Happy they whose life is blameless, who walk by the law of the Lord.
2 A olphong aka kueinah tih lungbuei boeih neh Amah aka tlap rhoek tah a yoethen pai.
Happy they who keep his charges, and seek him with all their hearts;
3 A thae a hu khaw saii uh pawt tih BOEIPA kah longpuei ah pongpa uh.
who have done no wrong, but walk in his ways.
4 Na olrhi te rhep ngaithuen sak ham namah loh na uen coeng.
You yourself have appointed your precepts to be kept with diligence.
5 Na oltlueh ngaithuen ham ka longpuei mah cikngae uh koinih.
O to be steadily guided in the keeping of your statutes!
6 Na olpaek boeih te ka paelki vaengah ka yak mahpawh.
Then unashamed shall I be, when I look towards all your commandments.
7 Na duengnah dongkah tiktamnah te ka awt vanbangla thinko dueng neh nang kan uem eh.
I will thank you with heart unfeigned, when I learn your righteous judgments.
8 Na oltlueh te ka ngaithuen vetih kai he nan hnoo tlaih mahpawh.
I will observe your statutes: O forsake me not utterly.
9 Na olka bangla khosak ham khaw cadong loh a caehlong te ba nen lae a saelh?
How can a young person keep their life pure? By giving heed to your word.
10 Ka lungbuei boeih neh nang kan tlap dongah na olpaek lamloh kai nan palang sak moenih.
With all my heart have I sought you, let me not stray from your commandments.
11 Nang taengah laihmuh pawt ham na olthui khaw ka lungbuei ah ka khoem coeng.
In my heart have I treasured your word, to keep from sinning against you.
12 BOEIPA nang tah na yoethen pai. Na oltlueh te kai n'cang puei lah.
Blessed are you, O Lord; teach me your statutes.
13 Na ka lamkah laitloeknah boeih te ka hmui ka lai neh ka tae eh.
With my lips have I rehearsed all the judgments of your mouth.
14 Boeirhaeng cungkuem dongkah vanbangla na olphong longpuei dongah ka ngaingaih.
I delight in the way of your charges, more than in riches of all sorts.
15 Na olrhi dongah ka lolmang tih na caehlong te ka paelki.
I will muse upon your precepts, and look to your paths.
16 Na khosing dongah ka naepnoi tih, na ol te ka hnilh pawh.
In your statutes I delight, I will not forget your word.
17 Na sal ham he ham phai lah, ka hing vetih na ol ka ngaithuen bitni.
Grant that your servant may live, and I will observe your word.
18 Na olkhueng dongah khobaerhambae te ka paelki van ham khaw ka mik ham phen lah.
Open my eyes, that I see wondrous things out of your law.
19 Kai he diklai hmanah yinlai la ka om cakhaw na olpaek te kai taeng lamloh na thuh moenih.
But a guest am I on the earth: hide not your commandments from me.
20 Na laitloeknah dongah hnin takuem ah mueihuenah neh ka hinglu khaw mawth.
My heart is crushed with longing for your ordinances, at all times.
21 Na olpaek lamkah aka palang neh thaephoei thinlen rhoek khaw na tluung.
You rebuke the proud, the accursed, who wander from your commandments.
22 Na olphong te ka kueinah dongah kai sokah kokhahnah neh nueihbu he hang khoe lah.
Roll away from me scorn and contempt, for I have observed your charges.
23 Kai taengah mangpa rhoek loh ngolhlung uh tih ca uh cakhaw na sal tah na oltlueh dongah ni a lolmang eh.
Though princes sit plotting against me, your servant will muse on your statutes.
24 Na olphong tah ka hlahmaenah neh ka cilsuep hlang rhoek la om.
Your charges are my delight, they are my counsellors.
25 Ka hinglu he laipi khuiah kol cakhaw na ol bangla kai n'hing sak.
I lie grovelling in the dust; revive me, as you have promised.
26 Ka longpuei he ka tae vaengah kai nan doo tih na oltlueh neh kai n'tukkil lah.
I told of my ways, you made answer; teach me your statutes.
27 Na olrhi kah a longpuei te kai n'yakming lamtah namah kah khobaerhambae dongah ni ka lolmang eh.
Grant me insight into your precepts, and I will muse on your wonders.
