1 Te vaeng tue ah BOEIPA loh kai taengah, “Lungto te lamhma kah lungpael rhoi bangla namah loh saek lamtah tlang ah kai taengla ha yoeng. Te phoeiah thing thingkawng khaw namah loh saii bal.
At that time the Lord said to me, Make two other stones, cut like the first two, and come up to me on the mountain, and make an ark of wood.
2 Lamhma kah vik na dae lungpael rhoi dongkah aka om olka te tahae kah lungpael rhoi dongah koep ka daek saeh lamtah thingkawng khuiah khueh,” a ti.
And I will put on the stones the words which were on the first stones which were broken by you, and you are to put them into the ark.
3 Te dongah rhining thing te thingkawng la ka saii tih lungto panit te lamhma kah cabael bangla ka saek. Te phoeiah kut dongkah cabael rhoi neh tlang la ka luei.
So I made an ark of hard wood, and had two stones cut like the others, and went up the mountain with the stones in my hands.
4 Te daengah ni hlangping hnin kah tlang ah BOEIPA loh nangmih ham hmai khui lamkah a thui olka lungrha te lungpael dongah lamhma kah cadaek bangla a daek tih BOEIPA amah loh kai m'paek pueng.
And he put on the stones, as in the first writing, the ten rules which the Lord gave you on the mountain out of the fire on the day of the great meeting: and the Lord gave the stones to me.
5 Te dongah tlang lamkah ka mael tih ka suntlak vaengah lungpael rhoi te BOEIPA loh kai n'uen vanbangla ka saii thingkawng khuiah ka khueh tih om van.
And turning round I came down from the mountain and put the stones in the ark which I had made; and there they are as the Lord gave me orders.
6 Israel ca rhoek loh Beeroth-Bene-jaakan lamkah Moserah la a caeh uh vaengah Aaron duek tih pahoi a up uh. Te phoeiah a capa Eleazar te anih yueng la khosoih.
(And the children of Israel went on from Beeroth Bene-jaakan to Moserah: there death came to Aaron and he was put to rest in the earth; and Eleazar, his son, took his place as priest.
7 Te lamkah te Gudgodah la cet uh tih Gudgodah lamloh Jobathah kho kah soklong tui la cetuh.
From there they went on to Gudgodah, and from Gudgodah to Jotbathah, a land of streams of water.
8 Te vaeng hnin ah Levi koca rhoek tah, BOEIPA kah paipi thingkawng aka kawt ham, a bibi la BOEIPA mikhmuh ah aka pai ham tihnin duela a ming neh yoethen paek ham khaw BOEIPA loh a hoep.
At that time the Lord had the tribe of Levi marked out to take up the ark of the Lord's agreement, to be before the Lord and to do his work and to give blessings in his name, to this day.
9 Te dongah Levi kah khoyo neh a manuca rhoek taengkah rho he rhawp om pawh. BOEIPA na Pathen kah a thui bangla BOEIPA amah ni anih kah rho la aka om coeng.
For this reason Levi has no part or heritage for himself among his brothers: the Lord is his heritage, as the Lord your God said to him.)
10 Kai ngawn tah hnuk vaengkah bangla tlang ah khohnin likip khoyin khothaih sut ka om. Tekah khohnin ah khaw BOEIPA loh ka ol a hnatun bal dongah ni nang phae ham te BOEIPA loh a huem pawh.
And I was in the mountain, as at the first time, for forty days and forty nights; and again the ears of the Lord were open to my prayer, and he did not send destruction on you.
11 Te dongah BOEIPA loh kai taengah, “Thoo, longpueng ah khaw pilnam kah a hmai la na caeh pah daengah ni amih taengah paek hamla, a napa rhoek taengah ka caeng khohmuen te kun uh vetih a pang uh eh,” a ti.
Then the Lord said to me, Get up and go on your journey before the people, so that they may go in and take the land which I said in my oath to their fathers that I would give them.
12 Tahae ah Israel nang, BOEIPA na Pathen loh nang taeng lamkah balae ham bih? Tedae BOEIPA na Pathen te rhih ham neh, a longpuei boeih dongah pongpa ham, amah lungnah ham neh BOEIPA na Pathen te na thinko boeih, na hinglu boeih neh thothueng ham,
And now, Israel, what would the Lord your God have you do, but to go in the fear of the Lord your God, walking in all his ways and loving him and doing his pleasure with all your heart and all your soul,
13 BOEIPA kah olpaek neh a khosing tah ngaithuen ham ah om. Te te namah kah a then ham ni tihnin ah kai loh nang kang uen.
Doing the orders of the Lord and keeping his laws which I give you this day for your good?
14 Vaan neh vaan kah vaan boeih khaw, diklai neh a khuiah aka om boeih khaw, BOEIPA na Pathen ham ni ke.
The Lord your God is ruler of heaven, of the heaven of heavens, and of the earth with everything in it.
15 Na pa rhoek te BOEIPA loh a ven tih, a lungnah dongah ni amih hnukkah a tiingan la, nangmih te pilnam cungkuem soah tihnin kah bangla n'coelh.
But the Lord had delight in your fathers and love for them, marking out for himself their seed after them, even you, from all peoples, as at this day.
16 Te dongah na thinko yahhmui te rhet uh lamtah na rhawn khaw mangkhak sak uh voel boeh.
Let your circumcision be of the heart, and put away your pride.
17 BOEIPA na Pathen tah pathen boeih kah Pathen, boei boeih kah Boeipa, hlangrhalh Pathen puei la om tih a rhih a om dongah hlang maelhmai khaw dan pawt tih kapbaih khaw doe bal pawh.
For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, strong in power and greatly to be feared, who has no respect for any man's position and takes no rewards:
18 Cadah nuhmai kah laitloeknah te a rhuun tih yinlai te buh neh himbai paek ham a lungnah.
Judging uprightly in the cause of the widow and of the child who has no father, and giving food and clothing in his mercy to the man from a strange country.
19 Egypt kho ah yinlai la na om uh dongah yinlai te lungnah uh van.
So be kind to the man from a strange country who is living among you, for you yourselves were living in a strange country in the land of Egypt.
20 BOEIPA na Pathen amah te rhih lamtah thothueng lah. Amah taengah pangnal lamtah a ming neh toemngam lah.
Let the fear of the Lord your God be before you, give him worship and be true to him at all times, taking your oaths in his name.
21 Anih tah na koehnah neh na Pathen la om. Amah loh nang ham hno len a saii dongah a rhih om la na mik loh a hmuh.
He is your God, the God of your praise, your God who has done for you all these works of power which your eyes have seen.
22 Na pa rhoek te hinglu sawmrhih ni Egypt la aka suntla. Tedae tahae ah BOEIPA na Pathen loh vaan aisi yet la nang n'khueh.
Your fathers went down into Egypt with seventy persons; and now the Lord your God has made you like the stars of heaven in number.
