3 Thawngim ak tlakhqi ce thawng ak tla pyi amyihna poek qu unawh koeh hilh law uh, thlang ing a thekhanaak thlangkhqi ce na mimah awm ak khuikhakhqi amyihna poek qu unawh koeh hilh law uh.
Remember them that are in bands, as if you were bound with them; and them that labour, as being yourselves also in the body.
4 Chungvanaak ve thlang boeih ing a zoeksang aham awm hy, chungvanaak ihkhun awm a ciimcaih aham awm hy, kawtih ak samphaihkhqi ingkaw nu ingkaw pa amak thym na ak awmkhqi ce Khawsa ing awi deng kaw.
Marriage honourable in all, and the bed undefiled. For fornicators and adulterers God will judge.
5 Tangka ngaihnaak ing khaw koeh sa law, na taak ang cang ing na mik kaw tlyp law sak uh, kawtih Khawsa ing, Ityk awh awm amni cehtaak kawng nyng; ityk awh awm amni qoeng hyt kawng nyng,” tihy.
Let your manners be without covetousness, contented with such things as you have; for he hath said: I will not leave thee, neither will I forsake thee.
6 Cedawngawh ningnih ing ngaih tlypnaak ing, Bawipa taw ak dawm ak hlaikung ni; am kqih kawng nyng. U ing kai ikaw ani tinaak tang kaw? ni ti uhy.
So that we may confidently say: The Lord is my helper: I will not fear what man shall do to me.
7 Nangmih anik ukkungkhqi, nangmih a venawh Khawsak awi ak kqawn lawkungkhqi ce koeh hilh law uh. A mingmih a khawsaknaak ce poek unawh taw a mingmih ak cangnaak ce oet lah uh.
Remember your prelates who have spoken the word of God to you; whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation,

9 Cawngsaknaak ak lawha soepkep ce koeh hqut law uh. Am qeennaak ing ningnih ak kawlung ve tha awm sak aham leek hy, buh awk a ainaak kung awhkaw buh a an kaana, buh ak veelkhqi aham ikaw a phu am awm hy.
Be not led away with various and strange doctrines. For it is best that the heart be established with grace, not with meats; which have not profited those that walk in them.

Let us go forth therefore to him without the camp, bearing his reproach.

For we have not here a lasting city, but we seek one that is to come.

By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise always to God, that is to say, the fruit of lips confessing to his name.
16 Ik-oeih leek sainaak ing thlang a venawh kqawn peek poetoe aham koeh hilh u sih, kawtih vemyih lucik sainaak ing khawsak kaw zeel sak hy.
And do not forget to do good, and to impart; for by such sacrifices God’s favour is obtained.
17 Nangmih anik ukkhqik awi ce ngai unawh taw a saithainaak awh ce pe qu law lah uh. A mimah a bibinaak akawng ak kqawn hly kawi na ami awm awh nangmih ce ni khoem ni doen khqi poepa hy. Cekkhqi a bibinaak taw zeelnaak na a awmnaak nawh, phyihqih na ama awmnaak aham awi ngai law pe uh, phyihqih na a awm mantaw nangmih aham a hawihkhangnaak am awm kaw.
Obey your prelates, and be subject to them. For they watch as being to render an account of your souls; that they may do this with joy, and not with grief. For this is not expedient for you.
18 kaimih aham cykcah lah uh. Kaimih ingtaw ik-oeih soepkep awh thlang ak kqihchah kawi na khaw sak aham ak ciim na kawpoek ta unyng.
Pray for us. For we trust we have a good conscience, being willing to behave ourselves well in all things.

And I beseech you the more to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner.

And may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great pastor of the sheep, our Lord Jesus Christ, in the blood of the everlasting testament, (aiōnios g166)
21 amah ak kawngaih saithainaak aham ik-oeih soepkep ing ni thoeihcam khqi seitaw, amah ak kawzeelnaak ce Jesu Khrih ak caming ningnih ak khuiawh sai seh, Jesu Khrih a venawh thangleeknaak kumqui dy awm seh. Amen (aiōn g165)
Fit you in all goodness, that you may do his will; doing in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom is glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
22 Koeinaakhqi, ka ni ynnaakkhqi awi ve ak nepna naming ngai aham ngaih nyng, ca ak tawi cani nangmih aham ka qee law hy.
And I beseech you, brethren, that you suffer this word of consolation. For I have written to you in a few words.
23 Ningmih a naa Timote hlah hawh uhy tice nami sim aham ni ngaih khqi nyng. Anih ce a pha law awhtaw, nangmih hqip aham anih ingqawi law haih kawng nih nyng.
Know ye that our brother Timothy is set at liberty: with whom (if he come shortly) I will see you.
24 A hqamcakhqi ingkaw Khawsak thlangkhqi boeih ce kut tlaih law uh. Italy qam awhkaw thlangkhqi ing kut ni tlaih uhy.
Salute all your prelates, and all the saints. The brethren from Italy salute you.
