< Ezekiel 10 >

1 Ka sawt vaengah cherubim lu dongkah bangyai soah ngolkhoel phek te a mueimae ah minhum lung bangla amih soah lawt a tueng pah.
Then looked I and lo! in the expanse which was over the head of the cherubim as a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne, appeared over them.
2 Te phoeiah takhlawk pueinak aka bai hlang te a voek tih, “Cherubim kungdak kah humhae laklo ah kun laeh. Hmai dongkah hmai-alh te na kutnarhum dongah poem lamtah cherubim laklo lamloh khopuei soah haeh,” a ti nah phoeiah ka mikhmuh ah kun.
Then said he unto the man clothed in linen—then said he Go in between the whirling wheels, even under the cherub, and fill both thy hands with live coals of fire from between the cherubim, and throw over the city. So he went in before mine eyes.
3 Te vaengah cherubim rhoek te im kah bantang ah pai uh. Hlang a kun vaengah vongup khui ah cingmai bae.
Now the cherubim were standing on the right side of the house when the man went in, —and, the, cloud filled the inner court,
4 Te phoeiah BOEIPA thangpomnah te cherubim so lamloh im thohkong duela pomsang hang. Te vaengah im te cingmai baetawt tih vongup ah BOEIPA kah thangpomnah a aa te bae.
Then arose the glory of Yahweh from off the cherub, unto the threshold of the house, —and the house was filled with the cloud, and the, court, was filled with the brightness of the glory of Yahweh.
5 Cherubim kah phae ol te vongup voel duela Tlungthang Pathen a cal vaengkah ol bangla ka yaak.
And the sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard, as far as the outer court, —like the voice of the Almighty GOD when he speaketh,
6 Te phoeiah takhlawk pueinak hlang te a uen tih, “Humhae laklo lamkah hmai te cherubim laklo lamloh lo lah,” a ti nah. Te dongah kun tih lengkho taengah pai.
So then it came to pass— when he commanded the man clothed with linen, saying, Take fire from between the whirling wheels, from between the cherubim, then went he in and stood beside the wheel.
7 Te vaengah cherub loh cherubim lakli lamloh a kut a thueng tih cherubim laklo kah hmai te a loh. Te phoeiah a khuen tih takhlawk pueinak kutnarhum ah a paek. Te dongah a khuen tih cet.
And the cherub put forth his hand from between the cherubim unto the fire that was between the cherubim, and took up thereof and gave into the hands of him who was clothed with linen, —who took [it] and went forth,
8 Amih cherubim kah a phae hmuiah hlang kut bangla a muei tueng.
Now the cherubim appeared to have. the likeness of the hand of a man, under their wings.
9 Te phoeiah cherubim kaepah lengkho pali lawt ka hmuh. Cherub pakhat taengah langkho pakhat, cherub pakhat taengah lengkho pakhat tlip om. Lengkho a mueimae tah timsuih lung kah a pang bangla om.
Then looked I. and lo! four wheels by the cherubim—one wheel by one cherub, and another wheel by another cherub, —and the appearance of the wheels was to look upon like a Tarshish stone;
10 Amih pali te a mueimae khaw pakhat phek la om. Lengkho kah a laklung ah lengkho bangla om bal.
and as for their appearance, one likeness, had they four, -as might be a wheel in the midst of a wheel.
11 A caeh uh vaengah a vae pali neh cet uh tih mael uh thai pawh. A caeh ham hmuen la a lu a hooi uh tih a hnuk ah a caeh uh dongah amamih a caeh bangla hoilae tloel.
When they went, upon their four sides, they went, they turned not when they went, for to the place whithersoever the head turned, after it, they went, they turned not when they went.
12 A pum tom neh a uen khaw khaw, a kut neh a phae neh a lengkho khaw, a lengkho pali kah kaepvai a mik hoeng la om.
And all their flesh, and their back, and their hands and their wings, and the wheels were full of eyes round about, even their wheels which they four had
13 Amih kah lengkho te kai hna ah tah, “Humhae ni,” a ti.
To the wheels—to them, was made the cry— O whirling wheel! in mine ears.
14 Pakhat rhip te maelhmai pali om tih pakhat kah maelhmai tah cherub maelhmai la, a pabae kah maelhmai tah hlang maelhmai la, a pathum te sathueng maelhmai neh a pali te tahatha maelhmai la om.
And four faces had each one, —the first face, was the face of a cherub, and, the second face, was the face of a man and the third was the face of a lion. and the fourth, was the face of an eagle.
15 Te phoeiah cherubim rhoek te pomsang uh hang. He mulhing ni Kebar tuiva ah ka hmuh.
Then arose the cherubim, —the same, was the living one, which I had seen by the river Chebar.
16 Cherubim rhoek a caeh vaengah a taengkah lengkho rhoek khaw cet van. Cherubim rhoek te a phae phuel uh tih diklai dong lamloh a pomsang vaengah a taengkah a lengkho te khaw dul pawh.
When the cherubim went, then went the wheels beside them, —and when the cherubim lifted up their wings, to arise from off the earth, the wheels themselves turned not from beside them;
17 Amih khuikah mulhing mueihla te amamih neh a om dongah tih a pai vaengah tangrhoeng pai uh tih a phoh uh vaengah tangrhoeng phok uh.
when they stood, these stood, and when they arose, these arose with them, —for, the spirit of the living one, was in them.
18 Te vaengah BOEIPA kah thangpomnah tah im thohkong so lamloh nong tih cherubim soah pai.
And when the glory of Yahweh went forth from off the threshold of the house, —and stood over the cherubim,
19 Te phoeiah cherubim rhoek loh a phae a phuel tih ka mikhmuh kah diklai lamloh pomsang hang. Amih bangla a voeivang kah lengkho khaw cet tih yan BOEIPA im vongka thohka pai. Te vaengah Israel Pathen kah thangpomnah he amih sokah a so duela om.
then the cherubim uplifted their wings and arose from the earth before mine eyes as they went forth, the wheels also in unison with them, —and it stood at the opening of the gate of the house of Yahweh that was toward the east, with the glory of the God of Israel over them, above.
20 Kebar tuiva kah Israel Pathen hmui ah mulhing ka hmuh he cherubim la ka ming.
The same, was the living one which I saw under the God of Israel by the river Chebar, - then knew I that cherubim, they were.
21 Pakhat loh maelhmai pali, pali neh pakhat rhip phae pali a khueh tih a phae hmui te hlang kut phek la om.
Four faces severally, had each one, and four wings, had each one, —and the likeness of the hands of a man, was under their wings.
22 Kebar tuiva ah a maelhmai ka hmuh te amih maelhmai phek ni. A mueimae ah khaw amih ni. Tekah hlang te a maelhmai neh a dannah la cet.
And as for the likeness of their faces, They were the faces which I saw by the river Chebar, their appearances and themselves— every one straight before him, did they go.
