1 David kah Aw ka hinglu, BOEIPA te uem lamtah, ka kotak boeih loh a ming cim te uem lah.
Bless, O my soul, Yahweh, —And all that is within me, his holy Name;
2 Aw ka hinglu, BOEIPA te uem lamtah amah kah a thaphu paek boeih te hnilh boeh.
Bless, O my soul, Yahweh, And forget not all his dealings: —
3 Nang kathaesainah boeih te khodawk han ngai tih, na tlohtat boeih aka hoeih sak,
Who forgiveth all thine iniquity, Who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Na hingnah vaam khui lamkah aka tlan tih sitlohnah neh haidamnah te nang aka khuem sak loh,
Who redeemeth, from destruction, thy life, Who crowneth thee, with lovingkindness and compassion:
5 Na kamrhui te hnothen neh a kum sak tih na camoe tue te atha bangla a thahuel sak.
Who satisfieth, with good, thine age, Thy youth, reneweth itself like an eagle.
6 Hlang kah hnaemtaek aka yok rhoek boeih ham BOEIPA loh duengnah neh tiktamnah a saii pah.
Yahweh is one, who executeth righteousness, Yea vindication for all the oppressed.
7 Moses taengah amah khosing, Israel ca rhoek taengah a khoboe te a tueng.
Who made known his ways unto Moses, unto the sons of Israel, his doings.
8 Thinphoei neh lungvatnah BOEIPA loh thintoek a ueh tih sitlohnah neh baetawt.
Compassionate and gracious, is Yahweh, —Slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness.
9 A yoeyah la ho pawt vetih, kumhal duela lunguen mahpawh.
Not perpetually, will he contend, Nor age-abidingly, retain anger;
10 Mamih kah tholhnah bangla mamih taengah saii pawt tih mamih kathaesainah bangla mamih taengah han suk moenih.
Not according to our sins, hath he dealt with us, Nor according to our iniquities, hath he treated us.
11 Diklai soah vaan a sang bangla amah aka rhih rhoek ham a sitlohnah khaw len.
For, as the heavens are exalted over the earth, His lovingkindness hath prevailed over them who revere him;
12 Khocuk lamkah khotlak a lakhla bangla mamih kah boekoeknah te mamih taeng lamkah a lakhla sak coeng.
As far as East from West, Hath he put far from us, our transgressions;
13 A nap a loh camoe rhoek te a haidam bangla amah aka rhih rhoek te BOEIPA loh a haidam.
Like the compassion of a father for his children, Is, the compassion of Yahweh, for them who revere him;
14 Amah loh mamih kah benbonah he a ming tih mamih he laipi ni tila a poek.
For, he, knoweth how we are formed, He is mindful that, dust, we are.
15 Hlanghing kah a tue sulrham bangla om tih khohmuen tamlaep bangla khooi van mai.
As for man, like grass, are his days, Like the blossom of the field, so, doth he blossom;
16 Khohli loh anih a pah tih a hmata atah amah hmuen hmat voel pawh.
For, a wind, hath passed over it, and it is gone, And its own place is acquainted with it no more.
17 Tedae BOEIPA kah sitlohnah tah amah aka rhih rhoek taengah khosuen lamkah kumhal duela om tih a duengnah a ca rhoek kah a ca rhoek patoeng taengah,
But, the lovingkindness of Yahweh, is from one age even to another, Upon them who revere him, And his righteousness, to children’s children: —
18 a paipi aka tuem tih a olrhi vai ham aka thoelh rhoek taengah om.
To such as keep his covenant, And remember his precepts, to do them.
19 BOEIPA loh vaan ah a ngolkhoel a hol tih a ram a cungkuem te a taemrhai.
Yahweh, in the heavens, hath established his throne, And, his kingdom, over all, hath dominion.
20 A olthui ol ngai ham amah kah olka bangla aka saii, thadueng puencawn, hlangrhalh rhoek loh BOEIPA te uem uh lah.
Bless Yahweh, ye messengers of his, —Heroes of vigour, doing his word, To hearken [again] to the voice of his word;
21 Amah kah caempuei boeih loh BOEIPA te uem uh lamtah amah kah bibi boeih loh a kolonah te saii uh lah.
Bless Yahweh, all ye his hosts, Attendants of his, doing his pleasure;
22 A khohung hmuen boeih kah a kutngo boeih BOEIPA te uem uh lah. Aw ka hinglu, BOEIPA te uem lah.
Bless Yahweh, all ye his works, In all places of his dominion, Bless, O my soul, Yahweh.
