy unto you shortly, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know the things concerning you.
20 Nami leeknaak ahamna kawlung tak ing ak pequ, anih a myih thlakchang u awm am ta nyng.
For I have no man so of the same mind, who with sincere affection is solicitous for you.
21 Ikawtih, thlang boeih ing amimah a leeknaak doeng ce sui uhy, Jesu Khrih ak kawngaih am sui uhy.
For all seek the things that are their own; not the things that are Jesus Christ’s.
22 Timote ingtaw amah ingkaw amah ce huqu hy, kawtih pa ingkaw capamyihna awithang leek awh bi ni bi pyi hy.
Now know ye the proof of him, that as a son with the father, so hath he served with me in the gospel.
23 Cedawngawh, ka bi sai ve ka nai ka nawng coengawh anih ce tyi law nai bit kawng tinawh ngaih-uu nyng.
Him therefore I hope to send unto you immediately, so soon as I shall see how it will go with me.
24 Kamah awm law nai ngai kawng nyng tinawh Bawipak caming ngaih-uu nyng.
And I trust in the Lord, that I myself also shall come to you shortly.
25 Ka napa, ka bibipyi haih ingkaw ka qalkap pyi Apaphrodita ve nangmih a venawh ka tyih law tlaih ham ngoe hy tinawh poek nyng, anih nangmih a dyihthing na awm nawh kai anik bawmkung na nami tyih law na awm, awm bai hy.
But I have thought it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother and fellow labourer, and fellow soldier, but your apostle, and he that hath ministered to my wants.
26 Nangmih ni kyng nak khqi boeih hy, tlo hy tinawh naming zaak a dawngawh ak kaw se hy.
For indeed he longed after you all: and was sad, for that you had heard that he was sick.
27 Thih tawm dyna tlo taw tlo hy. Cehlai, Khawsa ing qeen hy, anih doeng a qeen kaana kawsetnaak ce kawsetnaak ing ama sap voel aham kai awm ni qeen hy.
For indeed he was sick, nigh unto death; but God had mercy on him; and not only on him, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow.
28 Cedawngawh anih ce ka tyih law ham ngaih nyng, cawh ni anih ce nami huh awh zeel kawm u tiksaw kai awm am ka mawn am ka tang hly bet hy.
Therefore I sent him the more speedily: that seeing him again, you may rejoice, and I may be without sorrow.
29 Zeel doena anih ce Bawipa awh ym law uh, anih amyihna ak awm thlangkhqi awm kqihchah law uh,
Receive him therefore with all joy in the Lord; and treat with honour such as he is.
30 A thih tawm dyna Khrih bi ce bi hy, nangmih ing am nami peek thai dawmhlainaak ce peek aham a hqingnaak dy awh kyinaak hu hy.
Because for the work of Christ he came to the point of death: delivering his life, that he might fulfill that which on your part was wanting towards my service.
