1 Halo uh lah. BOEIPA taengah tamhoe uh sih lamtah mamih kah daemnah lungpang ham yuhui uh sih.

O come, let us sing unto the Lord: let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation.

2 Amah mikhmuh ah uemonah neh kun uh sih lamtah laa neh amah taengah yuhui uh sih.

Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and shout joyfully unto him with psalms.

3 BOEIPA tah boeilen Pathen neh pathen boeih sokah boeilen Manghai la om.

For a great God is the Lord, and a great King above all Gods;

4 Diklai kah a dungnah te a kut ah om tih tlang som rhoek khaw amah hut ni.

In whose hand are the deep places of the earth; and whose are the heights of mountains;

5 Tuitunli te amah hut tih amah ham ni a saii. Laikoeng khaw amah kut loh a hlinsai.

Whose is the sea, and who hath made it; and whose hands have formed the dry land.

6 Halo uh lah bakop uh sih lamtah bawk uh lah sih. Mamih aka saii BOEIPA hmai ah yoethen uem uh sih.

Oh come, let us prostrate ourselves and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.

7 Tihnin a ol te na yaak uh atah amah te mamih kah Pathen la om coeng tih mamih khaw a rhamtlim kah pilnam neh a kut khuikah boiva la n'omuh.

For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the flock of his hand: yea, this day, if ye will hearken to his voice,

8 Khosoek kah Meribah neh Massah tue vaengkah bangla na thinko te mangkhak sak boeh.

Harden not your heart, as at Meribah, as on the day of the temptation in the wilderness:

9 Teah te na pa rhoek loh kai n'noemcai uh tih ka bisai a hmuh uh lalah kai n'loepdak uh.

When your fathers tempted me, proved me, although they had seen my doing.

10 Thawnpuei taengah kum likip ka ko-oek tih, “Pilnam he a thinko kho a hmang tih ka longpuei ming uh pawh,” ka ti coeng.

Forty years long did I feel loathing on that generation, and I said, It is a people of an erring heart; and they truly acknowledged not my ways:

11 Te dongah kai kah duemnah khuila a kun uh pawt ham ka thintoek neh ka toemngam thil.

So that I swore in my wrath, that they should not enter into my rest.
