And he said to his disciples, It is impossible but that stumbling-blocks will come; but woe to him through whom they come!
2 He camoe rhoek khuikah pakhat a khah ham lakah tah a rhawn ah lungto phaklung a oi tih tuili la voei koinih anih ham hoeikhang lah.
It were better for him to have a millstone hung round his neck, and be cast into the sea, than to cause one of these little ones to fall away.
3 Namamih te ngaithuen uh, na manuca loh a tholh atah amah te toel, a yut atah anih te hlah laeh.
Take heed to yourselves. If thy brother sin, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.
4 Hnin at neh nang soah voei rhih tholh coeng dae namah taengla voei rhih ha bal tih, “Ka yut,” a ti coeng atah anih te hlah laeh,” a ti nah.
And if he sin against thee seven times in a day, and seven times turn to thee, saying, I repent, thou shalt forgive him.
5 Caeltueih rhoek loh Boeipa taengah, “Kaimih ham tangnah han thap lah,” a ti uh.
And the apostles said to the Lord, Give us more faith.
6 Tedae Boeipa loh, “Tangnah he mukang mu tet na khueh uh koinih, hekah thaihae kung he, 'Phong uh lamtah tuili ah phung,’ na ti uh mai cakhaw nangmih kah te a ngai ni.
But the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard, ye might say to this sycamine-tree, Be plucked up by the roots, and planted in the sea! and it would obey you.
7 Nangmih khuiah sal aka khueh te tah lai a thol pah tih boiva a dawn pah. Lohma lamkah a paipaek vaengah anih te u long, ‘Ha kun lamtah cawt ngol dae,’ a ti na eh?
And which of you having a servant plowing, or feeding cattle, will say to him, when he hath come in from the field, Come immediately and place thyself at table?
8 Anih te, “Mebang khaw tawn lamtah ka ca eh?, te phoeiah cihnin vaep lamtah ka caak ka ok vaengah kai taengah thotat, te phoeiah ni na caak na ok eh?, 'ti na mahpawt nim?
Will he not rather say to him, Make ready wherewith I may sup, and gird thyself and serve me till I have eaten and drunken, and afterward thou shalt eat and drink?
9 A uen te a saii dongah sal soah lungvatnah khueh mapawt nim?
Doth he owe any thanks to that servant, because he did what was commanded?
10 Nangmih khaw, nangmih ng'uen te boeih na saii uh tangloeng dae, ' kaimih tah sal hlangkhue hlangvaih rhoek ni, saii ham a kuek te ni n'saii, 'ti uh mai,” a ti nah.
So also do ye, when ye have done all that hath been commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants; we have done what we were bound to do.

And it came to pass, as he was going to Jerusalem, that he was traveling on the confines of Samaria and Galilee.

And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten lepers, who stood afar off.
13 Te phoeiah a ol a huel uh tih, “Boeipa Jesuh kaimih n'rhen lah,” a ti uh.
And they lifted up their voice, saying, Jesus, Master, have pity on us.
14 Amih te a hmuh vaengah, “Cet uh lamtah namamih te khosoih rhoek taengah tueng uh,” a ti nah. Tedae a caeh uh li vaengah mah amih te boeih cim uh.
And when he saw them, he said to them, Go, show yourselves to the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they were on their way, they were cleansed.
15 Tedae amih khuikah pakhat long tah a hoeih te a hmuh vaengah bal tih ol ue la Pathen te a thangpom.
And one of them, perceiving that he was freed from his disease, turned back, giving glory to God with a loud voice;
16 Te phoeiah anih tah Samaria dae ni a kho kung ah maelhmai a buluk thil tih Jesuh te a uem.
and he fell down on his face at his feet, giving thanks to him; and he was a Samaritan.
17 Te dongah Jesuh loh a doo tih, “Parha la a cim uh moenih a? Pako rhoek ta melae?,”
And Jesus answering said, Were not the ten cleansed? Where are the nine?
