Then Satan entered into Judas Iscariot, who was one of the twelve.
4 Te dongah cet tih amih taengla Jesuh metla a voeih ham khaw khosoihham rhoek neh imtawt boei rhoek te a voek.
Judas went to the chief priests and captains and discussed with them how he would betray Jesus to them.

They were glad, and agreed to give him money.
6 Ko a tluep puei tih, amih hlangping kah mikvoelh ah Jesuh voeih ham a tuethen te a dawn.
He consented, and looked for an opportunity to deliver him to them away from the crowd.

Then came the day of unleavened bread, on which the Passover lamb had to be sacrificed.
8 Te dongah Peter neh Johan te a tueh tih, “Cet rhoi lamtah mamih kah yoom n'caak ham te rhoekbah rhoi,” a ti nah.
So Jesus sent Peter and John, saying, “Go and prepare for us the Passover meal, so that we may eat it.”
9 Amih rhoi long khaw amah taengah, “Melam saii ham na ngaih?” a ti nah.
They said to him, “Where do you want us to make preparations?”

11 Te phoeiah im kungmah te, 'Nang taengah saya loh, 'Yinpanah tah melam a om, te ah te ka hnukbang rhoek te Yoom ka caak puei mai eh,’ a ti,’ ti nah.

12 Anih loh imhman aka ka te a khoem tangtae la nangmih rhoi n'tueng bitni, te ah te rhoekbah rhoi,” a ti nah.
He will show you a large furnished upper room. Make the preparations there.”
13 A caeh rhoi vaengah a ti nah bangla a hmuh rhoi tih Yoom te a rhoekbah rhoi.
So they went, and found everything as he had said to them. Then they prepared the Passover meal.
14 A tue loh a pha vaengah, amah taengkah caeltueih rhoek te a ngol puei.
When the time came, he sat down with the apostles.
15 Te phoeiah amih te, “Ka patang hlanah nangmih neh Yoom caak ham he thincavat la ka hue.
Then he said to them, “I have greatly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.
16 Nangmih taengah kan thui, Pathen kah ram ah a soep hlan atah he he ka ca voel mahpawh,” a ti nah.
For I say to you, I will not eat it again, until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.”

Then Jesus took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he said, “Take this, and share it among yourselves.

For I say to you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine again until the kingdom of God comes.”

Then he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and gave to them, saying, “This is my body which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”
20 Te vanbangla boengloeng te khaw a vael uh tih, “He boengloeng tah ka thii dongkah paipi thai ni, te tah nangmih ham long coeng.
He took the cup in the same way after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.
21 Tedae caboei dongah kamah aka om puei kah a kut loh kamah m'voeih coeng he.
But pay attention. The one who betrays me is with me at the table.
22 Hlang Capa tah a hmoel tangtae bangla cet pai dae, anih dongah hlang aka voei hlang te tah anunae,” a ti.
For the Son of Man indeed goes as it has been determined. But woe to that man through whom he is betrayed!”

Then there arose also a quarrel among them about which of them was considered to be greatest.

He said to them, “The kings of the Gentiles are masters over them, and the ones who have authority over them are referred to as those who do good to their people.
26 Tedae nangmih tah te tlam moenih, nangmih khuiah aka tanglue loh a noe bangla om saeh, hlang aka mawt long khaw aka thotat la om saeh.
But it must not be like this with you. Instead, let the one who is the greatest among you become like the youngest, and let the one who is the most important become like the one who serves.
27 Te dongah aka vael neh aka thothat khuiah ulae aka tanglue? Aka vael te moenih a? Tedae kai tah nangmih lakli ah aka thotat lam ni ka om.
For who is greater, the one who sits at the table, or the one who serves? Is it not the one who sits at the table? Yet I am among you as one who serves.
28 Nangmih tah kai kah cuekhalhnah khuikah he kai neh aka tukkai la na om uh.
But you are the ones who have continued with me in my temptations.
29 Ram te a pa loh kai taengah a hal bangla nangmih taengah kai loh kang hal coeng.

But I have prayed for you, that your faith may not fail. After you have turned back again, strengthen your brothers.”
33 Tedae Simon loh, “Boeipa, namah nen tah thongim neh duek paan ham khaw sikim la ka om ngawn,” a ti nah.
Peter said to him, “Lord, I am ready to go with you both to prison and to death.”

Jesus replied, “I tell you, Peter, the rooster will not crow this day, before you deny three times that you know me.”
35 Te phoeiah amih te, Sungsa neh khokhom khuen kolla nangmih kan tueih vaengah pakhat khaw na hlavawt uh pawt nim?,” a ti nah. Te vaengah amih loh,” Om pawh,” a ti uh.
Then Jesus said to them, “When I sent you out without a purse, a bag of provisions, or shoes, did you lack anything?” They answered, “Nothing.”
36 Te phoeiah amih te, “Tedae tahae atah, sungkoi aka khueh loh khuen saeh, sungsa khaw khuen saeh. Aka khueh pawt loh a himbai te yoi saeh lamtah cunghang lai saeh.
Then he said to them, “But now, the one who has a purse, let him take it, and also a bag of provisions. The one who does not have a sword should sell his cloak and buy one.
37 Nangmih ham kan thui, a daek tangtae te kai soah a soep ham a kuek. 'Anih te lailak rhoek neh a tae thil,’ a ti, kai kawng loh hmakhah a pha,” a ti nah.
For I say to you, what is written about me must be fulfilled, 'He was counted with the lawless ones.' For what is predicted about me is being fulfilled.”
38 Te vaengah amih loh, “Boeipa, cunghang yungnit om he,” a ti nauh. Te dongah Jesuh loh amih te, “Rhoeh coeng te,” a ti nah.
Then they said, “Lord, look! Here are two swords.” He said to them, “It is enough.”

When he rose up from his prayer, he came to the disciples, and found them sleeping because of their sorrow,

They said, “Why do we still need a witness? For we ourselves have heard from his own mouth.”