28 Ka hinglu he pha-ueknah neh yut cakhaw na ol bangla kai n'thoh lah.
I am overcome with sorrow; raise me up, as you have promised.
29 A honghi kah longpuei te kai lamloh hoep lamtah na olkhueng neh kai n'rhen lah.
Put the way of falsehood from me, and graciously grant me your law.
30 Uepomnah longpuei te ka coelh tih na laitloeknah te ka mop.
I have chosen the way of fidelity, your ordinances I long for.
31 BOEIPA nang kah olphong dongah ka balak tih kai nan yah sak pawh.
I hold fast to your charges: O put me not, Lord, to shame.
32 Ka lungbuei na dangka sak tih na olpaek longpuei ah ka yong.
I will run in the way of your commandments, for you give me room of heart.
33 BOEIPA aw na oltlueh longpuei te kai n'thuinuet lamtah a bawt due ka kueinah lah eh.
Teach me, O Lord, the way of your statutes, and I will keep it to the end,
34 Kai n'yakming sak lamtah na olkhueng te ka kueinah eh. Te vaengah ka lungbuei boeih neh ka ngaithuen bitni.
instruct me to keep your law, and I will observe it with all my heart.
35 Na olpaek a hawn dongah ka hmae vanbangla te nen te kai n'hoihaeng lah.
Guide me in the path of your commandments, for therein do I delight.
36 Mueluemnah ham pawt tih na olphong ham ka lungbuei ham maelh lah.
Incline my heart to your charges, and not to greed of gain.
37 A poeyoek la aka hmu lamloh ka mik hang hoi lamtah na longpuei ah kai hing sak.
Turn away my eyes from vain sights, revive me by your word.
38 Nang hinyahnah ham te na sal taengah na olthui cak sak.
Confirm to your servant the promise which is given to those who fear you.
39 Namah kah laitloeknah he then tih kai loh ka rhih kokhahnah te m'poeng sak lah.
Remove the reproach which I dread, because your judgments are good.
40 Na olrhi te ks hue coeng he, na duengnah dongah kai n'hing sak lah.
Behold, I long for your precepts. Quicken me in your righteousness.
41 BOEIPA aw na olthui vanbangla na sitlohnah neh namah lamkah loeihnah he kai taengla pawk saeh.
Visit me, Lord, with your love and salvation, as you have promised.
42 Na ol dongah ka pangtung coeng dongah kai aka veet kah olka te ka doo van eh.
So shall I answer my slanderers, for my trust is in your word.
43 Na laitloeknah dongah ka ngaiuep vanbangla oltak ol he ka ka lamloh rhap huul boel mai.
Snatch not from my mouth the word of truth, for in your judgments I hope.
44 Te dongah na olkhueng ni kumhal duela ka ngaithuen taitu yoeyah eh.
I will keep your law continually, for ever and evermore.
45 Na olrhi te ka toem dongah a mungkung la ka pongpa van bitni.
So shall I walk in wide spaces, for I give my mind to your precepts.
46 Na olphong te manghai rhoek taengah ka thui bal vetih ka yak mahpawh.
I will speak of your charge before kings, and will not be ashamed thereof.
47 Na olpaek dongah ka naepnoi tih ka lungnah.
Your commandments are my delight, I love them exceedingly.
48 Na olpaek rhoek te ka kut ka phuel. Te te ka lungnah dongah na oltlueh dongah ni ka lolmang eh.
I will lift up my hands to your commandments, and muse upon your statutes.
49 Kai nan ngaiuep sak ham khaw na sal taengkah ol he thoelh lah.
Remember your word to your servant, on which you have made me to hope.
50 Te tah kai kah phacipphabaem vaengah ka hloephloeinah la om tih na olthui long ni kai n'hing sak.
This is my comfort in trouble, that your word gives life to me.
51 Thinlen rhoek loh kai n'hnael uh cakhaw na olkhueng lamkah a voel la ka phael moenih.
The arrogant utterly scorn me, but I have not declined from your law.
52 BOEIPA aw khosuen lamkah na laitloeknah te ka poek tih ko ka hlawt.
When I think of your judgments of old, O Lord, I take to me comfort.
53 Na olkhueng aka hnoo halang rhoek kongah a ling a lai loh kai n'do coeng.
I am seized with glowing anger at the wicked who forsake your law.