18 Anih kholong hlang pawt atah Pathen te thangpomnah paek ham aka bal hmu uh boel saeh a?” a ti nah.
Were there none found returning to give glory to God but this foreigner?
19 Te phoeiah anih te, “Thoo, cet laeh, namah kah tangnah loh namah ng'khang coeng,” a ti nah.
And he said to him, Rise and go; thy faith hath made thee well.
20 Pathen kah ram ha pawk vaengkah te Pharisee rhoek loh a dawt dongah amih te a doo tih, “Pathen kah ram tah hmuhnah neh ha pawk moenih.
And being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God was coming, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not in such a manner as to be watched for;
21 “'He la he, ke la ke, 'ti uh mahpawh. Pathen kah ram tah namamih khuiah ni a om te,” a ti nah.
nor will they say, Lo here! or there! for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.
22 Te phoeiah hnukbang rhoek te, “Khohnin ha pawk vaengah hlang capa kah khohnin te hnin at hmuh ham na hue uh suidae na hmuh uh mahpawh.
And he said to the disciples, The days will come, when ye will desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and will not see it.
23 Nangmih taengah, 'Ke la ke, he la he,’ a ti uh akhaw cet uh boeh, hnuktlak uh boeh.
And they will say to you, Lo there! lo here! Go not away, and follow not.
24 Khophaa loh phaa tih vaan hmui pakhat lamkah loh vaan hmui pakhat la sae ni. Hlang capa tah amah tue vaengah ha om tangloeng bitni.
For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of one part under heaven, shineth to the other part under heaven, so will the Son of man be in his day.
25 Tedae lamhma la muep a patang ham neh tahae cadil loh a hnawt ham khaw a kuek.
But first he must suffer much, and be rejected by this generation.
26 Noah tue vaengkah a om vanbangla, hlang capa kah a tue vaengah khaw om van ni.
And as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be also in the days of the Son of man.
27 Noah lawng khuila a kun khohnin duela yuloh rhaihlan neh a caak a okuh. Te dongah tuliii ha pawk vaengah boeih poci.
They ate, they drank, they married, they were given in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
28 Lot kah khohnin vaengah khaw amah boeiloeih la om uh tih a caak uh, a ok uh, a lai uh, a yoih uh, a tawn uh, a sak uh.
In like manner, as it was in the days of Lot; they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
29 Tedae Sodom lamkah loh Lot a caeh khohnin ah, vaan lamkah hmai neh kat a tlan pah tih boeih poci.
but on the day when Lot went out of Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
30 Hlang capa a pumphoe tue vaengah amah boeiloeih la om ni.
Thus will it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.
31 Te khohnin vaengah imphu ah aka om tah, im khuikah a hno te loh hamla suntla boel saeh. Lohma kah long khaw a hnuk la mael van boel saeh.
In that day, let not him who is upon the house-top, and whose furniture is in the house, come down to take it away; and he that is in the field, let him likewise not turn back.
33 A hinglu te kutloh ham aka toem long tah poci ni, tedae aka hlong long tah tekah a hing thil ni.
Whoever shall seek to save his life will lose it; and whoever shall lose it will preserve it.
34 Nangmih taengah ka thui, tekah khoyin ah panit loh thingkong pakhat dongah om rhoi cakhaw, pakhat te a khuen vetih pakhat te a hlun ni.
I tell you, In that night there will be two men on one bed; one will be taken, and the other will be left.
35 Amah nawn ah ah sum aka kuelh panit om ni. Pakhat te a khuen vetih, pakhat a hlun ni,” a ti nah.
Two women will be grinding together; one will be taken, and the other left.
36 Te dongah amah te a doo uh tih, “Melae Boeipa,” a ti nauh.
37 Tedae amih te, “Rhok te tah langta loh pahoi a bo van ni,” a ti nah.
And they answering say to him, Where, Lord? And he said to them, Where the body is, there also will the eagles be gathered together.
