Alleluia, [a Psalm] of Aggaeus and Zacharias. Praise you the Lord: for psalmody is a good thing; let praise be sweetly sung to our God.
2 Jerusalem aka thoh BOEIPA loh a heh tih Israel te a calui.
The Lord builds up Jerusalem; and he will gather together the dispersed of Israel.
3 Lungbuei a rhek rhoek te a hoeih sak tih a hma te a poi pah.
He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.

He numbers the multitudes of stars; and calls them all by names.
5 Mamih kah Boeipa tah len tih a thadueng khaw yet. A lungcuei te tae lek pawh.
Great is our Lord, and great is his strength; and his understanding is infinite.

The Lord lifts up the meek; but brings sinners down to the ground.

8 Vaan ke khomai neh a thing tih diklai ham khotlan a hmoel pah dongah tlang ah sulrham a poe sak.
who covers the heaven with clouds, who prepares rain for the earth, who causes grass to spring up on the mountains, [[and green herb for the service of men; ]]
9 A pang uh vaengah rhamsa ham neh vangak ca ham a buh a khueh pah.
and gives cattle their food, and to the young ravens that call upon him.
10 Marhang kah thayung thamal neh hmae pawt tih, hlang kho dongah khaw aka ngaingaih pawh.
He will not take pleasure in the strength of a horse; neither is he well-pleased with the legs of a man.
11 Amah aka rhih so neh a sitlohnah dongah aka ngaiuep ni BOEIPA loh a ngaingaih.
The Lord takes pleasure in them that fear him, and in all that hope in his mercy.
12 Aw Jerusalem BOEIPA taengah domyok ti lamtah, aw Zion na Pathen te thangthen laeh.
Alleluia, a Psalm of Aggaeus and Zacharias. Praise the Lord, O Jerusalem; praise your God, O Sion.

For he has strengthened the bars of your gates; he has blessed your children within you.

He makes your borders peaceful, and fills you with the flour of wheat.

He sends his oracle to the earth: his word will run swiftly.

He gives snow like wool: he scatters the mist like ashes.
17 A rhaelnu te a tham la a lun vaengah a khosik hmai ah unim aka pai thai?
Casting [forth] his ice like morsels: who shall stand before his cold?
18 A ol a tueih vaengah te rhoek yut tih a hil neh a hmuh vaengah tui la cip.
He shall send out his word, and melt them: he shall blow [with] his wind, and the waters shall flow.
19 A ol te a ol bangla Jakob taengah, a oltlueh neh a laitloeknah Israel taengah a phoe sak.
He sends his word to Jacob, his ordinances and judgements to Israel.
20 Te te namtom boeih taengah a saii pawt dongah ni laitloeknah te a ming uh pawh. BOEIPA te thangthen uh.
He has not done so to any [other] nation; and he has not shown them his judgements.
