1 Khawsoih boeikhyt boeih taw pa ak khuiawh kawng tyk na awm nawh Khawsa ing tuqunaak benawh kutdo suum ham ingkaw thawlhnaak awh lucik sai aham caksak uhy.
For every hye prest that is taken from amoge men is ordeyned for men in thynges pertaynynge to god: to offer gyftes and sacryfyses for synne:
2 Ik-oeih amak sim thlangkhqi ingkaw lam ak pleng thlangkhqi ce awih zoei na ak hqui thai thlang na awm nawh amah awm tha ama awmnaak awh pe qu hy.
which can have compassion on the ignoraunt and on them that are out of the waye because that he him silfe also is compased with infirmitie:
3 Cedawngawh amah a thawlhnaak awm lucik ce a suum aham awm nawh, thlangkhqi a thawlhnaak awh awm lucik suum aham awm hy.
For the which infirmities sake he is bounde to offer for synnes as well for hys awne parte as for the peoples.
4 U ingawm zoeksangnaak ce amah aham am lo hy; Aaqon taw khy na a awm myihna anih ce Khawsa ing ak khy aham awm hy.
And no man taketh honour vnto him silfe but he that is called of God as was Aaron.
Even so lykewise Christ glorified not him silfe to be made the hye prest: but he that sayde vnto him: thou arte my sonne this daye begat I the glorified him.
6 A hun ak chang bai awh Nang taw Melkhizadek a myihna kumqui khawsoeih na awm hyk ti,” tinawh kqawn bai hy. (aiōn )
As he also in another place speaketh: Thou arte a prest for ever after the order of Melchisedech. (aiōn )
7 Khawmdek awh Jesu a hqing awh, thihnaak ak khui awhkawng ak hul thaikung a venawh khawteh na khy nawh mikphli tui a baw doena qeennaak thoeh nawh cykcah hy, kqihchahnaak ing a suum qu dawngawh ak cykcahnaak awi ce zaak peek na awm hy.
Which in the dayes of his flesshe did offer vp prayers and sup plicacions with stronge cryinge and teares vnto him that was able to save him from deeth: and was also hearde because of his godlines.
8 Anih ce Capa na awm hlai hy, khuikha a huhnaak awhkawng awi ngai ce cawng hy,
And though he were Goddes sonne yet learned he obediece by tho thynges which he suffered

and was made parfaite and the cause of eternall saluacion vnto all them that obey him: (aiōnios )
10 Melkhizadek amyihna Khawsa ing anih ce khawsoeih boeikhyt na caksak hy.
and is called of God an hye prest after the order of Melchisedech.
11 Ve akawng ve khawzah kqawn aham awm hy, am naming zaak thai re re awh, kqawn caih aham kyi soeih hy.
Wherof we have many thynges to saye which are harde to be vttered: because ye are dull of hearinge.
12 A tang tang awhtaw, tuh ve cawngpyikung na ni naming kawih hawh hlai, Khawsak awi a kung awhkawng kqawn tlaih tlaih nawh cuk am kik ngoe hyn uhyk ti!
For when as cocerninge ye tyme ye ought to be teachers yet have ye nede agayne that we teache you the fyrst principles of the worde of god: and are become soche as have nede of mylke and not of stronge meate:
13 U awm suktui ak aw hyn taw, naasen ca nani a awm hyn, dyngnaak akawng cukkiknaak ce am sim thai hlan hy.
For every man that is feed with mylke is inexperte in the worde of rightewesnes. For he is but a babe.
14 Buh hqam taw ak hqam thlangkhqi ham ni, ak che ak leek hqimhqa thainaak aham cukkik na ak awm thlangkhqi na awm uhy.
But stronge meate belongeth to them that are parfecte which thorow custome have their wittes exercised to iudge both good and evyll also.
