< 2 Korin 4 >
1 Tuh ni awmnaak khawmdek im ve hqe na awm seiawm, kut ing ama sak, Khawsa ing a taak law khawk khan awh kumqui Khawsam qeennaak ak caming ve a bibi ve ni taak dawngawh, nik kaw am boet hy.
Therefore, having this ministry, as we have had mercy shewn us, we faint not.
2 Ang hyp ik-oeih chahnaak ak awmkhqi ce khang unawh; thai a latnaak ce am haw na unyng, Khawsak awi awm ak kawi na ap kqawn unyng. Awitak ce haai benna ta unyng saw thlang boeih ak kaw tlaak na Khawsa haiawh ka mimah ingkaw ka mimah pe qu unyng.
But we have rejected the hidden things of shame, not walking in deceit, nor falsifying the word of God, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every conscience of men before God.
3 Kaimih ak awithang leek kqawn ve hlip a dah na a awm awhtaw, ak plalthamkhqi hamni hlipdah na a awm.
But if also our gospel is veiled, it is veiled in those that are lost;
4 Khawsa myihlip na ak awm, Khrih boeimangnaak awithang leek a vangnaak ce a mami huhnaak thai aham tuh tloek a tym awhkaw khawsa ing cangnaak amak ta khawmdek thlangkhqi ak kawlung mik ce hyp sak hawh hy. (aiōn )
in whom the god of this world has blinded the thoughts of the unbelieving, so that the radiancy of the glad tidings of the glory of the Christ, who is [the] image of God, should not shine forth [for them]. (aiōn )
5 Ka mimah poek awh awi awi ap kqawn unyng saw, Khrih taw Boei na awm hy tice ni ka mik khypyi hy, Jesu Khrih awh kaimih taw nangmih a tamnaa na awm unyng.
For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus Lord, and ourselves your bondmen for Jesus' sake.
6 Ikawtih, “Thannaak khuiawh vangnaak ve vang seh,” ak tikung Khawsa ing amah Khawsa boeimang a cyihnaak vangnaak ce Khrih a haiawh peek aham vangnaak ce ningnih ak kawlung khuiawh vang sak hy.
Because [it is] the God who spoke that out of darkness light should shine who has shone in our hearts for the shining forth of the knowledge of the glory of God in [the] face of [Jesus] Christ.
7 Vemyihkhqi boeih noeng thainaak thaawmnaak ve ka mimah a koe am nawh Khawsa ven awhkaw ni, tice dang sak aham vawhkaw khawh ve khawmdek am awh ni ta uhy.
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the surpassingness of the power may be of God, and not from us:
8 Han ben ben awh awm kyinaak ni hu hlai uhy amni tamtaw uhy; ngaihkyi ing ni awm hlai uhy nik kaw am boet hy;
every way afflicted, but not straitened; seeing no apparent issue, but our way not entirely shut up;
9 thekhanaak ni zawk hlai uhy cehtaak hyt na amni awm uhy; hqe na ni awm hlai uhy amni see uhy.
persecuted, but not abandoned; cast down, but not destroyed;
10 Jesu a hqingnaak ce ningnih a pum awh ang dang thainaak ham, Jesu a thihnaak ce ningnih a pum awh ni khyn poepa uhy.
always bearing about in the body the dying of Jesus, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our body;
11 Ikawtih ak thi thai ningnih a pum awh amah a hqingnaak ce ang dang thainaak aham, ningnih ak hqingkhqi ve Jesu Khrih aham thihnaak awh peek na ni awm uhy.
for we who live are always delivered unto death on account of Jesus, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our mortal flesh;
12 Cedawngawh thihnaak ing kaimih a pum awh bibi hlai hy, nangmih awh hqingnaak ing bibi hy.
so that death works in us, but life in you.
13 Cangna nyng: cedawngawh kqawn nyng, tinawh qee hyt awm hy. Cemyih cangnaak kawlung ing kaimih ingawm cangna unyng saw kqawn unyng,
And having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, I have believed, therefore have I spoken; we also believe, therefore also we speak;
14 thihnaak awhkawng Bawipa Jesu ak thawhkung ing kaimih awm Jesu ingqawi nim thawh haih kawmsaw nangmih a haiawh ning dyih sak kaw, tice ni sim uhy.
knowing that he who has raised the Lord Jesus shall raise us also with Jesus, and shall present [us] with you.
15 Thlang a venawh ak awm khqoet khqoet am qeennaak ak caming zeelnaak ce ak be ngen na lawng nawh, Khawsa boeimangnaak na a awm thainaak ham vemyihkhqi boeih ve nangmih a hawihkhangnaak aham awm hy.
For all things [are] for your sakes, that the grace abounding through the many may cause thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.
16 Cedawngawh ka mik tha am se hy. Pumsa awhtaw khuikha hlai unyng, kamik kawlung khuiawh taw hypoet coengawh hypoet ak thai na awm hqui hqui unyng.
Wherefore we faint not; but if indeed our outward man is consumed, yet the inward is renewed day by day.
17 Ikawtih ak zang ca ing a khoeh tloek awhkaw khuikhanaak ve kami huh hly kawi kumqui boeimangnaak ing ka nyhtah awh kawna awm am awm hy. (aiōnios )
For our momentary [and] light affliction works for us in surpassing measure an eternal weight of glory; (aiōnios )
18 Cedawngawh huh nawn ik-oeih ce am toek unyng saw, amni huh ik-oeih ce ni kami toek hy. Huh nawn ik-oeih taw a khoeh tloek ca awhkaw hamni, cehlai amni huh ik-oeih taw kumqui dy na cak hy. (aiōnios )
while we look not at the things that are seen, but at the things that are not seen; for the things that are seen [are] for a time, but those that are not seen eternal. (aiōnios )
