Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.

And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple;

Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.

And Peter, fastening his eyes on him with John, said, Look on us.

And he gave heed to them, expecting to receive something of them.

Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.

And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.

And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.

And all the people saw him walking and praising God:

And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened to him.

And as the lame man which was healed held Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the porch that is called Solomon’s, greatly wondering.
12 Cekkhqi ce Piter ing a huh awh, a mingmih a venawh, “Israel thlangkhqi aw, kawtih naming ngaih a kyi hy voei? Kainih ing ka nimah a saithainaak, am awhtaw, Khawsak thlang na kani awm a dawngawh, vawhkaw thlang ve ak ceh sak thai amyihna nami ni toek uh?
And when Peter saw it, he answered to the people, You men of Israel, why marvel you at this? or why look you so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?

And killed the Prince of life, whom God has raised from the dead; whereof we are witnesses.
16 Ang ming cangnaak ak caming, vawhkaw thlang nangmih ing nami huh nawh nami sim ve qoei hawh hy. Jesu ang ming ing amah a venawh kawng ak law cangnaak ak caming ing ve ak thlang ve, nangmih boeih ing nami huh amyihna, qoei hawh hy.
And his name through faith in his name has made this man strong, whom you see and know: yes, the faith which is by him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.
17 Koeinaakhqi, nangmih anik hquikungkhqi ing am sim unawh ami sai amyihna, nangmih ingawm a sim kaana sai uhyk ti, tice sim nyng.
And now, brothers, I know that through ignorance you did it, as did also your rulers.
18 Cehlai Khawsa ing a tawnghakhqi boeih a venawh anak kqawn hyt, Khrih ing khuikhanaak hu kaw, tice vemyihna soep sak hy.
But those things, which God before had showed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he has so fulfilled.
19 Cedawngawh nami thawlhnaak a ciimnaak a hamna zut unawh taw, Khawsa benna hlat lah uh, cawh ni Khawsa ven nakaw simqunaak ce pha law thai kawm saw,
Repent you therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
20 Jesu Khrih, nangmih aham a hoep ce awm a tyih law hly thai hy.
And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached to you:
21 Syn awh a tawngha ciimkhqi venawh awi ataak ce hawh amyihna, Khawsa ing ik-oeihkhqi boeih a sai pangnaak a tym a pha hlan dy taw, anih ce khawk khan awh awm hyn kaw. (aiōn g165)
Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. (aiōn g165)
22 Ikawtih Mosi ing, ‘Bawipa nangmih a Khawsa ing nangmih aham kai amyihna ak awm tawngha pynoet ce nangmih anglak awhkawng awm law sak kaw; anih ing ak kqawn law boeih ce ngai pe kawm uk ti.
For Moses truly said to the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up to you of your brothers, like to me; him shall you hear in all things whatever he shall say to you.
23 U awm anih ak awm amak ngai ak thlang taw ak thlangkhqi ak khui awhkawng qoeng bat kaw,’ tinawh anak kqawn hy.
And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.
24 Oeih, Samuel awhkawng kqan nawh tawnghakhqi boeih ing, ami nak kqawn hawh amyihna, tuh tloek awhkaw ik-oeih ve anak kqawn oepchoeh hawh uhy.
Yes, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days.
25 Nangmih ve Khawsa ing tawnghakhqi ingkaw nami pakdamkhqi mi ami na sai awikamnaak qo ak pangkungkhqi na awm uhyk ti. Abraham a venawh, ‘Nang a cadilkhqi ak caming khawmdek thlang boeih ing zoseennaak hu kawm uh,’ ana tina hy.
You are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham, And in your seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.
26 Khawsa ing a bibikung ce am thawh tlaih awh, thawlh lam awhkawng nangmih ce ning hlat sak khqi nawh zoseennaak peek aham lamma cyk na nangmih a venawh tyi law hy,” tinak khqi hy.
To you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.