54 Na oltlueh te kai ham tah ka lampahnah im ah laa la om.
Your statutes have been to me songs in the house of my pilgrimage.
55 BOEIPA aw, khoyin ah na ming ka poek tih na olkhueng te ka ngaithuen.
I remember your name in the night, O Lord and observe your law.
56 Te te kai taengah om coeng tih na olrhi te ka kueinah.
My lot has been this, that I have kept your precepts.
57 BOEIPA ka hamsum la na ol ngaithuen ham ni ka thui.
My portion are you, O Lord: I have promised to keep your words.
58 Lungbuei boeih neh na mikhmuh ah ka nue coeng tih na olthui bangla kai n'rhen lah.
I entreat you with all my heart; grant me your promised favor.
59 Ka longpuei ka moeh tih na olphong taengla ka kho ka hoi.
I have thought upon my ways, and turned my feet to your charges.
60 Ka tawn uh vetih na olpaek ngaithuen ham ka uelh mahpawh.
I hasted and tarried not to give heed to your commandments.
61 Halang kah rhuihet loh kai n'hih cakhaw na olkhueng te ka hnilh mahpawh.
Though the godless have wound their cords round me, I have not forgotten your law.
62 Na duengnah neh tiktamnah dongah nang uem ham khoyin pathung ah ka thoo.
At midnight I rise to praise you because of your righteous judgments.
63 Kai tah nang aka rhih tih na olrhi aka ngaithuen rhoek boeih kah a hui la ka om.
With all those who fear you I company, aid with those who observe your precepts.
64 BOEIPA nang kah sitlohnah neh diklai khaw hah coeng tih na oltlueh neh kai n'tukkil lah.
The earth, Lord, is full of your kindness; teach me your Statutes.
65 Na ol bangla BOEIPA na sal taengah a then na saii coeng.
Well have you dealt with your servant, as you have promised, O Lord.
66 Na olpaek te ka tangnah dongah, omih thennah neh mingnah te kai n'tukkil lah.
Teach me discretion and knowledge, for I have believed your commandments.
67 Ka poeih uh hlanah ka taengphael cakhaw na olthui ni ka ngaithuen coeng.
Till trouble came I was a wanderer, but now I observe your word.
68 Na then tih na voelphoeng dongah na oltlueh te kai n'tukkil lah.
You are good and do good; teach me your statutes.
69 A honghi kah thinlen loh kai n'coe thil cakhaw ka lungbuei boeih neh na olrhi ka kueinah coeng.
The proud have forged lies against me, but I keep your precepts with all my heart.
70 Amih lungbuei te maehtha bangla moelh cakhaw kai tah na olkhueng nen ni ka naepnoi.
Their heart is gross like fat, but I delight in your law.
71 Kai ham tah m'phaep te khaw hoeikhang mai. Te nen ni na oltlueh te n'tukkil eh.
It was good for me to be humbled, that I should learn your statutes.
72 Na ka dongkah olkhueng te kai ham tah sui neh ngun thawngkhat lakah then.
The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold.
73 Na olpaek ka awt ham ni na kut loh kai n'saii tih, kai m'picai tih kai nan yakming sak.
Your hands have made me and fashioned me; make me wise to learn your commandments.
74 Na ol te ka ngaiuep dongah nang aka rhih rhoek loh kai m'hmuh uh vaengah a kohoe uh.
Those who fear you shall see me with joy, for in your word have I hoped.
75 BOEIPA nang kah laitloeknah tah duengnah la om tih uepomnah neh kai nan phaep te ka ming.
I know, O Lord, that your judgments are right, and in faithfulness you have afflicted me.
76 Na sal taengkah na olthui bangla na sitlohnah tah kai aka hloep la om laeh saeh.
Let your love be a comfort to me, for so have you promised your servant.
77 Na haidamnah te kai taengla ha pawk saeh lamtah na olkhueng te ka hlahmaenah la ka hing puei eh.
Visit me with your quickening pity, for your law is my delight.
78 Thinlen rhoek loh a honghi neh kai n'khun sak uh te yak uh saeh. Kai tah na olrhi dongah ni ka lolmang eh.
Put the proud to shame, who have wronged me falsely: I will muse on your precepts.
