“To the chief musician upon Muthlabben, a psalm of David.” I will thank the Lord with all my heart: I will relate all thy marvelous deeds.
I will rejoice and exult in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou Most High:
3 Ka thunkha rhoek loh ha loe uh vaengah a hnuk la paloe uh tih na hmai ah milh uh.
When my enemies are turned backward, [when] they fall and perish at thy presence.
For thou hast conducted my dispute and my cause; thou hast sat on the throne as a righteous judge.
Thou hast rebuked nations, thou hast caused the wicked to perish, their name hast thou blotted out for ever and ever.
6 Thunkha te a yoeyah la imrhong cung uh. Khopuei rhoek khaw na phuk tih amih kah poekkoepnah khaw bing coeng.
O thou enemy, the ruins are passed away for ever, and the cities which thou hast destroyed, —lost is their memorial, yea, theirs.
7 Tedae BOEIPA tah kumhal duela ngol ham amah kah laitloeknah ngolkhoel te a rhoekbah coeng.
But the Lord will sit enthroned for ever: he hath established for giving judgment his throne.
8 Te dongah lunglai he duengnah neh lai a tloek vetih, namtu rhoek ham vanatnah neh neh lai a tloek ni.
And he will judge the world with righteousness, he shall decide for the people, with equity.
9 Te phoeiah BOEIPA tah hlanghnaep pahnap aka yook ham mueirhih tue vaengkah imsang la om.
The Lord also will be a strong-hold for the oppressed, a strong-hold in times of distress.
And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee; for thou hast not forsaken those that seek thee, O Lord.
11 Zion ah aka ngol BOEIPA te tingtoeng uh lamtah a bibi te pilnam rhoek taengah puen pauh.
Sing praises to the Lord, who dwelleth in Zion: announce among the people his deeds.
12 Amih taengah thii phu aka suk loh mangdaeng kodo kah pangngawlnah te a poek tih hnilh pawh.
For he, that inquireth after acts of blood, hath remembered them: he hath not forgotten the cry of the afflicted.
13 Aw BOEIPA kai n'rhen lah. Ka lunguet taengkah phacipphabaem he ham hmu lamtah dueknah vongka lamkah kai he m'pomsang lah.
Be gracious unto me, O Lord; have regard to my affliction [coming] from those that hate me, thou who liftest me up from the gates of death:
14 Te daengah ni Zion nu kah vongka ah nang koehnah boeih a doek uh vetih, namah kah khangnah dongah ka omngaih eh
In order that I may relate all thy praises in the gates of the daughters of Zion: I will be glad in thy salvation.
15 Namtom rhoek loh amamih kah vaam a saii uh khuila amamih buek uh tih a lawk a thing uh dongah a kah a kho man.
Sunk are nations in the ditch that they have prepared: in this net which they had laid in secret is their own foot caught.
16 Halang te amah kut kah bisailoh a hlaeh daengah ni, BOEIPA loh a tiktamnah a saii te a ming. Phungding ol (Selah)
The Lord is made known: he executed justice: through the doing of his own hands is the wicked ensnared. Higgayon, (Selah)
17 Pathen aka hnilh namtom boeih neh halang rhoek te Saelkhui la voei uh ni. (Sheol )
The wicked shall return into hell, all the nations that are forgetful of God. (Sheol )
18 Tedae khodaeng te yoeyah la hnilh pawt vetih mangdaeng kodo kah ngaiuepnah khaw a yoeyah la pat mahpawh
For not everlastingly shall the needy be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever.
19 Aw BOEIPA thoo lah, hlanghing loh n'tanglue thil boel saeh. Namtom he namah hmuh ah laitloek pah lah.
Arise, O Lord; let not the mortal boast of his strength; let nations be judged before thy face.
(Selah)
Place, O Lord, fear over them: let nations know, that they are but mortals. (Selah)
