< Olphong 21 >
1 Te phoeiah vaan thai neh diklai thai ka hmuh. Lamhma kah vaan neh lamhma kah diklai tah khum coeng tih tuitunli om voel pawh.
Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more.
2 A cim kho thai Jerusalem te khaw a va ham aka rhuengphong tih aka thoeihcam vasakung bangla vaan Pathen taeng lamkah ha suntla te ka hmuh.
I also saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared like a bride adorned for her husband.
3 Te vaengah ngolkhoel lamkah ol ue ka yaak. “Pathen kah dap tah hlang rhoek taengah om coeng ke. Te dongah amih taengah rhaeh vetih amih khaw a pilnam la om uh ni. Pathen amah khaw amih taengah om vetih amih kah Pathen la om ni.
And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them.
He will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more, and there will no longer be mourning, crying, or pain, for the former things have passed away.”
5 Te vaengah ngolkhoel sokah aka ngol loh, “A cungkuem he a thai la ka saii coeng he,” a ti. Te phoeiah, “Hekah olka tah a uepom tih oltak la a om dongah daek lah,” a ti.
Then he who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” And he said to me, “Write this down, for these words are true and trustworthy.”
6 Te phoeiah kai taengah ka coeng coeng. Kai tah Alpha neh Omega, hmapai neh hmakhap la ka om. Kai loh tui aka hal taengah hingnah tuisih lamkah tui te a yoe la ka paek ni.
He also said to me, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To him who thirsts I will freely give from the spring of the water of life.
7 Aka noeng loh he he a pang ni.
He who overcomes will inherit these things; I will be his God, and he will be my son.
8 Tedae rhalyawp neh aka tangnahmueh rhoek, hlang rhong pa ing rhoek, hlang aka ngawn, hlanghalh rhoek, rhunsi khuehkung rhoek, mueibawk rhoek neh laithae rhoek boeih tah kat hmai aka ung tuili te amih kah buham la om ni. Te tah dueknah pabae la om,” a ti. (Limnē Pyr )
But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the sinful, the detestable, the murderers, the fornicators, the sorcerers, the idolaters, and all liars, their portion is in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.” (Limnē Pyr )
9 Te phoeiah bunang parhih aka pom puencawn parhih khuikah pakhat te ha pawk tih a hnukkhueng kah lucik parhih te muep hah. Te dongah kamah taengah a thui tih, “Halo lah, Tuca kah a yuu vasakung te nang kan tueng eh?,” a ti.
Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven final plagues came and said to me, “Come, I will show yoʋ the wife, the bride of the Lamb.”
10 Mueihla neh tlang puei tlang sang la kai n'khuen tih Jerusalem kho cim vaan Pathen taeng lamkah ha suntlak te kai n'tueng.
And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain and showed me the great city, the holy Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God.
11 Pathen kah thangpomnah te a khueh. A aa tah lung vang phek la om tih maihae lung bangla cilrhik.
The city shone with the glory of God, and its radiance was like a very precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal.
It had a great, high wall with twelve gates. Twelve angels were at the gates, and on the gates were written the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel.
13 Khothoeng ah thohka pathum om. Tlangpuei ah khaw thohka pathum, tuithim ah khaw thohka pathum, khotlak ah khaw thohka pathum om.
There were three gates on the east, three gates on the north, three gates on the south, and three gates on the west.
The wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
15 Te phoeiah kai taengkah aka cal loh kho khaw, thohka neh pangbueng te nueh ham sui cungkui a pom.
The angel who spoke to me had a golden measuring rod to measure the city, its gates, and its wall.
16 Khopuei tah hniboeng la om tih a yun neh a daang te vai uh rhoi. Kho te cungkui neh nueh hatah phalong thawng hlainit lo. A yun khaw, a daang khaw, a sang khaw vanat la om.
The city is laid out as a square; its length is the same as its width. The angel measured the city with the rod and found it to be twelve thousand stadia. (The length, width, and height were all equal, each measuring twelve thousand stadia.)
Then he measured its wall and found it to be one hundred forty-four cubits according to human measurement, which the angel was using.
18 Pangbueng saknah te maihae neh a sak. Khopuei tah sui cilh neh a sak tih hmaidan phek la cil.
The wall was made of jasper, while the city was pure gold, like clear glass.
19 Khopuei pangbueng kah khoengim te lung vang cungkuem neh a thoeihcam. Khoengim lamhma te maihae, pabae te minhum, a pathum te rhohumlung, a pali te hingsuep lung,
The foundations of the city wall were adorned with every kind of precious stone. The first foundation stone was jasper; the second, sapphire; the third, agate; the fourth, emerald;
20 a panga te oitha, a parhuk te lungling, a parhih te tamsenlung, a parhet te tamkuei, a pako te vaya, a hlai te sungvalik, a hlaikaek te oithii, hlainit te cangullung neh a thoeihcam.
the fifth, sardonyx; the sixth, carnelian; the seventh, chrysolite; the eighth, beryl; the ninth, topaz; the tenth, chrysoprase; the eleventh, jacinth; and the twelfth, amethyst.
The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each one of the gates was made of a single pearl, and the street of the city was pure gold, like transparent glass.
22 Tloengkhoelh Pathen Boeipa neh Tuca tah a bawkim la a om coeng dongah a khuiah bawkim te ka hmuh moenih.
I did not see a temple in the city, for the Lord God Almighty is its temple, and so is the Lamb.
23 Khopuei loh a vang ham khomik neh hla khaw ngoe pawh. Pathen kah thangpomnah neh Tuca kah hmaiim loh a tue coeng.
The city has no need of sun or moon to shine upon it, for the glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb.
24 Te vaengah Namtom rhoek tah, te kah vangnah dongah pongpa uh vetih diklai manghai rhoek loh amamih kah a thangpomnah te a khuila a khuen uh ni.
The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring the glory and honor of the nations into the city to present to God.
25 Te vaengah a thohka loh a khaih hnin ti om loengloeng mahpawh. Te ah te khoyin om mahpawh.
Its gates will never be shut at the end of the day, for there will be no night there.
26 Namtom rhoek kah a thangpomnah neh hinyahnah te a khuila a khuen uh ni.
They will bring the glory and honor of the nations into the city.

But no unclean thing and nothing that causes an abomination or a lie will ever enter it, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.