79 Nang aka rhih tih na olphong aka ming la aka ming rhoek tah kai taengla ha mael uh saeh.
Let those turn to me who fear you, that they may learn your charges.
80 Kai lungbuei he na oltlueh dongah cuemthuek la a om daengah ni ka yah pawt eh.
Let my heart be sound in your statutes, that I may not be put to shame.
81 Namah kah loeihnah dongah ka hinglu a khum vaengah na ol dongah ka ngaiuep.
My long for you to rescue me, I put my hope in your word.
82 Na olthui te ka mik la kha coeng tih, “Me vaengah nim kai nan hloep eh?” ka ti.
My eyes pine away for your promise: saying, “When will you comfort me?”
83 Hmaikhu dongkah tuitang bangla ka om dae na oltlueh te ka hnilh moenih.
Though shrivelled like wine-skin in smoke, your statutes I have not forgotten.
84 Na sal kah khohnin tah mebang nim? Kai aka hloem rhoek soah me vaengah nim laitloeknah na saii ve?
How few are the days of your servant! When will you judge those who harass me?
85 Thinlen rhoek loh kai hamla rhom a vueh uh te na olkhueng moenih.
Proud people have dug for me pits people who do not conform to your law.
86 Na olpaek boeih he uepomnah ni, a poeyoek la kai n'hloem he kai m'bom lah.
All your commandments are trusty. With falsehood they harass me: help me.
87 Pacilpahnai la diklai lamloh kai n'khah uh. Tedae na olrhi te ka hnoo moenih.
They had nearly made an end of me, yet I did not forget your precepts.
88 Na sitlohnah dongah ka hing vetih na ka dongkah olphong te ka ngaithuen bitni.
Spare me in your kindness, and I will observe the charge of your mouth.
89 BOEIPA namah kah ol tah vaan ah kumhal duela pai.
Forever, O Lord, is your word fixed firmly in the heavens.
90 Na uepomnah tah diklai a soepboe lamloh thawnpuei neh cadilcahma duela cak.
Your truth endures age after age; it is established on earth, and it stands.
91 Na laitloeknah bangla na sal boeih ham khaw tahae khohnin due cak.
By your appointment they stand this day, for all are your servants.
92 Na olkhueng te ka hlahmaenah pawt koinih kamah kah phacipphabaem dongah ni ka paltham eh.
Had not your law been my joy, in my misery then had I perished.
93 Te rhoek rhangneh kai nan hing sak dongah na olrhi te kumhal duela ka hnilh mahpawh.
I will never forget your precepts, for through them you have put life in me.
94 Kai he namah ham ni. Na olrhi te ka toem dongah kai he n'khang lah.
I am yours, O save me, for I give my mind to your precepts.
95 Kai phae ham halang rhoek loh kai n'lamtawn uh cakhaw na olphong ni ka yakming eh.
The wicked lay wait to destroy me, but I give heed to your charge.
96 Boeih a soepnah he a bawtnah om dae na olpaek tah dangka tangkik tila ka hmuh.
I have seen a limit to all things: but your commandment is spacious exceedingly.
97 Na olkhueng te hnin takuem ka thuepnah ham bahoeng ka lungnah.
O how I love your law! All the day long I muse on it.
98 Na olpaek te kai taengah kumhal duela om tih ka thunkha rhoek lakah kai n'cueih sak.
Your commandment makes me wiser than my enemies: for it is mine forever.
99 Na laipainah te ka thuepnah coeng dongah kai aka tukkil boeih lakah n'cangbam.
I am prudent above all my teachers, for your charges are my (meditation)
100 Na olrhi te ka kueinah dongah patong rhoek lakah khaw ka yakming.
I have insight more than the aged, because I observe your precepts.
101 Boethae caehlong boeih lamloh ka kho ka tuem daengah ni na ol te ka ngaithuen thai eh.
I refrain my foot from all wicked ways, that I may keep your word.
102 Namah loh kai nan thuinuet coeng dongah na laitloeknah lamloh ka phaelh moenih.
I turn not aside from your judgments, for you yourself are my teacher.
103 Na olthui he ka dang dong neh ka ka dongah khoitui lakah khaw bahoeng didip.
How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth!
