YHWH has reigned, The earth is joyful, many islands rejoice.

Cloud and darkness [are] around Him, Righteousness and judgment the basis of His throne.
3 Amah hmai ah hmai cet tih a rhal kah vaepvai te a hlawp.
Fire goes before Him, And burns around His adversaries.
4 Amah kah khopha a phaa vaengah lunglai loh a hmuh tih diklai khaw thuen.
His lightnings have lightened the world, The earth has seen, and is pained.
5 Tlang rhoek te BOEIPA hmai ah, diklai pum loh Boeipa hmai ah khoirhat bangla yut.
Hills, like wax, melted before YHWH, Before the Lord of all the earth.
6 BOEIPA kah duengnah te vaan loh a doek tih a thangpomnah te pilnam cungkuem loh a hmuh uh.
The heavens declared His righteousness, And all the peoples have seen His glory.
7 Mueithuk taengah tho aka thueng tih a honghi dongah aka yan uh boeih neh pathen tloe rhoek taengah aka bakop rhoek boeih te yahpok uh saeh.
All servants of a carved image are ashamed, Those boasting themselves in idols, Bow yourselves to Him, all you gods.
8 BOEIPA nang kah laitloeknah te a yaak vaengah Zion loh a kohoe tih Judah nu rhoek khaw omngaih uh.
Zion has heard and rejoices, And daughters of Judah are joyful, Because of Your judgments, O YHWH.
9 BOEIPA nang tah diklai boeih soah Khohni la na om dongah pathen tloe rhoek boeih lakah bahoeng na pomsang.
For You, YHWH, [are] Most High over all the earth, You have been exalted greatly over all gods.
10 BOEIPA aka lungnah rhoek loh boethae te hnoel uh. A hinglu te a cim la aka ngaithuen tah halang rhoek kut khui lamkah khaw BOEIPA loh a huul.
You who love YHWH, hate evil, He is keeping the souls of His saints, He delivers them from the hand of the wicked.
11 Aka dueng ham vangnah, lungbuei aka thuem ham khaw kohoenah he cuen.
Light [is] sown for the righteous, And joy for the upright of heart.
12 Aka dueng rhoek BOEIPA ah kohoe sak uh lamtah a hmuencim poekkoepnah te uem uh.
Rejoice, you righteous, in YHWH, And give thanks at the remembrance of His holiness!