104 Na olrhi lamloh ka yakming tangloeng dongah laithae kah caehlong tah boeih ka thiinah.
Insight I win through your precepts, therefore every false way I hate.
105 Na ol tah ka kho ham hmaithoi neh ka hawn ham vangnah la om.
Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path.
106 Na duengnah dongkah laitloeknah te ngaithuen hamla ka toemngam tih ka cak sak coeng.
I have sworn an oath, and will keep it, to observe your righteous judgments.
107 Mat ka phaep uh vaengah he BOEIPA aw na ol bangla kai n'hing sak.
I am afflicted sorely: revive me, O Lord, as you said.
108 BOEIPA aw ka ka dongkah kothoh he doe mai lamtah na laitloeknah te kai n'tukkil lah.
Accept, Lord, my willing praise, and teach me your judgments.
109 Ka hinglu he ka kut khuiah om taitu dae na olkhueng te ka hnilh mahpawh.
My life is in ceaseless peril; but I do not forget your law.
110 Halang rhoek loh kai hamla pael phoh cakhaw na olrhi lamloh kho ka hmang moenih.
The wicked set traps for me, yet I do not stray from your precepts.
111 Kumhal due ka lungbuei omngaihnah ham na olphong te ka pang coeng.
In your charges are my everlasting inheritance, they are the joy of my heart.
112 Na oltloek te kumhal a bawt bawt duela vai ham ni ka lungbuei ka maelh.
I am resolved to perform your statutes forever, to the utmost.
113 Cikcoknah te ka hmuhuet tih, na olkhueng te ka lungnah.
I hate people of divided heart, but your law do I love.
114 Ka hlipyingnah neh ka photling tah namah tih, na ol dongah ka ngaiuep.
You are my shelter and shield: in your word do I hope.
115 Thaehuet rhoek te kai lamloh nong lamtah ka Pathen kah olpaek te ka kueinah eh.
Begone, you wicked people, I will keep the commands of my God.
116 Na olthui bangla kai nan talong daengah ni ka hing vetih ka ngaiuepnah lamloh kai nan yah sak pawt eh.
Uphold me and spare me, as you have promised: O disappoint me not.
117 Kai nan duel daengah ni ka daem vetih na oltloeh te ka mang thil taitu eh.
Hold me up, and I shall be saved: and your statutes shall be my unceasing delight.
118 Amih kah a huep he a honghi la a om dongah na oltlueh lamloh aka palang rhoek boeih te suntlae.
All who swerve from your statutes you spurn: their cunning is in vain.
119 Diklai halang boeih te aek la na kangkuen sak tangloeng dongah ni na olphong te ka lungnah.
All the wicked of earth you count as dross, therefore I love your charges.
120 Na taengah birhihnah neh ka saa khaw poeng hu tih na laitloeknah te ka rhih.
My flesh, for fear of you, shudders, and I stand in awe of your judgments.
121 Tiktamnah neh duengnah ka saii dongah kai aka hnaemtaek rhoek taengla kai nan voei pawh.
Justice and right have I practised, do not leave me to my oppressors.
122 Na sal kah a then te rhikhang lamtah thinlen loh kai hnaemtaek boel saeh.
Be your servant’s surety for good, let not the proud oppress me.
123 Namah kah khangnah dong neh na duengnah olthui dongah ka mik kha coeng.
My eyes pine for your salvation, and for your righteous promise.
124 Na sitlohnah bangla na sal taengah saii lamtah na oltlueh te kai n'tukkil lah.
Deal in your love with your servant, and teach me your statutes.
125 Na sal kai he kamah nan yakming sak daengah ni na olphong te ka ming eh.
Your servant am I; instruct me, that I may know your charges.
126 BOEIPA aw, na olkhueng a phae uh dongah saii ham khaw a tue a pha coeng.
It is time for the Lord to act: they have violated your law.
127 Te dongah na olpaek tah sui lakah khaw suicilh lakah khaw ka lungnah.
Therefore I love your commandments above gold, above fine gold.
128 Olrhi boeih he boeih ka dueng sak tangloeng dongah laithae caehlong tah boeih ka thiinah.
So by all your precepts I guide me, and every false way I hate.
129 Na olphong rhoek he khobaerhambae tangloeng dongah ni ka hinglu khaw a kueinah.
Your decrees are wonderful, gladly I keep them.
130 Na ol kah khohue loh a sae vaengah hlangyoe rhoek pataeng a yakming sak.
When your word is unfolded, light breaks; it imparts to the simple wisdom.
131 Ka ka te ka ang tih na olpaek te mam ham ka rhingda.
With open mouth I pant with longing for your commandments.
132 Na ming aka lungnah rhoek taengkah laitloeknah vanbangla kai taengla ha hooi lamtah kai n'rhen lah.
Turn to me with your favor, as is just to those who love you.
133 Na olthui bangla ka khokan he cikngae sak lamtah boethae boeih loh kai soah taemrhai boel saeh.
Steady my steps by your word, so that sin have no power over me.
134 Hlang kah hnaemtaeknah lamloh kai n'lat lamtah na olrhi te ka ngaithuen eh.
Set me free from those who oppress me, and I shall observe your precepts.
135 Na maelhmai te na sal taengah sae sak lamtah na oltlueh te kai n'cang puei lah.
Shine with your face on your servant, and teach me your statutes.
136 Na olkhueng te a ngaithuen uh pawt dongah ka mik dongkah sokca tui loh long.
My eyes run down with rills of water, because your law is not kept.
137 BOEIPA nang na dueng dongah na laitloeknah khaw thuem.
Righteous are you, O Lord, and right are your ordinances.
138 Na olphong kah duengnah neh uepomnah tangkik te khaw na uen.
The laws you has ordered are just, and trusty exceedingly.
139 Ka rhal rhoek loh na ol a hnilh uh dongah ka thatlainah loh kamah n'thah.
My jealousy has undone me, that my foes have forgotten your words.
140 Na olthui he a cae payik coeng dongah na sal long khaw a lungnah.
Your word has been tested well; and your servant loves it.
141 Kai canoi dongah n'hnaep cakhaw na olrhi te ka hnilh moenih.
I am little and held in contempt, but your precepts I have not forgotten.
142 Na duengnah tah kumhal ham duengnah la om tih na olkhueng khaw oltak la om.
Just is your justice forever, and trusty is your law.
143 Rhal neh a caeknah loh kai soah ha thoeng dae na olpaek tah kai kah hlahmaenah la om.
Stress and strain are upon me, but your commandments are my delight.
144 Na olphong kah duengnah te kumhal duela kai m'ming sak lamtah ka hing puei eh.
Right are your charges forever, instruct me that I may live.
145 Lungbuei boeih neh kang khue vaengah kai n'doo lamtah BOEIPA nang kah oltlueh te ka kueinah eh.
With my whole heart I cry; O answer me. I would keep your statutes, O Lord.
146 Nang kang khue vaengah kai n'khang lamtah na olphong te ka ngaithuen eh.
I cry to you: O save me, and I will observe your charges.
147 Hlaemhmah hlanah ka kun tih ka pang he na ol dongkah na ol te ni ka ngaiuep.
Ere the dawn I cry for your help: in your word do I hope.
148 Na olthui dongah lolmang hamla hlaemhmah ah ka mik ca.
Awake I meet the night-watches, to muse upon your sayings.
149 Na sitlohnah bangla ka ol hnatun lamtah BOEIPA aw na laitloeknah bangla kai n'hing sak.
Hear my voice in your kindness: O Lord, by your judgments revive me.
150 Khonuen rhamtat aka hloem rhoek te capit uh cakhaw na olkhueng lamloh lakhla uh.
Near me are wicked tormentors, who are far from thoughts of your law;
151 BOEIPA namah na yoei dongah na olpaek boeih khaw oltak la om.
but near, too, are you, O Lord, and all your commandments are trusty.
152 Na olphong lamloh kumhal duela na suen te hlamat ah ni ka ming coeng.
Long have I known from your charges that you have founded them for all time.
153 Na olkhueng te ka hnilh pawt dongah kai kah phacipphabaem he hmu lamtah kai n'pumcum sak lah.
Look on my misery, and rescue me; for I do not forget your law.
154 Kai kah tuituknah te rhoe laeh, na olthui bangla kai n'tlan lamtah kai n'hing sak lah.
Defend my cause and redeem me: revive me, as you have promised.

I long, Lord, for your salvation, and your law is my delight.

Revive me that I may praise you, and let your precepts help me.
